Notice how at most hotels, they have a trendy, eye catching hang-out area in the lobby? Also notice how unless there's a convention or large event, it's awkward to hang out there on your laptop to actually get work done? Yes, there was a desk in my room, but I focus better elsewhere, especially when jetlagged. The siren song of a clean bed would be too much and I would just sleep the whole trip away. Yes, Roosevelt Row has good restaurants including a surprisingly good sushi place for a landlocked state, and fun, popular places to visit like PHX Cat Café, where I was beyond tempted to adopt a friendly little calico.||It turns out that my clients, whose company is based in Uptown Phoenix, which is quite large, are not fans of traffic downtown and wanted to meet somewhere else. It was a stretch to find somewhere quiet and I don't know the area. I knew that one of the clients I was meeting with did bowling, from his socials, but I didn't want to go to somewhere loud or that didn't feel professional, but after issuing a long list of places that wouldn't work for assorted reasons, concierge mentioned his friend's league meets somewhere called Let It Roll that has a private patio and private meeting spaces attached. Sorry, I'm not a Phoenix geography expert but the rideshare was reasonable enough even if it wasn't a short short drive.||Overall it was a good stay and everything worked out. The food at Found:Re is food you'll actually want to eat. Sometimes hotels are nice but have glorified grade school cafeteria food with stale pepper packs and miniature condiments. Not so with Found:Re. They have kitchen staff who know how to cook and understand that medium well is not the default and only way a steak can be made, and they understand that salads should fresh and have less water than the pool, which by the way did you know you can go swimming here and get some sun?||Nice hotel and a good trip. I would stay here again.

I get the privilege of staying in this hotel several times a year while I facilitate business mastermind groups. Every member of the staff has been a pleasure to interact with. The food for the group meetings is much better than standard hotel catering. All of the audiovisual equipment is in excellent condition. And the restaurant on site is a pleasant surprise (Delicious food, which you don’t normally experience in a hotel restaurant). My only minor complaints is getting used to not having bedside tables in the room And the wheels on the luggage racks are difficult to get over the elevator entry and the room entry. Bigger wheels would probably fix that issue. An added bonus is we frequently get the entire pool deck to ourselves 😂

Won’t be staying again. Have been staying here for years. Four times total. I have always raved to friends and family about how swanky and full of charm this hotel is compared to other options in the area. Have always been impressed with how generous they were with little elements like a light rail pass, complimentary scoops of sorbet, etc. None of that this time plus they are now charging for parking. $32/night! For parking. For the same unprotected lot behind the building with zero security that used to be included with the stay. Not amused with that little surprise. Put off with this development and that it isn’t mentioned at the time of booking.

Google
This place is deeply disappointing. At first glance, it seems stylish and affordable, but do not be misled. The management, particularly Danielle, offers little to no support, and the overall experience is chaotic at best. Be prepared for unsafe conditions—there is virtually no daytime security, which makes the parking lot a target for theft. I had my bag stolen in broad daylight, and on top of that, cars are at risk of being booted even after paying the parking fee in the THIER own lot. Proper communication from the staff could have prevented these issues, but instead, guests are left with misinformation and frustration. Amenities are equally unreliable. Don’t expect a morning cocktail at the bar—it doesn’t open until 2 PM, though this is never disclosed to guests. “Room service” is nonexistent, as calls go unanswered. In short, this property markets itself as an artsy, trendy space, but in reality, it operates more like an overpriced, disorganized motel. Do yourself a favor: spend a little extra and stay somewhere that values safety, transparency, and basic hospitality.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I booked the room the same day I checked in, but I was in and out that day due to errands I needed to attend to. It wasn’t until the next morning—after taking a shower and while trying to get ready to check out—that I noticed the room floor had flooded due to poor infrastructure. Water had seeped through the bathroom wall, into the bedroom, and formed a puddle that stretched all the way under the bed. I immediately notified the front desk, and they sent engineering staff to assess and address the issue. While they were cleaning up the water, I was still trying to get organized so I could check out and get out of their way. While turning over the pillows to make sure I hadn’t left anything behind, I found a large blood stain on one of the pillow covers. I reported this to the front desk as well. As of today, five business days have passed, and I am still waiting for management to reach out to address the situation. In addition, the hotel does not offer on-site parking. You either have to pay for valet at a daily rate, pay for self-parking—which is only a few dollars less than valet—or search for residential parking and walk back to the hotel. (That’s if you're lucky enough to find residential parking, considering the hotel is located in downtown Phoenix.)

