Four Points by Sheraton Ljubljana Mons

Beautifully designed hotel that truly embraces its natural surroundings. The 'Mons' (hill) setting provides a wonderful, airy atmosphere with great walking paths nearby. It’s rare to find a Sheraton property that feels this integrated with nature while still being so modern and accessible. A great 'green' gateway to Slovenia. The WiFi is fast and reliable, and the gym/sauna being open 24/7. It’s a bit outside the main city, but the peaceful surroundings and easy parking make it worth it. Will definitely be back

As a Marriott Bonvoy member, staying at the Sheraton Ljubljana Hotel comes with a certain expectation of consistency and quality, and overall this property offers a solid and reliable experience. The hotel is pleasant and well maintained, with comfortable rooms and a generally professional atmosphere. One particularly nice aspect is the casino located directly below the hotel, which can be a convenient and interesting option for guests who enjoy this kind of entertainment. That said, compared to other Marriott and Sheraton properties, I would suggest paying a bit more attention to personalized guest care. On a few occasions, I perceived a slight sense of disinterest, which felt somewhat below the level of attentiveness usually associated with the Marriott Bonvoy standard. The location is not in the city center, so reaching downtown Ljubljana may be less convenient, especially for those who prefer to move on foot. However, this is balanced by the calm surroundings and the overall comfort of the structure. All in all, Marriott Bonvoy remains a strong benchmark in terms of service and reliability, and this hotel aligns well with those expectations. With a bit more focus on guest interaction and care, it could easily elevate the experience to an even higher level.

After a long ride being able to rest in this amazing hotel feels like a blessing. The rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable, the beds are just right for a good sleep. The staff has been more than helpful and cheerful, truly a delight to speak with them and you can tell they have passion for their job. Would recommend.

The hotel feels new. The rooms are specious if you get upgraded. The bed is king size and is very comfy. The sheets are new. Our room had a microwave, small fridge, two sets of plates, glasses, utensils. The bathroom was ok. The towels were horrible, they felt old and hard, very poor quality. Liquid soap and shampoo are also not good, made in Turkey. No other toiletries were provided. They only give you one container of water for two people. You need to ask for more. They give you thin slippers and not great robes. The pool was crowded and chilly. We didn’t want to use it. The location of the hotel is nowhere near the center. You need a car. Parking is free. Uber to center is about 12-15 euros. The breakfast was very good. Eggs, omelets, good sausages, cold cuts, salmon (some days good some days bad), great cabbage, crepes, cakes, some fruit, ok choice of bread, juices are so-so. They have free umbrellas to borrow in the lobby. Overall for Ljubljana and for Four Points it’s a nice property. I would recommend it.

I always stay at this hotel whenever I visit Ljubljana, and it never disappoints. The free parking is a big plus, especially for travelers with a car. The breakfast buffet is excellent — there’s a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

The hotel is relatively new and well planned. It’s on the outside of the city, and just 12 min by car to the center. The personal at the reception was friendly, helpful and understanding when we complained. The restaurant Robin is quite good and affordable (3 visits, about 60-70 EUR for 2 adults, all good quality and tasty), the staff there knew how to treat their clients. This bad review is due to the poor cleaning we experienced in our Superior (upgraded) room. From the first day, our room was dirty, from the floor in the bedroom to the bathroom. Under the bed and chair, near the window… under the bedside tables. In summary: Dust all around and mold in the bathroom. I reported the dust situation immediately, because we had a baby and he was immediately dirty after crawling a couple minutes. The cleaning service did clean the floor and the mold that I reported to them directly. (Other moldy areas remained) We did not sleep in a clean room a single night, although “they came in to clean daily”. The breakfast is so so. Hard cakes (probably from a conference the day before at their congress hall) and same offer during our 7 days stay. Box juice, not pressed. Not what I expected. I guess this is a Quality control issue.

We stayed at 3 hotels in Ljubljana this trip around the same price and the Four Points Sheraton was BY FAR the best one. The most comfortable bed, friendly staff, spacious room, very clean. One of my favorite 4 star hotels we’ve stayed at in Europe. There is a pool and a nice sauna in the gym available until 10pm, you need to set the heat for sauna hotter when you get down there. There is a small cafe/bar area downstairs very convenient for coffee in the mornings (she made oat milk lattes for me too very appreciated). We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to an even larger room and we were spoiled by it, we can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. Free parking for guests. Again, the most comfortable bed. It doesn't seem like it from the outside but the rooms have a luxurious feel. We will stay here again every time we return to Ljubljana.

Because of the Tesla Supercharger, we’ve stopped by this hotel many times — always going in for a coffee or a small snack while waiting. Every time, the service was professional. Last time, we were too tired to drive home, so we decided to stay for the night — and OMG! What a relaxing experience. Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, and the superior room was beautifully designed. I loved every part of it. The hotel clearly offers every luxury and amenity you could want, making it the perfect place to spend an entire day just relaxing.
