Fountain Anguilla Condos

Overall a nice stay. The staff was friendly. We were in a 3rd floor studio. Laundry on each floor was a nice touch. I feel like the advertising is slightly misleading. The property is not directly on the beach. There is a 5 minute walk down a rocky path to the far end of the beach. From there it is a 15 minute walk to Olas where you are able to get free beach chairs. WiFi was spotty too, only about 3mbps in our room.

Great property on Shoals Bay with wonderful staff and an excellent setup for families. Out room had an adjoining studio so there was plenty of room for our 2 teenagers. View was beautiful and the beach was a short and easy walk. The location is within easy walking distance to several great restaurants on the beach.

We have stayed at The Fountain over five times now, and we love it! It is steps away from Shoal Bay East and all the great restaurant/bars along the beach. The rooms are lovely and spacious, the kitchens are well appointed, and the views of the water are great. We loved having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The pool is quiet and surrounded my palms and flowers. We cannot recommend enough. We can’t wait to return!

Fountain felt like a secret that hasn’t been let out yet. Shoals Bay is arguably the most relaxed and nicest of the beaches on Anguilla although they all have nice features and beautiful water. We had a very nice, large, and well equipped two bedroom/two bathroom condo with two large balconies. We walked to Zemi Beach house a couple times for a bite or drink and didn’t feel like we were missing a thing, whatever amenity you think you want is readily accessible in Anguilla without having to commit to a resort that is 4x the price and privacy isn’t a concern either. I had searched for a spacious place for our family of four to stay up and down the island. Fountain fit the bill. What really set Fountain apart is how they treated us when we had a small problem with the shower in our condo. They immediately took excellent care of us and set us up in an even nicer place on the property within an hour. Denise, Prudence, and their entire staff are kind, attentive, and always seem to be available. Thank you for a great stay.

I've stayed at The Fountain many times over the years, and it never disappoints! Perfect location just steps to the beach or and easy drive if that's what you prefer. We stayed in the Sea Breeze unit, a 3rd floor penthouse unit that overlooks the pool and has great views of the water and sunsets. The unit is very clean and comfortable. The beds are so comfy and soft, I always sleep like a baby when I am there. The staff at The Fountain is what makes our time there special - everyone is so friendly and helpful with any questions or recommendations we need. The Fountain is a great choice for friends and families alike. Highly recommended!

Fountain is the best on the island! The accommodations, staff, views and LOCATION are incredible. We were steps from the most amazing beaches and able to walk to so many of our favorite spots. Location made the trip so easy, never had to drive if you didn’t want to and still experience so much of the island. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying in a studio at the Fountain! The staff is so kind and accommodating. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The room was clean and spacious. There is a little walking path down to the most beautiful Shoal Bay East beach. Very close distance to multiple restaurants. We cannot wait to return to the Fountain Anguilla!

Our stay at Fountain was better than we expected. Even with all the positive reviews, we were still blown away with the incredible service from before check-in until we were on our way home. Denise was there to meet us upon our arrival and easily accessible by message if she wasn't on the property. She helped us by personally calling restaurants and beach clubs for lunch and dinner suggestions and reservations, helped me work out our departure day plan so we didn’t spend unnecessary time at the airport, offered ideas about where to visit when. The entire staff at Fountain were courteous, helpful and kind. We reserved a 2-bedroom garden view for Spring Break. Our hope was that it the kids could enjoy the pool easily from the room while we got to relax. We had the Sea Grape Suite, which despite the "garden view" classification has a gorgeous view of the ocean from all the porches! We were delighted. The porches were quiet and private, we felt like we were in our own tropical oasis enjoying coffee every morning with the local chickens pecking around the lawn. Our kids LOVED having their own room with full bathroom (with 2 sinks) and it was so nice for us as parents to have our own space too. The pool was clean and the kids enjoyed it every evening after beach hopping, and on a rare rainy morning for a little rainy day swim. It seems like the pool is skimmed daily and fully serviced at least once per week. Beds were so comfortable and bedding was soft and luxurious. We had plenty of beach towels and bath towels, which were replenished every day. Stays of 6 days or less receive daily trash and towel service (not a full clean), but we were pleasantly surprised to find that we also had beds made when the room was quickly serviced. We didn't really need full housekeeping, since we kept our unit tidy and spent most time out of the room. It was wonderful to have a fully outfitted kitchen with full sized refrigerator + freezer with filtered water and ice. The kitchen had everything we needed - pots, pans, dishes etc, plus pitchers, drip coffee maker, toaster, full size stove + oven, microwave, hot water kettle, dishwasher, dish towels. We picked up breakfast and snack foods at the grocery store to have when we were back in the room- it's shocking what an appetite kids (and adults) can work up relaxing on the beach - ha! There is a laundry room right next door to the unit - this keeps the room from getting hot but still very convenient to throw in a quick load of laundry mid-stay. Fountain provided laundry detergent for two loads which was so helpful. It seemed each unit had it's own adjacent laundry. The walk to gorgeous Shoal Bay East beach is about 5 minutes down a gravel path (shoes recommended) - then kick off your flip flops and take a 6-10 minute walk along the water to Tropical Sunset to enjoy the complimentary beach chairs provided with our stay. (We rented beach chairs with our car rental though they were not necessary for our stay this time - we really liked the ability to go to one of the many beach clubs, have a cocktail and a snack or lunch, and enjoy loungers on the world's most beautiful beaches). By staying at Fountain, you have the option of visiting Shoal Bay East in just a few steps, but it also allows/encourages you to hop in the car and visit the many other beautiful beaches on the island, each with its own personality, sand type, water conditions and even water temperature. We enjoyed seeing a different beach (or two!) every day and talking about what we liked about each one. We all had favorites! We loved our stay at Fountain for so many reasons - it was clean, spacious, a great location in SBE. But the SERVICE is the stand-out here. We could not have asked for a better first visit to amazing Anguilla.
