The best sushi spot in town. The fish melts in your mouth. Plan to wait outside as it’s no reservation and service can be a bit rushed, but worth it.

Edit: upon leaving there was no thanks or politeness. The fish left a fish market flavour, service was rude and unresponsive to the polite complaint. Truly worse than even a middling Uber eats sushi experience.

Foujita is for you if you are looking for fairly decent sushis, if you are on a budget and if you are also willing to queue. Don’t expect any finesse at Foujita, but the products they serve are fresh and in generous portions. Service is kind of slow but still nice. The restaurant itself is old but clean, however there is no much space between the tables. Is it worth waiting in line? In my opinion, NO!

I was introduced to this lovely restaurant by a couple a friends, we arrived 15 minutes before opening and a long was already forming. The service is crazy fast and the portions are so generous! Authentic cuisine, no fancy gimmick. The restaurant is quite small so be prepared to basically share your personal space lol. Everything is made very fresh with quality ingredients for a descent price, I understand why there’s a lign!

We had a very nice lunch at Foujita. This place was recommended so we decided to go there, around 12.30 was approximately 12 people in a queue outside and we joined. We waited max 20 minutes before being seated. Ambiance in restaurant is very nice, serving staff was polite and good, food was delicious. I really enjoyed my food and the moments we spent there. Highly recommend

Foujita could be the best sushi restaurant in Paris. Where they excel most is hitting the quality to price ratio…this is a straightforward sushi, maki and sashimi restaurant..not too many choices of fancy maki rolls, the fish is amazing quality, the rice is on point and seasoned well and most importantly the price is totally reasonable for the quality. There are other places is Paris that are much more expensive and they cater to much more fancy folks…but when you are seeking sushi, to me this is where I go. It’s not cheap like most of the generic sushi places in Paris. Coming from San Francisco, my expectations for sushi is quite high…this place is as good as it gets without breaking the bank.

As an Asian, I think it was just okay. My waiter was not really in the mood on that day, he messed up my order. Probably because I don’t speak French. Doesn’t worth for 45 mins waiting. €160 for two people I do expect a bit better. Bit disappointed ☹️.

Amazing and fresh sushi 🍣 with reasonable price! The restaurant is very small and highly recommend to arrive right after open otherwise it will be a long line to wait (no reservation taken). The service has improvement opportunities otherwise it could be even better.
