Feedback from a Platinum Elite ========================= My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in December 2025 for a quick trip to Universal. We spent one day at the original parks and one day at Epic Universe. Some feedback from our stay. LOCATION If you want to earn or use Marriott points in proximity to Universal Parks, this is a great < 1.5 mile locate. While probably walkable for the ambitious walker, the hotel has a set schedule of shuttles and it is also a super easy Uber ride. (In our analysis, we would likely return to onsite hotels for their proximity and convenience, but this is a great location for Marriott faithful.) BREAKFAST BUFFET The Breakfast Buffet is noticeably above average. The staff is attentive and friendly, at it was consistently the best breakfast buffet bacon I've seen in awhile. BARE BONES This is a fairly bare bones property geared for exhausted theme park goers who need a place to sleep. The pool pales in comparison to the resort-y properties with Loews on site who all feature elaborate pool options. Our room was on 20th floor and we could see Hogwarts off in the distance. Despite that, we could hear pool noise and street noise (cars, ambulances, etc.) as if we were on the first floor of a motel. NOTE: Turning the AC to continuous fan greatly minimizes that. CUSTOMER SERVICE CHALLENGES We had a categorically awful king size bed. It was slanted so much on one side to be disorienting to the sleeper and requiring us to stick a pillow in the middle to keep from rolling into the other side. This causes an awful night sleep for the person on that side. We raised this with the front desk who promised "maintenance" would handle it. Upon return from the park, NO ONE, had been in our room and we switched sleeping partner positions and the second family member experienced an equally challenging night sleep on the slanted bed. Upon double checking with the front desk staff, there was a meager "well, we couldn't do anything, we could TRY to switch your room." This, also, didn't happen and we had a third trying night sleep. NO ONE should be sleeping on this bed. Most Marriott's would offer some points for the inconvenience and have done more to address the situation, but we received nothing for our hassles. OVERALL If the bed had been okay, this would get us 4/5 stars. With the bed situation, it pulls down to a 2.5 start situation as sleep is the hotel's primary deliverable which was a fail.

Google
I loved the hotel, its heated pool was great, and the gym area was small but functional. It’s close to universal studios, and they also offer shuttle buses to the parks, which can save you money. Check-in was quick and efficient. I must thank Jazmin for the excellent service we received during check-in, and also thank Cristhian, the security guard, who was friendly and firm regarding security. I will definitely return with my family

Google
Nice name, poor service. Refrigerator wasnt working, having some bug's dead body in it. Small lobby, had to wait more then 15 mins to check in at 11pm. Unclean towels made it worse. They were smelly with some hairs on it 🤣🤣 It was thankful that i was just staying for one night. I recommend other place to stay if ur looking for nice trip.

I stayed at the Four Points by Marriott Orlando last September for my 30th birthday with my family, and everything was absolutely amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The free shuttle to Universal Studios was incredibly punctual, and the schedule worked perfectly with our time at the park — it made our trip so much easier. A special mention goes to Marcos, the bartender at the pool bar, who made the most delicious drinks and went above and beyond to take care of my allergies. His attention to detail and kindness made our stay even more special. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this hotel — we’ll definitely be coming back!

We have a king room on the 13th floor, nice view of the city. The room is decent sized for 2 people. The bed was soft and looked clean. The shower was hot the bathroom was clean and the price was pretty good. All in all I thoroughly feel good about recommending others to come here. It right off international drive and close to a lot of entertainment over here . Changed my review because of the bed for those that may deal with fibromyalgia or sensitivities to pain the bed may be uncomfortable to beware. 3 stars isn't bad it's just average so don't let it stop you from coming

Google
The hotel is nice, staff is helpful, the location is great, but what really stood out in my eight-day stay was one person: Alex, the guy of the restaurant. Alex will be remembered as one of the most inspiring people I ever saw working. He is always smiling, super friendly and helpful and he gives us the impression of a person who loves his job. Breakfast was an event for me, not only because the food is really good, but also because I got to see that man working. There was one day in which I could not find my favorite yogurt. I told him. He looked for it, came back and apologized because they did not have the yogurt. Next morning when I came in, first thing he said after saying his joyful hello was: "I got your yogurt!" So I recommend this hotel and I really appreciate Alex and the work he does. This man deserves promotion and success. Thank you, Four points, and congratulations on having Alex!

