Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai

Arrived at this hotel on Sunday morning and was checked in by Gautam. He was very friendly and made the process very easy. The rooms have a lot of facilities and are very comfortable. I had breakfast at the hotel which was tasty and a good choice. The staff are all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I met another member of staff Pankaj during my stay who was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future and recommend to family and friends alike. Thank you for making me and my family welcome.

I loved my stay in this hotel . The staff in the front desk especially Gautam was very helpful.FNB supervisor Ibrahim gave us a very warm hospitality. Now the show stealer is fantabulous man the great chef Faisal. Faisal is a authentic Indian cook from Lucknow,the only thing I cherished in Dubai is the food he made . Every dish made by him had a typical flavor, be it fish, south indian and or Chinese food. The variety of the food in the breakfast especially was mind blowing ,I suppose more than 70 options . Bell man Abishek is a gentleman and very good person always helpful while travelling.The cleanliness of the room was maintained by the house keeping boy Bikash ,he is a very hard working man ,very polite. I highly recommend this place especially for stay and food. Purani dilli restaurant is amazing. I wish these guys all the very best for their future business endeavors.

We booked this property because of the great package we got from Emirates, private transfers and 3 nights accommodation with breakfast. Be aware there is another 4 Points by Sheraton close by. There was a large choice for breakfast, however the hotel caters for Indian guests so there was a large amount of Indian food. It was absolutely chaotic in the restaurant at breakfast time, with other guests not waiting in line and treating staff rudely. The staff were doing their absolute best and were very kind, helpful and professional with us. The hotel itself is really lovely, the staff were professional and helpful. Check in and out was seamless. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We were approached by a staff member when we were relaxing at the pool and offered some services at the day spa. We were offered a discount so decided to book a couple of massages. I would have rather been left alone to relax, it was a bit pushy. ||The hotel is about a 10-15 walk to the Metro and the station is SHARAF DG , and you can go anywhere from there, a change of lines is only 1 stop along. The hotel is surrounded by supermarkets where you can get fruit, yoghurt, drinks and snacks. There are many restaurants close by mostly Indian.

Nice hotel, not directly in the city center but well connected by both public transport and taxis. Friendly staff, nice, spacious rooms, at least mine on the 7th floor. Quiet air conditioning, fast room service. Breakfast is good, fortunately not so standard but with lots of Indian and local dishes. Surprisingly relaxed, friendly service, even though everything seemed to be booked. I'd be happy to come back.

Didn’t stay at the hotel but visited a friend who was staying there. It’s a nice and calm place right in the heart of Bur Dubai — the lobby and surroundings felt clean and welcoming. The staff seemed friendly, and overall the atmosphere was relaxing. The only small challenge was finding parking as a guest, but apart from that, it’s a really pleasant spot and conveniently located.

Check-in was quick and seamless, and I’m very impressed with the hotel’s warm hospitality. The front desk and staff members are extremely helpful. We booked a room with two twin beds, which is modern, spacious, and stocked with plenty of towels. The entire hotel is clean and stylish. Breakfast is outstanding, served in a large, airy room with an amazing variety—over 20 options ranging from fresh breads and pastries to hot dishes. Our room is cleaned daily, and we appreciate the generous supply of coffee and complimentary bottled water, which makes it easy to stay refreshed and hydrated. Walkable to mina bazaar

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay was simply perfect from start to finish! Every wish was fulfilled – the entire team was incredibly attentive and welcoming. A special highlight was Chef Mozammal, who prepared a fantastic breakfast for us every morning. The variety, freshness, and taste were outstanding – you could really feel the passion behind it. We felt welcome and well taken care of from the very first moment. Absolutely recommendable – we’d love to come back!

Great location with proximity to all the tourist spots - Wonderful hospitality, the hotel gave early check-in and overall exceptional services. Especially Mr Sai was quite helpful and conscious about our comfort.|Also to mention about the travel desk consultant - Nousheer, he was very patient in explaining about the ideal spots to explore on top of our already existing package. He coordinated in arranging tickets/cabs in a very timely manner and advising us on how to best optimize the limited time we had.
