Four Points by Sheraton Nairobi Hurlingham

We were in Nairobi this week and booked several nights at the Sheraton Four Points Nairobi. The accommodations were wonderful and the food was great! The rooftop restaurant and bar provided beautiful views of the area! The staff were friendly and responsive to all our requests. During our stay we spent one night away on safari and the staff allowed us to leave our excess luggage on hold until our return, so we didn't have to take all our suitcases on the one night safari. The location is great! We're walkers and we're able to walk to many sites easily from the property. It's also 10 minutes away from Wilson Airport which was convenient. We highly recommend the Sheraton Four Points Hurlingham!

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming especially Susan at the front desk, she was very attentive and always ready to help with a smile. That made me feel right at home. I would also commend Joy, Valentine, Linet, Everline for making me feel at home too. Meshack was also very helpful with my luggage at all time despite my efforts of doing it myself. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. The location was convenient, and overall it made my trip so much more enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you so much guys!

Had a really lovely stay at Four Points Hurlingham. The hotel is comfortable, well located, and feels calm and welcoming from the moment you arrive. What truly stood out, though, was the staff .. everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. It made the whole experience feel easy and personal rather than transactional. Thank you to the team for the great hospitality, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

I stayed at Four Points by Sheraton, Nairobi, Kenya in October 2025 for 15 days during an official trip, so I was travelling alone. I arranged an airport pickup through the hotel since I was new to the country, though it was quite expensive—around three times the cost of a normal Uber. The reception experience was great; people in Kenya are always energetic and welcoming. However, the rooms were quite small compared to other hotels of the same brand. Initially, I had issues with the centralized AC in my room. The team tried to fix it but couldn’t resolve it for 2–3 days, so they finally changed my room—though the new one was still the same small size. The hotel has a small rooftop swimming pool and a gym, which are sufficient given the property size. There is also a small bar with light music in the corner, perfect for relaxing in the evening. Breakfast usually included 3–4 beef and pork dishes, which is common in Kenya but not suitable for me. Occasionally they served chicken dishes like rice and chicken gravy, which felt unusual for breakfast. For vegetarians, there was always at least one Indian item, which was a reliable option for me, along with fruits and eggs. For lunch and dinner, the hotel doesn’t offer many choices, especially for Indian cuisine. The good part is that you can order online, and the food is delivered to the reception. There are plenty of restaurants available online with a wide variety of cuisines. But if you’re paying in cash, don’t expect any change—so always order close to the amount you can pay exactly. Overall, my stay was good, with a few areas that could be improved.

Four Points by Sheraton is very convenient and easily accessible, with a great location close to the CBD. The meals are good, and the meeting rooms are quiet, making it ideal for both work and meetings. The staff are polite and professional, and the hotel has excellent facilities, including a heated pool and a well-equipped gym. I highly recommend it for both staying over and as an outside work environment.

It was a great place to stay when you want to make sure your quality travel in Nairobi. ||This hotel manager, Shoeb trains his employee very well. All staff provide good service with friendly smile !||Especially, the hotel staff, Ezekiel was so nice. What he did was not just brought our heavy baggage, but also play with my son !||My son was so happy and had great memory due to his this amazing service. ||It would be the highly recommended hotel if they could keep the same quality like same as today :)

Stayed for one night after landing in Nairobi before leaving the next morning for safari. Rooms were very clean, and we felt very safe. When our driver to take us to Wilson airport didn't show up in the morning, the hotel quickly improvised and was able to get us to Wilson airport so we did not miss our flight. They also made us coffee and pastries to go in the morning before breakfast service started. Would recommend!

Amazing service from the staff! Everyone’s initiating conversations, even a simple hi. The staffs at the restaurant making sure I got all I need while eating. Google says it’s a 4 star hotel, but I would think this is a 5-star for its service.