I loved my solo stay at Phoenix Found:Re Hotel. The room was spacious and the view was amazing! The location was convenient, close to bus and metro stops, making the rest of the city easily accessible. Roosevelt Row and a couple of museums were within walking distance. I also enjoyed the small but charming swimming pool during the warmest hours of the day. The gym was basic but functional, and I really appreciated the different artworks displayed in the corridors as well as the “Green” gallery exhibition. The only downside I noticed was the slow Wi-Fi in my room (highest floor, at the end of the corridor), which would occasionally drop out. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Google
Don’t do it. If you’re looking at the reviews debating before you book— I repeat do not do it. Total nightmare from beginning to end. Be aware that you have to pay to park, but your car is still at risk of getting booted— they do this on purpose. So don’t park in their lot— also the area is completely sketchy your bag might get stolen out of the parking lot as my friends did in broad daylight with your back turned for 2 seconds! Also don’t expect room service that they “ offer”, because they actually don’t, and ignore all of the hours they have listed on Google, and their own website they are NOT accurate. Also staff is rude and truly incompetent. Like I said please do not bother ..so many better options but if you want to overpay for a motel 6 experience… and find out the hard way like we did… remember this review and just know you were warned!

Google
Travelers owe it to themselves to try out this boutique industrial style art hotel that features a gallery of local art throughout the facility, all of which is for sale, including the artwork in the rooms.. The bar and restaurant are wonderful and the service - from the front desk to the waiters and bartenders - is outstanding, as is housekeeping. I'd call this a hidden gem, which we will be back to the next time we visit Phoenix. I will only add that the only slightly negative aspect was the confusing parking, which is provided by an outside vendor. It's also a little too expensive. But there really are no other options. They do need to do better there. Not even two desk clerks could tell me how it actually worked.

Yelp
I stayed here for a long weekend and had a great time. The rooms themselves had hardwood floors with an industrial, metal decor throughout. There was a massive open shower in the bathroom - along with accessible seating/shower head options. The prices were also very affordable and service incredibly excellent and kind. They also had different rotating art galleries - and it was cool experiencing all of the art. I came on the tale end of their Randy Johnson collection - and the curators were very nice and friendly individuals. The lobby has a lot of space for you to work/explore. The inhouse restaurant/bar/store were solid options for hotel food all things considering. The prices were reasonable (though not amazing deals) and service fairly speedy. Overall, I wouldn't hestitate to recommend this hotel if you're looking for a fun hotel to stay in!

Yelp
Descent prices, great location (central downtown Phoenix ). Room was 2nd floor, end of hallway- very quiet! Fun artsy lobby. Super cute remodel of space & bathrooms. Complementary valet. Free parking in back. Small gym, outside pool. 5 stories. Shared space on first floor with a Market, cafe, wine bar & restaurant. Very clean. Great customer service. Fun industrial styled room. And a comfy bed!

Yelp
First time visiting Phoenix for a concert at the Van Buren and I stayed here a couple weeks ago. I loved how welcoming the space is. It feels like you're staying in a really warm art gallery. The rooms feel industrial with the most comfortable beds. I got a really great nights sleep. Not to mention the shower and its products set me up to fall asleep effortlessly. The robes were so comfy I'm asking for one for Christmas! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in phoenix. Their staff is so friendly and the rooms were the perfect size to boot. Next time I'm in phoenix I will definitely be staying here again.

Yelp
It's definitely not a four star hotel. The floor mats at the bedside have hair on them and not clean. Either dog hair or some other hair on them. The bathroom needs deep cleaning and shower stall has a soapy scum feeling. The industrial style of the rooms is not for me. Staff is nice and free parking.

Yelp
Great hotel. Price was right and rooms are very clean. The vintage look has a cool vibe.

Yelp
Great spot to visit after a day of museum tours. Their food and cocktails were very good, and the space was lovely. Service could use some tweaking. I didn't purchase anything in the shop. However I did browse and it seems prices and selection are reasonable.

Yelp
This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in, with a price to match, but you definitely get what you pay for. My wife and I had a king room, which was spacious, very clean, and had a massive open shower. The artistic decor was really well done, I wish I could have checked out more rooms in the hotel just to see how each one was decorated differently. The front desk clerk was attentive and kind, and he even thought to offer us a crib for our infant when I totally forgot to ask - he just noticed we had the baby and asked if we wanted one. It was delivered to our room within minutes of us arriving in there. Others are absolutely right in their descriptions, this place has a unique industrial vibe. Electrical fixtures are run through exposed metal pipes, the floors are concrete with area rugs, and there are exposed beams in some places. It felt like someone rehabbed an old factory and appointed it very tastefully. The hotel restaurant was quite good, but we only ate there once. The hotel provides a free coffee or gelato coupon, and stocks the fridge daily with free Fiji waters. I would stay again if my wallet wasn't so empty...

