Four Points by Sheraton in Bur Dubai is a reliable choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and value. Its location in Bur Dubai is a big plus—centrally placed with easy access to the Dubai city centre, popular shopping areas, and a variety of great restaurants and local eateries within walking distance.||The rooms are decently sized, well-equipped, and maintained to a good standard. The king-size bed is extremely comfortable, with pillows that are just right—neither too soft nor too firm. The bathroom is slightly on the smaller side but is bright, clean, and functional.||The rooftop pool, while compact, offers a nice place to unwind, especially in the cooler morning or evening hours. Being an open-air pool, it can get too hot under the midday sun. The poolside bar, however, is a welcome feature and adds to the overall charm.||One major downside is the breakfast situation at the hotel’s in-house restaurant, Purani Dilli. Despite the excellent and extensive spread, the experience is often marred by long waiting times and overcrowding. I’ve had to wait over 20 minutes just to get seated—something I experienced on two separate visits, two years apart. Hotel management really needs to consider alternatives, such as opening the coffee shop during breakfast hours, to handle the overflow.||On a positive note, the staff are truly commendable. The front office is efficient, the valet parking team is warm and welcoming, and the restaurant staff manage the chaos with grace and a smile. Given a choice, I would return—for the location, the rooms, and above all, the people—hoping they would finally sort out the overcrowding at the restaurant.
