A wonderful hotel for people of all kinds. If you're looking for a get away or trying to relax, or looking for some amazing food or for class suites, they've got it all!! It is everything you would expect of a 4 star hotel!!! We were given a very good conference Hall with great P.A. equipment. Spacious, clean and tidy! The food was nothing short of phenomenal! A wide variety of dishes makes you crave for the cool palate!!! Great facilities overall!!

We went for the team lunch. A large variety of food items offered for buffet. I loved the pastry items.. good serving staff and even the chef came to greet our team and was very friendly. Locality is great advantage for it. Overall satisfied with the restaurant...

Have stayed at the property in past too. Rooms are spacious with upscale amenities. WiFi is of reasonable speed. There is a fitness centre too but very small. Breakfast is elaborate and service good. At time of checkin had some initial glitches. However, they were resolved. Location is great. Value for money.

Good , neat clean hotel with attached restaurant, and liquor is available as long with buffet dinner. Hotel is nice comfortable with reasonable and affordable rates. Food is very good and tasty. Especially biriyani is excellent.one should taste it and enjoy. I liked the mineral water served, though it is paid mineral water.The MRP of water bottle is ₹.100/-. This water is collected from Himalayas .So great experience.

Experience not as expected... I found some gap in the maintenance especially the toilets which did not provided with sufficient toiletries and guest handling. Only saving point was good good. Ok for small conferences but need to set clear expectation before hand so that you get the services worth the money spent.

Fortune hotels are always appreciated for their excellent service. This is one of the best place to stay in Hyderabad. Location is perfect, quiet and calm area! The breakfast is amazing and the staff are very courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and very spacious with all the required amenities. Stayed in this hotel for 5nights and it was a very wonderful, home like experience. Definitely recommendable

Hotel is good at Prime location. Easy to locate on Banjara Hills. However certain point of improvement required in this particular hotel. the moment you get in hotel lobby A person has to be there to welcome the guest and ensure his formalities are done hassle-free. as guest enters the hotel the welcome drink serve is not happening. even the sofa in the lobby are not being cleaned regularly and are dirty and stinking. once you come up in the room everything is fine. There are certain furniture which needs maintenance as it was broken, picture attached. the bathroom size can be increased because it makes difficult for a person to enter bathroom and then enter the shower area. even the quality of toiletries used and towels used needs to be of good quality.

It's a okay place, not too great to boast about. service was as expected from this class of hotel. The rooms are small and even the hall was small. The decorations we're not done even after every one arrived so it's a bit slow if you want to celebrate there and book the hotel management for decorations.