Yelp
My fiancé and I stayed here for his birthday weekend and we enjoyed it! We brought our beautiful fur baby with us and we really appreciated how pet friendly this boutique hotel was. Honestly, the price overall for what you get is quite moderate I think because it is in the downtown area next to places you can grab some breakfast bites, parks to walk your pets, and relatively easy parking. Overall, the room was clean and had a modern, industrial vibe, which we enjoyed. The bed was actually not uncomfortable like we are normally used to when we travel so the three of us were able to relax and unwind pretty quickly. They offer walk through areas within the hotel that have art hangings, pet accommodations like extra bowls if you forgot one at home, and the staff was quite friendly overall. They do also have the availability of room service and a restaurant called Match downstairs next to the lobby where you can grab food, or order to the room. We weren't a huge fan of the breakfast or food overall just because it was portioned quite small for the price they charge, and the quality of it wasn't worth it to us. The surrounding area was urban and had plenty of walkways for us to take our fur baby around for walks! We loved that element of the stay. There is a valet service as well built into the price of the stay, but we never used it because there was a validated parking area for patrons. We would definitely consider coming back when we decide to enjoy Phoenix again since we have family out here!

Yelp
We have been staying here since Friday night when we checked in. Being from out of town I was completely lost trying to find this place. It is located downtown in the arts district. It's all one way streets around here. So if you past something you will be making a uturn somewhere. I did see it as we passed and I thought no that can't be it. Because the entry looks like a loading unloading area. But nope that is where you go to check in. This place grows on you if you aren't familiar with it. It is an artys kind of establishment. Not really my thing but I thought I would keep an open mind. Off to the right as you walk into the lobby there is a room full of artwork. It is pretty cool. To your left is the restaurant that looks pretty good. The check in process was easy and we were off to our room. What a surprise as you enter the room. This is definitely not your average hotel room. The room is something like a manufacturing facility that has been turned into a hotel room. It really is pretty neat. The bed is framed with literally iron rails. With more iron rails behind for support. The electrical work is all exposed throughout the room. I've never seen anything like this. The bathroom as has the coolest shower and sink combination. The toilet is in same room as the shower. The sink is in the same room as the shower as well and the other half of the sink in on the other side of the wall so another person can wash up while you shower. The towel rack and toilet paper holders are all made of pipe and capped with piping caps. The place is so clean. It has been an interesting stay. It is close to many good places to eat and have a good cold beer. There is a farmers market close by on Saturdays. There is a lot of homeless people around this area. But they don't bother anyone. So I wouldn't let that keep me from staying here again. I think the only thing for someone that isn't familiar with the area is the one way streets. You definitely will be getting turned around. So just be patient.

Yelp
Great hotel if you have dogs! The room is spacious, all concrete floors which is great for dogs in case of spills or otherwise. Very interesting bathroom and the overall aesthetic is very industrial and hipster like that, but all good. The bed is also extremely comfortable! There is a large grassy patch for your pets right next to the hotel. The parking lot is kind of small, but conveniently located right behind the hotel. They also have free valet parking which worked out well since we couldn't find any self parking spots. Overall definitely a good place to stay with your pets!

Michelle W.

Yelp
We would love to give this hotel more stars, but with two sleepless nights that's just not possible. Each night a dog was barking loudly and incessantly on our floor. We called down to the front desk and were told that no one registered with a dog. They said they came up and checked but didn't hear anything. We felt certain we'd get lucky the second night. But that night the dog was on the same floor in another room! That coupled with no maid service basically negated the point of a hotel stay. The downstairs bar was good and the food was decent. But the management was nonexistent.

Yelp
One of my FAVORITE hotels, and I travel a lot for work. This is located in a wonderful part of Phoenix. Cute Roosevelt Row area with cafes, restaurants and museums, all within walking distance. This place is an updated Best Western, but you'd never know it. Great modern, industrial vibe. Rooms are well thought out, unique and fun. Bathrooms have an interesting set up, with sink available on both sides (from shower and room side). LOVE the lobby restaurant+bar+gift shop. Monday and Tuesday are all day Happy Hour. Staff is top notch (bartender was my favorite - she was a master mixologist and friendly). Uber dog/pet friendly - which I love! Pups everywhere. Bring your support giraffe.

Yelp
FOUND:RE Phoenix is located in the Roosevelt Row district in downtown Phenix near the Phoenix Art Museum and Margaret T. Hance Park. The hotel has a fitness center, pool and dining at MATCH Market & Bar. The name FOUND:RE is pronounced "Foundry" and describes what this hotel is all about - discovery and innovation. Even though I have never stayed here, I do visit from time to time for the art work that is displayed throughout the hotel and for drinks. The Juried Exhibition is one of my favorites and I have had many artist friends have their work displayed here. If you have never been, FOUND:RE does a great job of curating this exhibit with some of the best art Phoenix has to offer. I highly recommend checking it out.