Google
This hotel was a surprise to me. I 've come to Orlando many times for business and holidays and first time I stayed here. I loved the building and the room. Location: great!!! Very close to Universal and outlet malls. Brand: Marriott chain so you can get rewards Room: I got a double bed with very nice view. Big space.dwsk to work. Safety box. Bath 🛁: good space and very comfortable. Parking: free and plenty of space. Breakfast: yes but paid. Pool: yes! I didn't use it but I liked it I recommend it to come with family. You can even need no car if you are coming to Universal parks and mall. Enjoy!!

Google
Poor hospitality and service. I came here on Christmas vacation time. The washroom got clogged and there was no housekeeping service in the morning. We asked to change the room as the room was not liveable but were denied rudely by the front staff and were told you need to stay in the same room till the housekeeping staff fix the room. Good point about the hotel is it’s location as near to Universal studios.

Yelp
Stayed here for a couple nights and it's definitely a straightforward place to stay. Downstairs staff is friendly and helpful and they have a pool and small fitness center. The rooms are a little outdated and a little small but fairly priced (depending on when you book and for what dates, etc). Would book a stay here again as the location is also near a bunch of food spots. The walls are pretty thin though so something to keep in mind.

Yelp
Would stay here again. Soooooooo close to universal and for the prices it's great. Stayed for 3 night in September 2025 and it was $125.00 a night. Is this place glamours, no but is it clean and beds are good, yes.

Yelp
I stayed at this hotel and received a call in the middle of the night, at 3am to be precise, saying that my car was parked in the restaurant's parking lot and that I had to move it to another parking lot. What a horrible experience, waking up in the middle of the night to move it to another parking lot... It's regrettable that this hotel provides its guests with no information. Never again...

Yelp
I would definitely stay here again if I were gonna go to Universal. Location is perfect and also has a shuttle service to and from the Universal Parks. The rooms were clean, updated, but maybe had slightly thinner walls as I could hear neighboring rooms conversations. There is a decent sized pool, and close to a Dennys and IHOP.

Yelp
Huge shout out to the lovely front desk ladies Maria and Eve! Maria was so welcoming when I arrived. With a big smile and a genuine warm welcome. I did have a blonde moment and forgot my credit card in the car. When I returned Maria was already assisting the next guest. However, the delightful Eve completed the rest of my check in. She made the short process very personable as we chit chatted about Marcos's traveling fishing trip and how we both need a vacation right away. At checkout I had the pleasure of interacting with Maria again. She had such a warm welcoming smile. Even when she was handling a somewhat difficult guest right before me. Please make sure these ladies are recognized for really showing what Marriott and Sheraton quality guest service is and up holding the gold standard. YOU ROCK MARIA AND EVE! P.s.- please give Marcos a big hug from me when he returns. He's another hotel gem that can really make you laugh!! Have an excellent day! Jacob C.

Yelp
We stayed here from 1/23-1/28. The room was descent. Clean, no disgusting stuff, quite, and has a friendly staff. The reason for 3 stars are the following: We asked for maid service after two days and no one came. We ran out of towels and toilet paper. Their coffee pot needs to be cleaned as it gave an after taste. They need creamer and more water in our room. I also got a $60 charge that I am not sure what for as there were no email receipts explaining it. Overall, it feels safe, the lights on the parking lot is just enough.

Yelp
The rooms are a little outdated and the hallway had an odd smell... but not the worst! The receptionist were always very sweet and there were always many things to eat near the hotel. Good location

Yelp
It's a nice hotel and the staff is very friendly. It's a little older, it's been around since the 1970's! They have a pool that they claim is heated but it was cold to swim in at night. They have a fun splash pad for the kids. The rooms are pretty basic but it's a pretty view from pretty much any rooms in the hotel. It was also not a bad price, only $89 a night. It's clean for the price, the showers have shampoo, conditioner, soap dispensers and they have bigger bottles of soap to wash hands and lotions. Breakfast is not included in the hotel price, it's $18.99 buffet. But IHOP is right across the street. We would stay again!

