** I had an absolutely horrendous experience at the Four Points Hotel in Lahore, Pakistan, which I feel compelled to share to ensure others don’t fall into the same trap, especially if you are a loyal Marriott member like myself. First, let me begin with the deceptive billing practices. The hotel charged my account without any prior notice or authorization. I had made a booking and confirmed all details with the hotel beforehand, but without any warning, they decided to charge my credit card well ahead of check-in. No one informed me of this charge, and when I asked for clarification, they were evasive and unapologetic. But the worst part came when I arrived at the hotel. Despite having a confirmed reservation, they claimed that they didn’t have a room available for me and tried to make excuses about other guests refusing to leave. After a long day of travel, this was the last thing I needed. No effort was made to accommodate me, and I was left stranded with no place to stay. The staff was completely unhelpful, and the management showed no regard for my situation. It was clear that, despite being a global member of Marriott and having stayed with them countless times for work events, my loyalty meant nothing here. I’ve never been treated with such disregard by a hotel under the Marriott brand, and this experience has completely soured my perception of Four Points. I will never choose this property again, and I strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable and honest place to stay to avoid this hotel. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment. There are far better hotels in Lahore that actually value their guests and treat them with respect. Stay away from Four Points, Lahore—you’re better off elsewhere.

I have been coming here for the last 6 years and everything was exceptional. Staff behaviour was outclass and all hotel facilities are upto mark. Location is really convenient. I would just say best hotel with best amenities. Professional and friendly staff with great food and dining options. Pastry shop is amazing and Miss Nazia is friendly lady and manages everything perfectly. Very neat and clean hotel overall||Strongly recommended !!

The hotel's lobby is very attractive with comfortable sitting and atmosphere. Location is very convenient. Room was modern and maintained. Food at Lahore Gates Café and Red Lotus was really delicious. Very clean hotel with high standard Quick and Efficient Services. |Strongly recommended!

Breakfast at Lahore Gates was really perfect. Room makeup and maintenance was great like 10/10. All my friends are extremely satisfied and happy. We had interconnected room and washroom we liked the most. Staff was really professional and friendly. Location and cleanliness was great!

The staff were friendly and professional and ensured a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel’s location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. I was highly impressed with the value of money, especially given the high quality sleep I experienced in the cozy, quiet room. The beautiful lobby chandeliers added a touch of elegance, making a great first impression. Hotel has best dining options like Red Lotus Restaurant.|10/10 for exceptional service, comfort and convenience.

Overall the stay was excellent. Staff services were amazing and people are very friendly here and they always go above and beyond to meet the expectations. Room had an excellent condition. Location is great. I would say perfect hotel with perfect services.|Highly recommended

Rooms are good. Welcome drink was perfect. Reception staff is cooperative. Overall experience 8/10. Need to improve following:- For Service you need to call 2-3 times to the concerned. For breakfast no one prior informed about the buffet. For rating staff doing her self from customer phone. Window view wasn't good
