I found Forth Guest House in Stirling to be a very clean and very comfortable place to stay. The location is perfect, close to the train station, bus depot and center of town. The house and my room was perfectly charming and warmingly welcoming. Breakfast was great and Jim and the staff made me feel at home. They were also very helpful with logistics of sightseeing. A great experience.

Jim and Romana are such wonderful people and made our very stressful yet necessary trip to Stirling during a pandemic an absolute delight. I hope they stay healthy and happy!!! The food was amazing and the rooms were tidy and incredibly comfortable. The WiFi works and is easily accessible!!! This place is ideal for able bodied people, probably not for wheelchair users (it's an old house, that's not their fault).

Jim's guest house was a complete surprise after our long journey from the North. There is a narrow lane immediately in front of the lodge which can park several vehicles, though it is narrow so park with the left side of your car as close to the wall as possible, so that other cars can still enter and exit. The place is ideally located just minutes from the village and close to eats, drinks and shopping. Jim is a really friendly fellow and after being welcomed in we were presented to a really beautiful place. Extensive renovations have been done and the interior is immaculate - warm, and welcoming, with quality and comfortable furnishings, and tasteful decorations and decor. Our room was large and very comfortable with TV, wi-fi, ensuite and a very comfortable bed. Downstairs the dining room is, like the rest of the house, oozing with character and could be featured on a quality TV series. I peeked into the kitchen and that, like the rest of the house, is also immaculate. Jim was very attentive with our breakfasts and we had some friendly banter with him, and some good humour too. Thanks so much Jim - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Susan and Cliff from Australia.

I am at the guest house now. I trackball over the UK this is easy one of the best places I've stayed at. Jim is a very friendly chap. Rooms are brilliant. Very very clean. Even my wife would approve of this place. Very comfortable bed. Excellent en suite facilities. Very relaxing . Wil definitely come backhere the next time I'm in this area.
