Fantastic meal. Beautiful setting. Beef tenderloin was cooked perfectly. Caesar salad came with crispy chicken which was a pleasant surprise. They brought out a nice sparkling dessert unannounced, though I mentioned on the reservation that it was for an anniversary.

Went here for cocktails last week around 9:30 pm. The entire time of our visit the staff saw nothing wrong with letting another parties 3 young children run around screaming and doing cartwheels throughout the bar. This was not the classy grown-up evening i was hoping for and everyone's visit should matter.

The chicken and the sea bass were phenomenal. One of our best dinners in Cannes. Our waiters were attentive and considerate. Would love to return again soon!

The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, there was a great live music band and the staff is very very friendly and helpful. But that's all I would recommend it for. You pay for the venue, view and atmosphere but the food is not spectacular. It's good but not wow. My drink with lavender was special and very nice but what you land up paying for the food, it can be much much better in my opinion. Still, just for the wonderful staff and atmosphere I would recommend to at least go for some cocktails!

Oh my...where do I even start! We booked this hotel very very last minute (less than 24hr before we showed up, no jokes), and we were a group of 27 colleagues. We had a 2-day conference at the hotel and went for lunch at the Fouquet for the 2 days - I died. This is quite simply some of the very best food I’ve eaten in a Very long time! Plus - every single dish was spot on for all 27 of us! That’s so hard to achieve. Oh- and they still had the time to customize the menus for us with our company’s logo and everything!! It was crazy. And the waiting team? Absolutely impeccable. We had a few (more) last minute annoying changes and they were all super accommodating and friendly. I would totally and literally just come back to Cannes to eat here again. You cannot go to Cannes and not here!!! You’re missing out big time otherwise :)

Never been so unsure about a rating. 3,5 stars would be most fitting. We reserved this restaurant to celebrate an anniversary. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. The food is good but that's all, taste wise not refined. The teeth breaking amuse gueule for example. Still it the food is priced at a premium. It's like you pay more for the setting and name of the restaurant. If you want to see and be seen it's the place to be, for nice cuisine there's better places nearby.