Yelp
I had a one-night stay here and probably wouldn't have wanted to stay longer than that. The staff I encountered was friendly, and the lobby area was clean, but the hotel shows its age and lack of refurbishment beyond that. My room was on a higher level, as requested, but it was in significant need of TLC. The curtains has multiple red and brown stains (and you had to reach behind them to pull down blinds), and the table looked as if it had been hit by a hammer repeatedly. Common touch points -- like the remote and phone -- were sticky, and I even had to wipe something off the pleather headboard. I also noticed that the map for our floor (the one posted beyond the elevator) was incorrect, which is concerning. I was also disappointed to have to pay for parking when the lot was small, difficult to navigate, and shared with other businesses.

Yelp
My wife and I stayed here Dec 23-25, the hotel is very nice. We had stayed here before and had an issue with marijuana being smoked in the hotel. Happy to say, that was not an issue this time. We enjoyed our king room on the 18th floor overlooking the Orlando area. The only thing I would say, we did not have a refrigerator in our room and had to ask for one after checking in. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay, the morning breakfast is very good as well.

Yelp
The first time I visited this place was around 2013 after making a 4 hour drive from Miami, it was around 12am, I was tired and needed to rest as I was planning on going to Universal the next day. I arrived and was greeted with an amazing smell of the hotel lobby that I am still trying to figure out what it's called to this day. After a 30-40 minute wait while the staff tried to find my reservation, I finally got to my room. Nice view of the city, clean room. Wasn't really all that extraordinary. The next morning I went down to the continental buffet breakfast which was nice, you waited to be seated and was asked what you would like to drink. Then you had the option of ordering food from the menu or just getting buffet. The buffet consisted of scrambled eggs, sausages, bagels (with optional Philadelphia cream cheese) hash browns, and other stuff you'd usually get. I've been going to this same hotel for a couple years only recently have I decided to explore other options due to the service sometimes being worse than other times. The rooms were somewhat still dirty, and there was even a time where the lights in the room were broken. Overall, the hotel isn't anything special, good room, it's close to your favorite theme parks of Orlando and it offers a great buffet.

Yelp
We had to stop on our way back from the keys and I found it to be a nice, one night stay over for my husband and I. The air conditioning worked great. The service could have been a little better especially for those staying longer but it's right by Universal.I would recommend for a quick stop.
google avatar

Diana D.

Yelp
Location, location location. This is the best thing about this hotel if you are going to Universal. This is the kind of hotel that "gets the job done". Meaning, nothing spectacular or memorable but a clean and comfortable place to spend the night. Lobby was clean, the room could use a little more cleaning but it wasn't terrible. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Rafael J.

Yelp
I travel all over the country year round, and this place has the worst customer service. To much stuff to write about but I will never stay at a Four Points again. Management have attitudes I can o do without. DO NOT STAY HERE, there are plenty of BETTER hotels all around this area.
google avatar

Bernie F.

Yelp
Great service especially by Alex for breakfast. That guy is very helpful and attentive. Everyone at the hotel is very nice in general i would recommend. My only issues were the room, which the curtains couldnt close fully, which limited privacy, no fridge and the toilet was making noise all night. So thats why it was just okay for me.

Yelp
We needed a 50th stay to get platinum status so we checked out this four points. Read a lot of reviews aNd they were all over the place. For us it was a pretty good stay. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and accommodating and the price was good. We got upgraded to the top floor suite. Amazing views! The pool bar has great prices for drinks. $3 beer is a steal anywhere in Orlando. Over all our stay was great and we will be back as this is in walking distance to some cool stuff.

Yelp
19 floor. October 2021 Pros: The check in host was extremely friendly A clean, comfortable 4points room and product. Location to Universal property is excellent (I believe a 20 min walk); location to International Drive restaurants is excellent also Free parking is appreciated A nice pool area. Refrigerator in room Large restrooms in guest rooms. Cons: I personally can't stand the "signature scent" of the common areas and products of the 4 points brand. The shuttle to the Universal parks has limited time slots and only goes to the park in the morning and leaves the park in the early evening.

