The first time I visited this place was around 2013 after making a 4 hour drive from Miami, it was around 12am, I was tired and needed to rest as I was planning on going to Universal the next day.
I arrived and was greeted with an amazing smell of the hotel lobby that I am still trying to figure out what it's called to this day. After a 30-40 minute wait while the staff tried to find my reservation, I finally got to my room.
Nice view of the city, clean room. Wasn't really all that extraordinary. The next morning I went down to the continental buffet breakfast which was nice, you waited to be seated and was asked what you would like to drink. Then you had the option of ordering food from the menu or just getting buffet. The buffet consisted of scrambled eggs, sausages, bagels (with optional Philadelphia cream cheese) hash browns, and other stuff you'd usually get.
I've been going to this same hotel for a couple years only recently have I decided to explore other options due to the service sometimes being worse than other times. The rooms were somewhat still dirty, and there was even a time where the lights in the room were broken.
Overall, the hotel isn't anything special, good room, it's close to your favorite theme parks of Orlando and it offers a great buffet.
