The hotel has some areas for improvement, but one staff member truly stood out.
• Facilities:
◦ Lobby: Compact in size.
◦ Breakfast: Simple spread—manageable for a day or two, but limited variety.
◦ Guest room: Approximately 25 sqm, which feels quite small. It only has a 1.5m queen bed and a shower (no bathtub).
• Service:
During our 3-night stay, it was clear the hotel was understaffed. There were minor issues with housekeeping and coordination between departments. However, our experience at the restaurant was excellent, thanks to Elaine—one of the staff members who speaks Chinese. She was warm and attentive, promptly addressing our dining feedback and listening to our concerns about the stay, which she passed along to the team. Her personalized touches made all the difference: she offered chocolate drinks to our kids, checked if we wanted noodles, and asked how we preferred our eggs cooked. Even with the simple breakfast options, her care made the meal feel special.
A mixed stay overall, but Elaine’s service left a great impression.
