Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane

A little hard to find the entrance but once you do reception staff greet you and efficiently take care of check in. If you have friends staying on alternate floors, you'll need to obtain one of their room keys in order to freely maneuver around to them, reception gave additional room keys to allow this which was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was below average, underwhelming. Valet was fantastic. Concierge were promt and friendly. Overall a good stay. Would recommend for a quick stay.

Stayed for 5 nights. The room was dirty, no amenity kits. The hot water pressure is shocking on all taps. Location was good but you could hear banging from construction work outside 24hrs per day. I would advise looking elsewhere.

Good location and room for your stay in Brisbane. Or Brissy as the locals call it. No complaints or issues with the room itself. Had a nice view of the river and city. Quiet floor. I wish the welcome drink had options that were non-alcoholic but that's changing slowly at hotels. Would stay here again next time I'm in the city...if I wanted something downtown/in the CBD.

I had a great experience staying here. Room is comfortable and clean with full amenities provided! Not to mention the staff is also very humble and helpful. I encountered very friendly staffs indeed. Ordered in room dining, Angus beef burger which was superb. The fries were really nice and the burger came in hot and very satisfying. Overall it was a very great experience staying here!! 🫶🏻

The hotel's location is pretty good. While it is not right near the Central Station, it is about a 15 minute walk. However, if you have luggage with wheels, make sure you take the elevator/lift down to the Anzac Square level and use the pedestrian bridge over Adelaide Street to Queen Street. It is a steep hill if you walk on Edward Street. With the Cross River Rail open, there will be a station right near the hotel on Albert Street (but transfer will be at the Roma Street Station, it seems).||The hotel is right around the corner from the Albert Street pedestrian mall, a short walk away from the casino, the City Botanic Garden, River, etc. The soon-to-open Kangaroo Point Bridge will also be near the hotel.||The hotel building and lobby reminded of those "thin and tall" hotels in NYC. The staff was very friendly and efficient - whether at the Front Desk, Restaurant or Housekeeping. It seems it is owned by the same operator as the Westin next door since the DND door hanger had Westin on one side and Four Points on the other.||My room was not big and it faced the residential buildings across the narrow Mary Street. However, there is enough cabinet, bench and desk space to lay out the stuff comfortably. I wish it had another chair and more USB outlets. There is a mini refrigerator. The bathroom has an interesting design where the shower sliding door slides over the toilet. There is also a 2nd sliding "window" that can open to the bedroom over the bathroom counter. The fogged glass on it might make some non-solo travellers feel uncomfortable with privacy.||My big problem was the room smelled damp the moment I went in. There were also these little bugs flying around - especially in the shower. My guess is they came through the bathroom exhaust pipes (I was 20+ floors up). They were there every day despite me trying to get rid of them. The shower water is also not very stable when it came to temperature. If it was not this, I would have given it a 5 star.||This hotel seems to cater to Asian tourists - there were slippers and tooth brushes in the room. The breakfast had Japanese Miso and Chinese porridge - plus a machine that squeezes fresh orange juice! Also freshly cooked eggs. It was very good although the price is A$40. ||As a side note, the way the nuts and cereals are dispensed there might not be the most hygienic - the "cap" of these bottles were a big soft wooden ball. So if the bottles are filled, the ball touches the food. Since people can end up touching any part of the ball, who knows what germs can get onto the food.

Convenient location and the room was pleasant but it looked directly into neighbouring units so there was zero privacy. The air con turned off during the night and the room became extremely stuffy. The pillows are absurd, more like the sort of permanent cushions that form the back of some lounges - way too overstuffed and thick. Sure they look nice when the bed is made but they’re hideously uncomfortable. Slept badly as a result. Foyer is best described as a perfunctory space, with horrible plastic chairs. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Wonderful staff and the property is an invaluable location in the center of Birsbane with walking access to nearly all major sights, monuments, bars, and restaurants. The breakfast is simple but varied, there is a coffee shop on the first floor for quick take-aways. The room themselves are nice BUT not the largest so as two adults we found them to be a little cramped but manageable.