Yelp
Love this artsy hotel.. i stay here every time I'm in Pheonix. Also, LOVE the Match Market & Bar they have in the lobby! The food is so good!

Yelp
The location of this hotel can't be beat! The design inside is really wonderful and I think this hotel was really needed in downtown Phoenix. I loved the free coffee or Gelato welcome gift. There is so much attention to detail here. Although we didn't take advantage of the free rental bikes, it was great that those were available. Our room was very spacious and had all the amenities that we needed along with a great view of the city and the pool from the penultimate floor (7).the top floor is a penthouse or suites, so with our standard reservation, we got the best view possible. Folks should be aware that the bathrooms are unique. A good friend and I were sharing a double. You really have to be comfortable with the person you are in the room with because the bathroom walls are made of smoked glass. You can't *really* see what's going on in the bathroom, but you can hear it, and of the lighting is just right, you can see the person's silhouette shadow in the shower (like that scene in Flashdance). When we arrived I was a little disappointed that there was no bell person to help me with my luggage. Maybe I'm spoiled, but I expect that at a hotel of this caliber, plus I had been camping prior so I had a lot of luggage when I arrived! The luggage carts were artsy and industrial but also unwieldy and hard to maneuver. Although the listing said there was free valet, there was no valet when we arrived. Although the parking was advertised as free, the parking wasn't free but built into the daily resort fee of $35. All of this was completely acceptable, but it should have been clearly stated in the listing when I made the reservation. The uncovered parking was ample and straightforward in the lot immediately behind the property. The small pool was sufficient but deserted every day that we were there. We visited during Memorial Day, and honestly, I felt like all of Phownix was deserted. Even with the miscommunication of the listing, I would still come back to this hotel. It's cute and in the heart of downtown Phoenix, where everything is walkable. You can take the light rail to places further away (like the airport, the stadiums, or the east valley) , though you would need a car for many places in Phoenix (like Camelback or the Superstition mountains).

Yelp
I found the perfect hotel for an overnight date downtown! My husband and I wanted to spend the night downtown and able to walk and bar hop. Not only did Found:re sit in the perfect location; it's also such a cool artsy vibe. It's a small art boutique hotel with an interesting design and fun signage. You walk in to a larger than life centerfold of Bert Reynolds At the check in desk, an egg on a pink wall behind you, a bar to your left, and to your right is an art gallery. I had booked a room with a patio and quickly found out that they are all on the first level and really just look out to the back parking lot. The staff was great, though, and immediately switched us to an upstairs room with a view when we asked. No patio on any upstairs room, but the view of downtown is all I wanted. The rooms are not only spacious but also a really cool design, between the layout and the simple artwork set against the industrial metal elements. In the lobby is the Match restaurant/bar and market. The wall of glass windows opens up during the day for a nice fresh feeling. You can grab fun gifts, snacks, or sit for a drink and a meal. We didn't use the pool but it's fun and colorful set against the backdrop of downtown high rises. We enjoyed the night out walking only a few minutes from the hotel to dinner at first and last and then drinks in little debbie's, teddy's preserve, and rough rider. The hotel was nice and quiet and the bed was perfectly comfortable. The next morning we walked down for breakfast to the Churchill and walk through booths of the Saturday farmers market. We are already planning another night at the Found:re! Instagram: @msbusyblonde

Yelp
Lack of concern that my leg was gashed open on their iron bed frame that sticks out past the mattress. No manager to speak with. Security brought some small bandages that didn't cover the gash, it bled a lot, and he brought an incident report. No one apologized or offered any compensation even of the smallest kind. I will need a tetanis shot and I may have metal shavings under my skin, but I will definitely have a scar for life to remember this stay. This trip was to spend time with my grand daughter and I couldn't go swimming with her due to this open wound. Disappointed in the lack of how they handled this.

Yelp
I'll likely stay again and try the public transportation conveniently located in front of the hotel. Especially the fast train It's not at all noisy or noticeable when you are in the hotel. I liked the design of the rooms and slept well on a super comfortable bed. Very clean place too. I suggest they set up a recycling bin station and also a water dispenser with lemons or fruit in the front lobby.
google avatar

Kris L.

Yelp
Stayed here again and this time on a upper floor, loved the great view of the city and no AC noise like I had during my first stay. Bed is comfortable and there is a great, thick robe ( just one) in the room for lounging. Plus the room has mini fridge with two Fuji waters and Keurig coffee maker, plus a good sized desk area.

