Four Points by Sheraton Lahore

The stay was absolutely FANTASTICCC, i came there with my friends and boy was my stay amazing!. we tried the food, delicious such an exquisite taste, yum! the pool was quite fun too but what hit hard was totally the rooms. like we were TIRED BY TIRED I MEAN SO TIRED, COLLAPSED ON THE BED, LOL. It legit hit like a fluffy, comforting and just the perfect dream came to life!. the staff super friendly!, i personally loved the service so quick!. the room was very cozy and looked really good compared to the other hotels i stayed in. The best hotel in pakistan i would say.... There was this room cleaning supervisor, his name was Baddar or idk how to spell it he was very nice! super friendly and helpful. overall, wonderful, definitely coming back soon. (im not much of a review writer but this hotel was gooodd. It was bussin)

The Four Points by Sheraton Lahore is a gem of a property. I have stayed here for years and enjoyed my recent six-night stay immensely. The hotel’s greatest strengths continue to be its excellent staff, central location, and consistently delicious food.||The service at the hotel is outstanding. The staff is genuinely warm, caring, attentive, and very professional. I would especially like to recognize Hassan Ahmed (Housekeeping), Amir Ashraf (Laundry), Ahmad Ali (Front Desk), Monazza Sheikh (Room Service), Muhammad Fayyaz (Bell Desk), and the entire staff at the Lahori Gates restaurant.||The breakfast buffet at Lahori Gates is excellent, and offers a wide variety of Pakistani and continental dishes. It is truly remarkable that the staff remembers my preferences from one stay to another. I rarely see that kind of attention to detail in hotels and value it greatly. It significantly elevates the entire dining experience.||My room was very comfortable and perfectly fine, even though it was not a suite. I should mention that despite being a lifetime Titanium member, I have not been able to get a suite upgrade on my last two stays. That said, I was given a spacious Executive Floor room, which I liked.||There are a few areas where the property shows its age. Some furnishings and fittings feel dated, including rotary-style knobs for the lights and older telephone sets. The hotel would benefit from upgrades and replacement of outdated fixtures, particularly in the guest rooms and bathrooms. I also found the toiletries to be of poor quality, and I ended up using my own.||One other small issue was the Executive Lounge, which had somewhat unpredictable hours for tea, coffee, and snacks. The hotel did make up for this by offering tea, coffee, and snacks through room service when the lounge did not have food available. The food that was sent to the room was actually better than what was served in the lounge, but the convenience and speed of simply walking into the lounge for a quick bite was missing.||The familiarity, the location, the excellent breakfast, and the very warm and professional staff more than make up for the few shortcomings, and this remains my favorite hotel in Lahore. I will be back, and I highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton Lahore.

Recommended Hotel for business trip. Facilities provided was adequate and comfortable for business traveller. The atmosphere was calm and all staff mostly very helpful.

Recently, I have attended a 3 days training session. The sitting arrangements (chairs) were very much uncomfortable/ pathetic, feel as sitting at a 3rd class hotel. Round tables were provided which is un-understandable. It's better to upgrade your training sessions related facilities.

I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. As a bonvoy members, my room being upgraded. Offer me good room but when you arrived in the room.. it is full of dusts.. reached late evening im sure there is ample time to clean the room properly. View it from the photo and video attached. I even requested to housekeeping to clean the room entirely but outcome still the same. Their hospitality at the lobby and restaurant is good at their service. During the checkout I just reminded to them regarding the room condition. As this hotel is part of Marriot group and Im one of their loyal members.

My room was consistently clean, well-maintained, and spacious, offering a peaceful retreat. I had all my meals at the in-house Lahore Gates Cafe. The restaurant provides an intriguing culinary journey, blending traditional Pakistani flavours with modern culinary touches. This fusion of tastes was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast buffet was a definite highlight—fresh, varied, and delicious every morning, showcasing a great mix of local and international options, same like the lunch and the dinner. On the facilities front, the amenities were good, though the Wi-Fi connection was frequently slow and unstable, which was a minor frustration. A few bathroom fixtures showed signs of wear, suggesting some general upkeep is due. Despite these small issues, the hotel offers solid value. The fantastic staff, comfortable accommodations, and the Lahore Gates Cafe's unique culinary ambition ensured a pleasant stay, and I would consider returning to this well-located property
