Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai

We stayed for 7 nights here and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were so clean and the house keeping staff did a great job everyday. The breakfast had wide varieties including many Indian vegetarian options. The reception staff were kind and friendly. The neighbourhood of the hotel was calm and had access to supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Check-in was quick and seamless, and I’m very impressed with the hotel’s warm hospitality. The front desk and staff members are extremely helpful. We booked a room with two twin beds, which is modern, spacious, and stocked with plenty of towels. The entire hotel is clean and stylish. Breakfast is outstanding, served in a large, airy room with an amazing variety—over 20 options ranging from fresh breads and pastries to hot dishes. Our room is cleaned daily, and we appreciate the generous supply of coffee and complimentary bottled water, which makes it easy to stay refreshed and hydrated. Walkable to mina bazaar

Great location with proximity to all the tourist spots - Wonderful hospitality, the hotel gave early check-in and overall exceptional services. Especially Mr Sai was quite helpful and conscious about our comfort.|Also to mention about the travel desk consultant - Nousheer, he was very patient in explaining about the ideal spots to explore on top of our already existing package. He coordinated in arranging tickets/cabs in a very timely manner and advising us on how to best optimize the limited time we had.

The location Is great. Easily accessible from SHARAF DG metro station, which is about 5-6 min walk.The reception staff are professional and friendly- as expected from a hotel of this size. The check in process was smooth and efficient The bed is comfy and had good sleep as the room was very big, even for the standard king sized bed room.The amenities are as expected from Marriott. The gym and sauna are great too. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Overall verdict: well worth the price. Can’t ask for more for the amount paid. £45 a night inc breakfast.

We had previously stayed here late Nov/Dec'23 and again in April 2024 before returning for a third stay in April 2025 for a 12 night stay.|Our flight landed just before midnight and we arrived at the hotel after midnight and quickly checked in. |We were staying on a B&B basis and the Indian Restaurant serves breakfast (buffet style with an egg station) every morning. Great selection of Western and Eastern choices. There's also a cafe that serves coffees, pastries, drinks, cakes and sandwiches. There's also a bar that serves drinks and food on the ground floor.|The pool area is on the roof where there's also a small gym and spa as well as toilets. The pool area isn't huge. |The room is large with plenty of storage space, huge very comfortable king sized bed, large tv where you can stream your Netflix etc from your personal devices. The bathroom has toilet, bidet, and shower over bath combination - not my favourite style !! The shower power could be a little stronger but not a massive issue.|There are several restaurant and supermarket options nearby to stock up on drinks for the fridge in the room. You also receive two large and two small bottles of water DAILY.|The nearest Metro (ADCB) Station is a c.10-15 mins walk which will take you to all the main attractions or close by. You can also walk in under 30 mins to the Al Fahidi Historical District where you can catch a boat across the Dubai Creek to the Souks.|A taxi from the airport takes less than 20 mins and costs under the equivalent of £10.00 / 45 Dirhams. Great hotel, good location, lovely rooms and excellent staff.

experience: I stayed at Four Points by Sheraton, Bur Dubai for five nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the staff was very cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the Indian food it was prepared very well and tasted just like home. The hotel is also centrally located, making it convenient to access various parts of the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. While I was having a conversation with the housekeeping manager, he left mid-conversation. I was saddened by this.

I stayed at this property recently and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, with spacious rooms and courteous staff. The location is convenient, close to supermarkets and Indian restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was well appreciated. I also liked the early check-in option and the helpful housekeeping team especially Shaaban. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with good amenities and great value for money

This hotel ticked all the boxes for me. I was there with my family and friends for my husband's birthday celebration. They gave my husband a lovely surprise on his birthday, which was very nice of them.The hotel has a nice and clean environment. The breakfast is never boring, so many varieties, depending on your choice, menu changes, every day, and I had all my healthy stuff in there as well. The gym facility is up to standard. Please choose this hotel, no regrets, I promise you. The view is not great but I love the fact that I can easily get everywhere on public transport.
