Outstanding experience here. Park was very well maintained and had tons of local and exotic plants to look at. They also had a beautiful butterfly garden. One of my favorite parts was the prehistoric garden with all the ancient plants all on one place. For my family of four, it was only $7 with the kamaaina discount. I will definitely be back!

The garden was great. I'm sure if I lived in Honolulu I'd be a regular volunteer member. I enjoyed the range of plants (they don't have only Hawaiian plants), especially the palm grove and the giant trees. We had a tour guide, but you can go unguided just fine. I found my Picture This app very useful for identifying things that weren't labeled.

i got bite by mosquitoes, gift shop is expensive. But the park itself is very nice, admission price ticket is cheap (5usd) and you can have a nice day in Honolulu if you like it. Nice variety of plants, trees, and also wildlife. You can see trees from a every part of the world.

This was a beautiful Botanical Garden. The staff was friendly at the gate. We mainly came for birdwatching, they gave us a checklist at the entrance and we saw almost every species on the list. It was $5 per adult. They also gave us a tree species guide. We saw a mongoose and enjoyed their butterfly garden. If you have one hour to kill, and enjoy nature I highly recommend this stop.

I spent great time at the garden with my family. The entrance fee is only five dollars but they have different selections of exotic plants. You can definitely find your zen moments here in modern busy life. It is only ten minutes walk from Chinatown.

Absolutely amazing park and Botanical Garden in Waikiki Oahu. So many orchids and tropical plants and trees including Banyan and Rainbow trees. Several different themed gardens focusing on plants native to the region. I spent about 2 hours exploring the area and it was not crowded.

This place was gorgeous, I had no idea this was in the middle of town. Definitely a cool experience considering the cityscape around this. Also, when I went around 2 PM on a weekday, it was very slow which added to my experience as I walked around the park. Perfect for families or small group groups!

A lovely garden with beautiful trees and a cute little conservatory. I've never seen a corpse flower leaf, so it was nice treat to see two. It's a great place to rest away from the crowds and admire trees.
