Literally was so excited for this. We paid took our 4 pics and then continued to wait for over 20 minutes and while we waited someone else’s came out. I dunno if I just have bad luck but reading reviews this seems to happen a lot. Also messaged the number on the booth no one responded (shocker)

SCAM. Paid €2 for our pictures but they never came out. The machine took our pictures but never printed it. We waited over 30 minutes and nothing. Multiple people before and after us also went through the same. We called multiple times and texted, no response whatsoever. Don’t waste your money.

really cool! a bit unpredictable, some of the printing was off and some photos didn’t come out, but so beautiful when it’s done right. €1 or €2 coins only!

Nice souvenir, you do have to wait a long time before it is out around the 4 1/2 minutes. So if there is a long time, keep in mind that you have to wait till the person before you has there picture! We had 3 people before us and their al got the picture and we did too!

I guess when I went I got lucky, the photos came out perfectly. 4 minutes to develop. In London these would cost £7, not €2. Perfect souvenir, I’ll always be 28 in Florence

Not working. Swallowed our coins, did not take pictures at all. We were so excited we tried three times, didn't even take our pictures, didn't give our coins back.

Absolute scam. Do not use. We didn’t receive our photo. Neither did the 4 people that used the machine after us. Whatsapped the number provided and no response. Walked past another fotoautomatica and others had the same issue. Don’t waste your money

Every time we found the booth, we took a photo. Honestly, the best souvenirs we got in italy. It costs 2 euros and you get a lasting memory ❤️