Yelp
Stayed here for work as most of all other hotels were full due a tech conference. At first it looked okay, very friendly staff (especially at the bar/restaurant) and different from the rest because of all the art around you. Additionally charged $35 for a "Daily amendment fee". You get included all kind of things you get for free at regular hotels but best are the complimentary parking, which is on a lot behind the hotel that's free parking anyhow, free printing and faxing, can't remember the last fax I've ever sent, 10% off gallery art, that I wasn't planning on buying anyhow and free property tours, not sure what to say on that. Then we also had to sign a document where we committed to: - not to be loud after midnight - not to have minors drinking - not to have over 6 guests in the suite And I sh*t you not: - not to fight - not vandalizing or damaging the property That already gives you an idea of the regular guests staying there. As I didn't see a fight, drunk kids, loud noises or anything else the stay was not too bad. Until I spoke to my colleague the next morning who was attacked in the bed and had small little bites all over her. That's the reason of the 1 star. Clearly they forgot to tell the bedbugs that it's not allowed to bite guests.

Yelp
We Staycationed at Found:RE on a Thursday & Friday to attend a concert at State Farm Stadium. The hotel's by the stadium were over priced. This hotel is a conservation piece. It's decorative decor and art displayed throughout the hotel and even in our suite was an added bonus. We hung out at the pool, ordered drinks and some small bits. The suite was unbelievable, it was a Loft style with a Barn Door that split the room. It had a separate living space, 2 flat panel TVs and a double shower. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were soft. The reason I'm not giving this beautiful establishment a 5 is that 1. All the sinks in the suite drained slow. 2. This is a pet friendly hotel and our room was clearly stayed in by a pet owner. I have pet dander allergies & my eyes & nose became irritated. I highly recommend this hotel.

Yelp
My stay here was very brief (1 night). I was in the area for the work conference. Location - In the downtown Phoenix area. It's quite a busy area. Food - I got a $25 credit to use at the hotel restaurant/cafe. We were told that this credit is only applied if you use more than $25. We also had a section of the patio reserved with food. The pasta was just ok. The "seasonal vegetables" was steamed broccoli. The egg rolls, garlic bread, and tiramisu were my favorites. There is happy hour, so I got myself a refreshing beer which was recommended by a really kind bartender. Rooms - The rooms have concrete floors with a very industrial vibe. It was a very unique design. I liked everything about the room except the fact that I can hear every single sound -- people walking above me, people using the bathroom (yes, for real), people talking, phone alarms... I couldn't get good rest because of the amount of times I woke up to every little noise. The hotel itself is very nice with a lot of art work.

Superior and friendly service in all great Phoenix Location with good bar and food and artwork through and through

Yelp
Visiting on a solo staycation for Christmas, I booked a deluxe room and was upgraded to one of their fantastic 8th floor suites. I'm a huge fan of industrial design and modern art, so this suite was a dream for me. Fun shower, comfy, hooded robes and well-appointed with furniture for entertaining. The balcony was huge with ample seating and lots of mountain / city views. My only complaint would be no glassware whatsoever. You have a kitchenette with shelves, a fridge, but no coffee cups or glasses. I had to use one of the two paper coffee cups for champagne. I'll definitely recommend to others and stay again.

Yelp
This hotel is LIT! I worked there a few weeks ago for the MITA event and I took the liberty of adventuring the hotel. The vip floor we were on was super cool. Some of the rooms were open and people were eating yummy snacks and getting drinks and there were Djs in 2 rooms. The bar downstairs was super full and looked esthetically pleasing. The lobby was open and had nice comfy couches. This hotel is also cannabis friendly, hence the MITA event! It's good to add that info in incase it could be a factor people may or may not want to stay. I can't wait to go back. I would love to stay a weekend there. It was great fun!

Yelp
Last night I attended the Garrison Whiskey Tasting event and it was 5 stars! The food, the people, the cocktails! Everything was great. My favorite drink was the Bourbon Mojito and the crab cake was superb!

Yelp
Came here for a business trip and the hotel definitely looked better in the pictures. The staff was super nice and friendly, but the hotel rooms were kind of weird. My door was stuck to the door frame and the bed is awkwardly placed in the middle of the room, feels like a New York studio apartment. But when I got home I saw an additional $40 charge on my credit card and when I called to ask about it the representative I spoke to called it an "amenities fee" which I was never told about. She took it off right away when I asked but seems like suspicious business practices, I wonder how many people were charged with this fee and never said anything...

Yelp
I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. Very artsy and hip. The bar has a good list of specialty drinks. They also have a breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner menu. The rooms are modern and lofty and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a spacious shower that boasts a sink that extends from the bathroom to the room area. I'd definitely check this hotel out if you are in town and need a place to stay. There is self and valet parking. Depending on when you check-in you may have to get valet. It is downtown so maneuvering could be a task. There are paintings and an art gallery where you can actually purchase the art - just ask reception for help with purchasing.

