Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai

We stayed in this hotel me and my young sister, on Easter holiday for a week, I had an amazing stay at Four points by Sheraton at Bur Dubai during my trip to Dubai. Everything was perfect from the warm welcome at check-in to the clean, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and top-notch service. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I’d give them all the stars truly a 5-star experience in every way. Special thanks to all staffs and i don't remember all by their names but few i remember (Moses,Desmond,Huyan at the receiption, and the other lady to the breakfast place sorry i forgot her name. My special thanks to the clean team too they did a very great job. See me next time.

Excellent hotel , great staff and the best part is the helping attitude . The hotel is a bit away from traffic area and yet near to everywhere you want to go. Special mention of the team at the reception - geat work 👍

We came here with family for a family vacation.. they gave us rooms on different floor... that to very late.. the staff was very rude...

Great location. Amazing service, polite staff and good ambience of the rooms, restaurant and all common areas. Being a Bonvoy elite member, they provided me timely check-in and checkout facilities. Special shout out to the team for making arrangements for a special surprise on our anniversary. Furthermore, they were empathetic enough to care for our well being and provide us all the support they could. All in all a great stay, good breakfast option, location is on the main road with supermarket, grocery, restaurants, bus and metro station all nearby within walking distance (<500mts). They left an impact on us, and definitely a pleasant memory. Would recommend and plan to stay again, when we visit again to Dubai.

Surprised, There is no parking for local visitors using the restaurant as it's leased they say, it's only for the hotel staying guests, I don't believe it, as usually hotels staying guests are travellers and they generally don't use the parking, The management should train the security guards about the economics of this cycle, The restaurants do a lot of marketing to pull in guests, in turn pay the hotel rent. However the management of the gossip room was great and made up for the excellent service. Both management's of the restaurant n hotel should clearly announce the facilities for parking, as it's a crowded area, and you would loose a lot of local visitors to the restaurants if you don't provide parking.

Just coming to the end of a week's stay here with family. We were made to feel welcome by Dessy in the early hours of the morning after a delayed flight. Overall, the staff are courteous but a special mention has to be made of Alfa and Surali who served us in the café and Aurabinda who diligently cleaned the rooms. They were courteous, friendly and polite; a credit to the hotel.

Definitely Recommend it to visitors. It seems out of the way, but not really, with convenient metro stations, and numerous shops around. Outstanding value for money. Rooms are Spacious, facilities good. But the best thing that made me return to this hotel was the Wonderful and friendly staff—extremely professional and kind people. Being a frequent traveler I would say they are definitely doing above then just good service . Heart of hotel. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
