Four Points by Sheraton Kuwait

Last week, I had the opportunity to visit Four Points by Sheraton. It proved to be an excellent venue for both family gatherings and business meetings, offering a very pleasant and welcoming ambience. The property is well-maintained, and the staff are courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this location, though I found the car entrance to be somewhat congested.

Such great service! The hotel is not the most modern, but this is made up for by very generous sized rooms, good facilities between it and the neighbouring Four Points, and the highlight is the service. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, quickly speaking to you by name and always recognizing you with a warm smile. Soufiane and the team at the airport are the first friendly face you meet at the airport with the free hotel shuttle, or paid for cars, and then the rest of the stay is always a pleasure. I have stayed before, and will again.

I had an excellent stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Kuwait. The location is very convenient, and the service exceeded expectations. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered all the necessary comforts. The hotel operates at the standard of a five-star property and even provides complimentary transportation to and from the airport, which was a great added benefit. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Nice hotel in a perfect location in Kuwait City. You can have a walk around the area which is amazing. Breakfast is nice and the lady in the restaurant makes the best omelette :).||Staff are helpful and friendly. I believe they need to promote more their in hotel services.

Hotel is good, accessible, and the staff is friendly, especially Mr. Soufiane, who met me at the airport many times. He is kind and supportive.

The Four Points by Sheraton in Kuwait is slightly on the higher end of Marriott hotels. Unlike other Four Points by Sheraton elsewhere, they are considered budget hotels. The team here is very professional and running hotel as per the international standards. The rooms are clean and well maintained. They even offer a fax/printer in every room. It's not very common elsewhere. The breakfast was vast and versatile. You could even find an entire shelf for gluten-free pastries. This was my 2nd time staying here, I would definitely recommend it for others. Note: their prices are like 4-5 star hotels. After all, they are trying the charge as per their level of service.