Yelp
Crazy name I still dont recall what it means, but the decor is awesome! Now I remember why I didn't leave many Yelp reviews, this dang 85 character min... The value is really what stands this place out and the service is great even if they seem to be having a nose ring and hair color contest, I don't judge if they don't

Yelp
PROS: Free gelato (once) Nice showers CONS: customer service was NOT good (Waited 15 minutes before anyone showed up to the front desk) Front desk lady gave off very rude vibes with the way she spoke For how much you pay for the hotel, they STILL charge you a fee for "amenities" (gym, pool, INTERNET, parking, etc.) You are also not told they will hold a LARGE fee as a "security deposit" They make you sign a long list of waivers. The toilet barely worked (that might've just been our room) Overall, I was not impressed. Compared to cheaper hotels I've stayed in that have an actual mini fridge, microwave, and things of that sort, this hotel doesn't even come close. This is WAY overpriced, the service isn't good, and the room are subpar at best.

Yelp
I am very disappointed considering we had made a reservation for a large crowd six weeks out for this date. They did not staff this event well. Our waiter worked hard tonight. The chef was overwhelmed tonight. Everyone enjoyed their dinner as it came out very slowly. I finally got my dinner right before it was time for us to leave. Mind you, I put my order in as one of the first orders taken. I did get my bowl for free. Took it back to the hotel to eat and almost broke a tooth on a seed or rock. This place is good for small groups. The people I was with made up for the wait this evening.

Yelp
Was thrilled to learn that they were having a Mardi Gras event! It was from 7 to 10 on Fat Tuesday. There was a brass band, which of course played "When the Saints Go Marching In" among other great brass tunes. Had the Grasshopper which was invented in New Orleans, it has Crème de cacao and Crème de menthe. Just imagine an alcoholic mint chocolate milkshake, yum! It was super creamy! Also, had the Andouille with red beans and rice and of course, King Cake. The Andouille and beans were great! My friend and I had a nice time. She enjoyed her Beignets, and Who Dat draft which is from a New Orleans craft brewery. Oh and they had plenty of beads for everyone!

Yelp
This is our favorite hotel to stay at when we're in Phoenix! I love the modern-industrial vibe combined with cool art and an easy-going staff. The best are super comfortable, the place is clean, and the food at the restaurant is excellent. One time we walked into our room and it smelled of 420 but the staff immediately moved us to another floor and went to handle the issue (it's not a 420-friendly place). That's the only hiccup we've ever had over several stays. It's not really the kind of place to enjoy a vaca with the littles though - the pool is small and tends to have a more adult-vibe on the weekends. That said, my daughter and I stayed here once, however, and she loved the art and the decor. She went on and on about how cool the metalwork was throughout our room and then called out to me from the shower to tell me how great the toiletries in the shower were! All in all, it's a great value for a rockin' place to stay. It's located in the middle of everything too, so it's convenient for a game or a show! Pro-Tip: The beds are literally on steel i-beams into cement so they don't move or squeak at all. Not good if you stub your toe but excellent for any vigorous gymnastics you and your favorite person might enjoy together! ;-)

Yelp
Love this place! Parking is super easy. Open lot (not covered) which could be tough during hit summer months. Easy access to the building. $14/day Location is convenient to various things. Just a 3 hour drive to Grand Canyon or 2 hrs to Flagstaff. Tons of hiking, shopping, close to downtown for restaurants or business, Scottsdale or other cities. Food is great. Tons of yummy options. Sweet potato hash is delish. Service is great. Attentive, professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, etc. Clean clean clean! This place is spotless and Covid safe / travel friendly. The suite views are outstanding both day and night. Super cute studio apt type set up with barn doors separating the living room and for bedroom and shower privacy as needed. Balcony door access from the bedroom or living room area. Door open up almost completely do that the room is open to the outside. Very nice! Full blackout curtains for those who like no light at night. Agaiyou're sharing a room with a night owl you can close your curtains and the barn doors and pass out while your roommate stays awake watching tv or whatever in the living room and kitchen area with access to the balcony. Great setup! And good for business meetings or video calls.

Yelp
This past Sunday, I had the pleasure of attending a wedding at the FOUND:RE hotel. I loved the overall aesthetic of the hotel--very diverse art work and the minimal yet modern furniture. The restrooms offered a unique surprise, plenty of non-binary restrooms guest. The wedding reception itself was very quaint for about 80 guests. The wait staff were very personable and tentative to the needs of the guest. Shortly after being seated were greeted by wait staff to take our drink orders from the open bar. This responsive service continued throughout the evening. The menu option was very eclectic--offering a wide range food choices for those who eat meat to those who prefer vegetables (like me). Again to my surprise the food was seasoned well. My partner and I truly had a good time and enjoy the venue.

Yelp
Love love love staying here! From the great service and staff, to the art and cool vibes. This is our 3rd visit, came downtown to celebrate my birthday for the weekend from Scottsdale. Bethany is the best! She remembered us and treated us to champagne and sweets. Can't wait for our next visit! Thank you!

