I attended a full-day meeting at Four Points by Sheraton Lahore and had a great experience. The meeting room was well-organized with all the necessary facilities including audio-visual support and comfortable seating. The ambiance was professional yet welcoming. Lunch was delicious with a good variety of dishes, and the service was attentive and courteous throughout the day. The overall cleanliness, hospitality, and quality of service truly reflect the Sheraton brand. Highly recommended for corporate events and business meetings in Lahore. Looking forward to visiting again!

Probably the best hotel in Lahore, but mediocre compared to 4-star Marriott hotels globally. A couple points: (1) You will have to pay for water despite tap water not being drinkable in Lahore, regardless of status. (2) The hotel is a 40 minute walk to the city center, so you will need a taxi to get to the old town in the summer.

Location of this hotel is very good.. Staff behavior and room cleanliness is up to the mark ..Koyla Restaurant is having beautiful ambiance.. Services are fast, overall 10/10

Previously it was known as Hospitality Inn and now known as Sheraton Four Seasons. Went there for a business workshop. Food was not bad with some items like kebabs very good and chicken karahi tasteless. The desserts were very good. One unethical behavior i noticed was staff kept on pushing to give good reviews on google which was highly inappropriate with even asking for phones and entering reviews themselves . They were from dining hall next to Red Lotus hall. The basement stairway did not have any ventilation or cooling.