We had several issues initially at the Four Points but the situation was remedied by a very kind woman named Precious who made the situation right by trying to find us another accommodation in the four points. Additionally, a named Nat, the night manager on the property, also helped to make things right. I felt like the customer service was excellent after our initial situation, and I wanted to recognize how much this helped to make me feel better about the accommodations and our experience in Brisbane. Thank you to Nat and Precious who really saved the day, you two are amazing. I initially contacted Marriott to complain about the situation, but had to write them back and let them know that Nat and Precious had fixed the problem, and had gone above and beyond to make me feel taken care of. I really really appreciate it.

Great location, in the heart of the business and tourist sections of town. Great check in, great staff, and awesome room on the 28th floor. The main breakfast restaurant is on the 1st floor where the food is fresh, eggs cooked to order, and quick service to remove plates. The fitness room is small so go early in the day to avoid crowded space. Eateries and coffee shops galore and with the strong US dollar, you get a good discount...Aussie dollar currently at .67 to 1 USD. Head two blocks to Elizabeth Street and enjoy the shopping, people watching, and lots of different ethnic eateries to chose from.

Overall I had a nice stay with no problems. Pros: 1. Nice room overall with no major problems. I especially like the tile in the bathroom - it was that perfect blend of having enough grip so you don't slip in the shower, but it looks nice and is comfortable to walk on. 2. Breakfast was pleasant each morning. It didn't change enough from day to day (which gets a little old after a week there), but there is enough variety where it's not too bad. 3. Staff was friendly and I got water replenished each day. 4. Location is convenient to Eagle Street Pier as well as Queen Street retail. Cons: 1. There was constant noise at night as they were fixing the road, even from the 28th floor. Not the hotel's fault, but it was hard to ignore. 2. The gym is very tiny. It's not awful, but it is definitely below average. 3. The room heater doesn't get that warm. The solution was to ask for a portable heater which worked ok.

Not a great place if you like clean and quiet rooms. I had toe nails in my room and the bathroom needed a good scrub. It is a far cry from its sister hotel in Darling Harbour Sydney which I have stayed many times. I expected similar standards. As for the noise, although not the hotels fault they should have warned me of the construction taking place right next door. As in open the curtains to high viz and jackhammers. Roadworks at night and construction at the crack of dawn. The staff were pleasant which was the only saving grace.

This hotel is a nice SPG hotel. It's pretty new (built in 2013 I believe) and the staff is nice and always smiling. There's no gym right now you can go to a real big gym down the street for free or sometimes there's a 'gym' which is a hotel room on the 2nd floor that they turned into a small gym. Supposedly they are making a new one. The gym used to be on the top floor but they are turning that into a bar/lounge of sorts, which makes sense as the views and outdoor space there is nice. Oddly, they tend to 'upsell' you on getting a nicer room with wifi included which saves you money but is just confusing when you check in. That said, get a room that's up a bit and have a nice room, decent wifi, and a comfy stay.

As a loyal Sheraton/Marriott guest over the decades and through many countries, I've been wary of the changes, which seem not to benefit loyalty members. However our travel group's arrangements at the Four Points Brisbane couldn't have been handled better - from advance, complex reservations far ahead of time, to catering, transportation services, front desk staff - it's all been unusually good. Excellent location and the hotel has everything one could want, good beds, fluffy towels, spotless rooms, with very good value in rates. It was nice to save money and use it for other aspects of our trip. Recommended highly.

Very good price and pretty good location. If it had a pool I would have given it 5 stars, but I am very happy otherwise

Hotel is great, staff very friendly and helpful. They really made me feel welcome. The restaurant needs work. Has all the atmosphere of a cafeteria, and food to match. I had the Rib Eye (not really convince it was actually rib eye as it had 0% marbling and not served on the bone - which should be stated on the menu) for $40+. I asked for veggies and I got them served pretty much raw! with no dressing. I did complain and to their credit no attitude. I think it's just poor training and management ( welcome to Australia).