Yelp
My wife and I decided to stay here for a stay-cation during Thanksgiving with our 4-legged child. I believe we booked the deluxe king suite, 6th floor and our view was the park and the Irish Cultural Center. The hotel is in a good location and extra good if you are traveling with a pet. The hotel is beautifully decorated in very cool industrial, artsy decor. And the floors being cement was an extra bonus for our doggy and also for me as I will never walk on a hotel room floor whether sock covered foot or barefoot, but made an exception in this case (still wore socks). The bed was amazingly comfortable, lighting was great - even had a dimmer switch and the walk in shower was AWESOME. Our dog child even had a shower and I am pretty sure she pouted when shower time was over. We had a fridge with 2 bottles of water, coffee maker with standard coffee but did wish that we had a microwave but being that it was only 2 nights, we survived without one. The one thing we didn't like and this doesn't really have much to do with the hotel, but we had neighbors, either above or below us or even next to us to that LOVED smoking their weed and we could smell it in our room as if my hippie parents had just come over and lit one up right in the middle of our room. We also had some loud neighbors - the walls are pretty thin. Ironically, we wanted to get away from our apartment for some quiet time and weed free fresh air (yep, we have weed smokers every where, evidently) and found ourselves in a similar situation (although the shower is much better at the hotel....). Food and the Bar The other downside was that service at the bar wasn't so great and it really wasn't busy. We won't point out "who" specifically because we tend to have sympathy for anyone who has to work on a holiday (yeah, we know that every one has a choice, but still....) We hope that the "not so good service" was an exception and not the norm. And evidently, they weren't serving food at the bar but we were able to order room service WHICH was the worst food ever. I had ordered the salmon salad that tasted more like salted, dried pink mystery meat placed on top of some green leaves. I believe my wife had ordered a burger or an "impossible" burger and she didn't even finish it. We did eat breakfast the next morning and it was good. We decided to eat dinner at Fez that night and the next morning, had coffee at the cafe adjacent to Fez. There is a pool but we were too chicken to go swimming since it was a little chilly outside (Yep, even in Arizona it can get chilly, at least to us). Lastly, you do have to pay for parking which we paid $14 per day. There really isn't any other option, at least we weren't aware of any. Overall, I am glad we checked it out. We definitely would recommend it.

Yelp
Nice surprise. Booked this hotel based on its proximity to the concert I was attending, and because the photos made it look unique, but honestly I wasn't sure how nice the area would be. Hotel was beautiful, as were the rooms. Service was excellent, very friendly staff. Another mention is the hotel restaurant, which are usually lackluster. My wife said it was the best burger she's ever had. Overall went in with low expectations but I would absolutely stay again in the future!

Yelp
Very comfortable bed and spacious room. It's in an arts district so lots to see both in and out of the hotel. Restaurants within walking distance. Really weird shower that floods the toilet area because there is no barrier. A faucet that is difficult to figure out and use in the shower. Fancy soap and shampoo pumps in the shower that you are warned not to steal or you will be charged. Wasn't that great. Two bottles of free water inn the frig and a good coffee maker in the room. There was a fifteen charge to use the gym and other things whether you use them or not. Still a nice place and worth the price.

Yelp
This was a great hotel walking distance to the stadium, the rooms are big and beautiful decorated and clean, big balcony with nice patio couches to enjoy the view of the city and mountains, would definitely come back, Bethany at the front desk and James from the bar where very nice and made great drinks! Best happy hour all day Monday and Tuesday.

