Fortuna Terrazza Cafe

Had a really lovely brunch at Fortuna Terrazza Cafe. The space is bright and cheerful with beautiful yellow tiles and natural light, which makes the whole place feel very relaxing and perfect for a slow brunch. We ordered the Buongiorno Toast, Funghi & Burrata Bruschetta, Truffle Fries, and a Long Black. Everything was well executed and nicely presented. The Buongiorno Toast was very satisfying — the scrambled eggs were soft and creamy, and the maple bacon added a great balance of sweetness and smokiness. The Funghi & Burrata Bruschetta was also delicious, with earthy mushrooms and creamy burrata working really well together. The truffle fries were addictive — crispy, fragrant, and generously topped with parmesan. The coffee was smooth and paired well with the meal. Service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Definitely a nice spot for brunch or a casual catch-up with friends. Would happily come back again.

Had such a lovely dinner at Fortuna with my girlies! The atmosphere was cozy and chic, perfect for catching up and taking photos. Food was delicious and well-presented. The service by Aira and team were impeccable. We would definitely come back for another girls’ night!

🍋 Ambience is really nice! I love the interior with yellow tones. The staff were friendly, and the music playlist added a great vibe to the place. 🍕 The food was delicious! I didn’t expect the chili oil to pair so well with pizza and pasta. It’s not too spicy, but it adds a really nice flavor. My favorite was the mushroom pizza, it cheesy and creamy and not overly heavy. Recommended!

We truly appreciated her thoughtful food recommendations, all of which suited our palates perfectly. Her service was impeccable. She was attentive, prompt in resetting our table, and consistently ensured that all our needs were met throughout the evening. Went to Fortuna for the first time to celebrate a friend's birthday. Service and food was impeccable! My favorite is probably the seafood pasta(spaghetti) and the pepperoni pizza! The wood fire bread with ricotta dip was also really delicious, calamari & fries were crispy and flavourful. The staff are also really responsive and helpful, making our dining experience pleasant. Aminah mainly served our table and she was really lovely! Would definitely be back and would love to try their other dishes on my next visit!

We came because of their Instagram videos. We were left disappointed. Their plating and presentation is very aesthetic, but the food and service fell flat. Portion sizes were generous, and we left satiated. But the mains (Salmone and Open Omelette) tasted plain and were quite heavy and difficult to finish. There was not much flavour besides salt. Though the chili oil was excellent for an Italian restaurant and certainly helped. Dessert was a bit better (the hot cakes). Though given the density of the hot cakes, I thought the addition of more crumble and having more bitterness to the coffee sauce would better balance out the cloying flavors. The concept is certainly there; but the balance of flavors doesn’t seem to be quite right yet. Sadly, we won’t be back. Maybe we were early, but the local staff members seemed to be more interested in chit chatting amongst themselves and helping themselves to drinks behind the bar. It certainly gives a more relaxed vibe to the establishment, but does come across as a bit unprofessional.

Came here on a sat night (booked 1 week in advance), and managed to secure indoor seats! Good music and vibes, and food was super delicious! we ordered the burrata, mushroom pizza and ragu pasta - all which we loved so much! Aira served us, she was so friendly and had great energy and somehow convinced us that we have to come back again 🤣 thank you team!!

Great food and service by Aira! Thanks for making us feel welcomed and dish recommendations. We ordered the Mafalde and Diavola and it definitely didn't disappoint! The pasta was slightly overcooked if I have to give a feedback. Tiramisu was great, not overly sweet or creamy, it has a good mix of cream and ladyfingers, and definitely could taste the alcohol in it. Would definitely visit again!
