I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The location is quite good, and it’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the nearest metro station, which was manageable. We had booked a studio room, and it exceeded our expectations — the room was spacious, comfortable, and very well designed. The room was exceptionally well equipped, with a washing machine, microwave, induction cooktop, and other essentials, which made the stay very convenient, especially for a longer duration. The concierge staff were extremely helpful and courteous throughout our stay, and the shuttle service to Dubai Mall was a big plus and saved us time and effort. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a good variety and quality options to choose from each morning. The only downside was that room cleaning was delayed almost every day, which could be improved. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend the hotel, especially for families or long stays.

I was honestly nervous before booking Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai because my parents were travelling with us (family of 6) and I wanted everything to be perfect and comfortable for them. After a lot of research and second thoughts, I went ahead… and it turned out to be one of the best hotel decisions we’ve ever made! We took two beautifully connected rooms that felt like a proper family suite. The rooms were spacious, super clean, and genuinely luxurious with the comfiest beds and huge modern bathrooms. The hotel has a nice gym, a good-sized rooftop pool, and a steam room that my parents and we used every day; perfect for relaxing after walking around Dubai. Breakfast was outstanding, especially the Indian spread: fresh made-to-order dosas (plain, masala, cheese; whatever anyone wanted), soft idlis, vadas, sambar, chutneys, poha, upma and more. Being in the heart of Bur Dubai meant pure-veg restaurants and a big grocery store were just minutes away, and the hotel happily accepted outside food deliveries whenever we felt like it. The staff won everyone’s heart; warm, respectful and extra attentive toward my parents. I’m so glad I chose this hotel; it made the entire trip stress-free and memorable. If you’re travelling with family or elderly parents, book Four Points Bur Dubai without any second thoughts. Truly 5 stars!

Here’s a polished and happy note for your hotel review:---I had an excellent stay at Four Points! The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the facilities I needed for a relaxing visit. The highlight of my stay was definitely the big, delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of options to choose from.A special mention to Mr. Ali from the buffet section — he was absolutely wonderful! He served us hot, ghee-loaded dosas every morning, which was such a comforting treat and helped us cope with the change from Arabic food.one thing was awful, i booked room for 3 with extra bed, but when i visited hotel they only provided king bed, where i adjsuted little bit.Overall, a great experience with warm service and amazing food. Highly recommended! 🌟

I stayed here for 8 days and had a wonderful time with my mom and sister. The hotel staff are very polite and responsive and always available for assistance. During evening, we had dinner at the restaurant and Chef Afzal prepared great dishes and had a lovely time with live music by Soumita. It’s a great hotel for Indian food cuisine and great hospitality.

I loved my stay in this hotel . The staff in the front desk especially Gautam was very helpful.FNB supervisor Ibrahim gave us a very warm hospitality. Now the show stealer is fantabulous man the great chef Faisal. Faisal is a authentic Indian cook from Lucknow, the only thing I cherished in Dubai is the food he made . Every dish made by him had a typical flavor, be it fish, south indian and or Chinese food. The variety of the food in the breakfast especially was mind blowing ,I suppose more than 70 options . Bell man Abishek is a gentleman and very good person always helpful while travelling. The cleanliness of the room was maintained by the house keeping boy Bikash ,he is a very hard working man ,very polite. I highly recommend this place especially for stay and food. Purani dilli restaurant is amazing. I wish these guys all the very best for their future business endeavors.

I would be very happy to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Bur Dubai again. Our room was large and clean, with marble floor and bathroom, and well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and TV. The restaurant serves a wide range of delicious western and Indian food for breakfast. We had a fabulous Indian meal in the restaurant one night. The rooftop swimming pool has changing rooms and a lifeguard on duty. The pool is big enough to have a decent swim. The location, in Bur Dubai, is only 10 minutes walk from the Sharaf DG metro station and 15 minutes by taxi from Dubai International Airport. Above all, every single member of staff - porters, cleaning, concierge, restaurant and reception - was friendly, helpful and professional

I have been a loyal Marriott guest for the past 3–4 years, staying across several Marriott properties locally and internationally. I have always appreciated the group’s exceptional hospitality—however, my recent stay at Sheraton Bur Dubai was quite disappointing, especially considering I was travelling with senior-citizen parents and my 2-year-old children. The first and last day of the stay were particularly problematic: • Very slow restaurant service: We waited almost one hour for our food late at night, causing a lot of discomfort as my toddlers started crying. No bill was shown at the table, and the manager mentioned the meal was included—only for us to be billed during checkout. • Incorrect water charges: I was charged an exorbitant amount for three bottles of water, even though we were not given any packaged water. The charges were reduced only after a long discussion at checkout. • Poor communication about inclusions: My last night was booked on points, yet no one informed us about what was included or excluded. The next morning, my elderly parents started breakfast only to be told midway that it was chargeable. This caused them embarrassment and discomfort. The charges were eventually waived after another long conversation, but by then the damage was done. To be fair, the service for the rest of the days was good and appreciated—the housekeeping and general staff were courteous and helpful. But the experiences on the first and last day overshadowed the stay and were not in line with the Marriott standards I am used to. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves communication, billing transparency, and service responsiveness. As a loyal Marriott customer, I genuinely expect better from the Marriott brand.

We booked this property because of the great package we got from Emirates, private transfers and 3 nights accommodation with breakfast. Be aware there is another 4 Points by Sheraton close by. There was a large choice for breakfast, however the hotel caters for Indian guests so there was a large amount of Indian food. It was absolutely chaotic in the restaurant at breakfast time, with other guests not waiting in line and treating staff rudely. The staff were doing their absolute best and were very kind, helpful and professional with us. The hotel itself is really lovely, the staff were professional and helpful. Check in and out was seamless. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We were approached by a staff member when we were relaxing at the pool and offered some services at the day spa. We were offered a discount so decided to book a couple of massages. I would have rather been left alone to relax, it was a bit pushy. ||The hotel is about a 10-15 walk to the Metro and the station is SHARAF DG , and you can go anywhere from there, a change of lines is only 1 stop along. The hotel is surrounded by supermarkets where you can get fruit, yoghurt, drinks and snacks. There are many restaurants close by mostly Indian.