Yelp
We stayed here for two nights in order to attend an event nearby. Originally we had booked one of the suites two months before our arrival date but the front desk called me about a month before our stay to kick us out. Apparently a convention booked every single suite and the hotel allowed them to do so even if it meant double-booking some suites. Not a big deal, it was just two people for two nights, and we're just simple middle-class country folk, but I found it very rude on the part of the convention if not necessarily the hotel. Here are some good things about our stay at Found:re: - The food was really good. We received a $50 food and drink credit as thanks for relinquishing our suite. This was enough for breakfast for me and bar snacks for me and the Mr. I would definitely, definitely recommend breakfast here, the coffee was excellent too. - In many hotels we have a problem with locating sufficient drinking water. The tap water here was actually potable, plus there is a lot of water stocked at Match downstairs, and there was a fully stocked vending machine on the floor above us. - The noise level was tolerable. I worried about this after reading prior reviews, but we could not hear anything from surrounding rooms. On the night we arrived there was a full fledged party in the lobby complete with loud club music yet not a sound came up to our room. - The location was very convenient. Walking distance from our event, just steps from the light rail, surrounded by every type of restaurant you could imagine or hope for. I know there are some nice and some not so nice areas of Phoenix but this neighborhood felt relatively clean, quiet, and safe. Here are some things that in our opinion could use improvement: - My alma mater had two LEED-certified dorms built in the 2000's and this is the vibe I got from Found:re, especially because of the concrete flooring. Not that I mind the clean, sustainable dormitory atmosphere, and I know this is supposed to be a concept hotel, but if you are looking for a plush/luxe experience to justify the higher price tag then you will need to search somewhere else. Plus that concrete is cold at night! Bring socks! - The linens. Oh god the linens. I used to work for a company that manufactured industrial laundry chemicals. I know that some types of stains can be hard to get out especially if you are not willing to use harsh bleaches and sours in the name of environmental sustainability and friendliness. But those towels had some NASTY stains on them. I, personally, figured they were clean but we still tried to use the unstained areas. If we ever stay here again I will bring our own towels. - The open concept bathroom. If it were up to me to design those bathrooms I would extend the dividing wall between the shower and toilet a bit more and slope the floor a bit so the water would drain faster. The shower itself was super nice but just be aware that water WILL puddle all over the bathroom floor until it dries, which will take a while, because we could not find a bathroom fan switch. - The clientele. Now I understand that this is not under the control of the facility but I'd advise caution and discretion especially if staying here on weekend nights. On our first night there, our neighbors across the hall laughed and verbally harassed us when we returned to our room after buying snacks. Ok. The clients here skew very young and very artsy. - The wi-fi kept cutting in and out on my smartphone. I didn't notice this problem in my friend's room on a different floor, nor in the restaurant or lobby, so maybe it was just the location of our particular room. In any case, thank you Found:re for a lovely stay! We do not intend to return anytime in the near future but will certainly consider returning if we need accommodations in that area of Phoenix again.

Yelp
Loved the Found:Re. This art focused hotel had all the fun vibes. The lobby and hallways are set up like a gallery. There's an open space next to the restaurant to just chill and have a drink or get a little work done. The restaurant onsite is a-ok and served until midnight. The wait staff were incredibly sweet and hardworking. Our hotel room was spacious. Extra star for a carpet free room! Concrete floors just feel cleaner. Plenty of room for storage and workspace as well. The bathrooms are interesting in the the sinks are in both sides of the door, so while you can see inside you can hear. So privacy is a little compromised. But we were on with that! I'd stay here again if in the Downtown area.

Yelp
Nice boutique hotel. It has an industrial style of decor. Welded steel framework, Edison style light bulbs, Tile floors, very 'sterilized', warehouse feeling environment, not cozy, warm feeling. The staff was friendly, and the room was very clean with a fridge, coffee maker, room safe, desk and plenty of plugs for your gadgets. There is also a bar and market called 'Match' on property for drinks, small bites and souvenirs you might like.

Yelp
This was such a unique space. The layout, the service, the location, all great! The complimentary items available definitely are a hit. We walked to a few places like the museums, The Churchill and some other really cool bars. The art made the place stands out and feel very edgy without doing too much. Pool was nice and never crowded. There was parking but the last day I ended up parking on the street as there probably aren't enough spaces to accommodate the guests. The elevator is a bit slow so keep that in mind if you need to head out to meet ride share or run back to your room for something. But this place was amazing!

Yelp
Astounding incompetence! I live in the condo near the hotel and have booked my out of town visitors at Foundre in the past. On this occasion, I booked one night then attempted to add a second. I spoke with three front desk people (the manager never called me as one person said they would) and went in once. They totally screwed up the reservation, and, it seemed, couldn't care less! Is this is the new normal for customer service? Then. God. Help. Us. All. UPDATE: The hotel "made it right" by comping my guests their room. I appreciate the integrity. It's been a tough couple of years in the industry.

Yelp
The bartenders at this place are too cool for school. With maybe 20 customers in the entire bar, they will just ignore you until you are worthy of their attention, and if they grace you with their service you might get a mediocre drink. Good luck at this place! Giving it 2 stars because despite the rude bartenders who clearly hate their lives in the service industry, the rest of the places vibe is cool.

Yelp
Would not recommend to my worst enemy. I'f you want to be followed and verbally accosted then you found the spot! This is basically a low vibe angry staff experience dressed in art. The aesthetic is cute. The service obscene!!! The vague pleasantries of sophisticated service is nothing short of a farce!! Run don't walk from this place and take your business elsewhere. This is a classless dump!!!

Yelp
Walls are really thin so it's loud pretty much all night; they charge a bunch of extra fees for Wi-Fi, water bottles, etc. even though you're already paying $$$ to stay there; bathrooms are weird since top part is glass, so if you're staying with someone else and they go at night it lights up the whole room; Wi-Fi is very slow. The art is cool and the curator is excellent, but that's about the only positive. Would not recommend staying here.