Yelp
I had stayed here when this hotel was first purchased by Marriott, and of course they have made it worse. The price for parking has gone up 33% in less than a year. They charge a ridiculous amount for their breakfast buffet (you can go to Denny's 2 blocks down and get a much better breakfast for less). Housekeeping has been dramatically cut back and the hallway carpets are dirty and stained. This is a great hotel if you like kids running up and down the halls screaming. I won't stay here again.
google avatar

Yelp
I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I am 6 months pregnant and after a 10 hour drive checked into this filthy hotel at midnight to find a bloody, feces soaked towel in the closet. They switched us to a new room that isn't much better, the whole floor reeks of cigarettes, the paint is peeling from the walls, the carpet is visibly filthy and there were bugs scurrying under the windowsill when we drew the shades. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else, this place is a hazard.

Yelp
I stayed on the 16th floor. I planned a staycation in Orlando that I needed to extend and Universal was right across so it was an easy move. The property itself looks old. The hotel room initially had a weird smell like roach poison that went away later after I sprayed some air freshener. The room was clean, bathroom spotless. The beds were exactly what I expect for a Four Points by Sheraton. Incredibly soft and comfortable. I didn't realize how firm my mattress was at the last hotel until I hit this bed. Parking is a little weird. You need a permit and it's $10 a night to park. I read online parking was free so that was weird, but not a huge deal. The parking lot seems a little sketchy. On the day I was checking out they were having a car show in the back parking lot as well, which I thought was a little weird. The staff was friendly though, held my luggage on the first day so we could enjoy Orlando. My overall experience was positive and the price wasn't too bad either! I think they should upgrade the property and give the place some more love. It's conveniently located to the theme parks and the highway. Not bad at all.

Yelp
We stayed here because my husband's doctoral student was graduating and he was hooding her at the ceremony. I'm a platinum elite Bonvoy member and loyal to the brand. I selected this property due to proximity to venue. I was greeted by the most pleasant front desk staff. We checked in and went to our room. The room was clean. That's about it for positive. The negatives of this property is that it is run down. The armchair in our room had a large tear and the inner stuffing exposed. Only a few room have microwaves and mini refrigerators. The room's door looked as if someone used a crowbar in an attempt to gain enter the room. The walls were paper thin as we could hear people talking. The room next to us a had a number of children would sounded like the were jumping off beds and playing video games until 2:00 am. Next day we went to front desk to ask them to tell the people in that room to pipe by 10:0 pm. That did not happen as the kids were so overstimulated and didn't simmer down until 2:00 am again. Upside: Clean room, convenient to Universal studios and you are a vampire. Downside: there are upkeep issues that have to be repaired and maintenance issues. Random rooms with mini refrigerators and microwaves. Bottom line: I would select a different hotel.

Tori H.

Yelp
The picture of this hotel at night was a clever marketing tactic. During the day, you can see how old and worn this hotel is. Our room was clean. The bed was fine. However, the room was not functional. Our bathroom door did not close unless you threw your body into it. The shower was lukewarm. There was not a mirror in the outer room. This presented a problem when three of us had to get ready for the airport at 5:00 am. We ended up leaving late and I had to put my makeup on in the car. Overall, if you are looking for a clean, cheap place to stay this place is fine.

David M.

Yelp
1990 Wants their hotel back! Calling this a "historic" hotel is much like calling a Ford Pinto a "classic" car. The few amenities that a fellow traveler shouldn't necessarily expect is a working television or telephone. The television has no sound and when you call the front desk it took seventeen calls for anyone to answer. BUT, on the seventeenth call the real corporate magic really took off by letting me know that it was easier for them to move me, two kids and a dozen bags to another room on another floor OVER exchanging the whopping 14 lbs television?? I declined to move due to the late hour and long day of travel (obviously no one asked to help move us). She did say that she would "pass along my information to a manager to fix the problem after I checked out"!? LOL! The only other problem I had was a small case of the entire hotel floor and room smelling like bleach and old middle school cleaners. On a scale of 1 out of 10, the smell isn't much higher than an 8. The light aroma lightly rocks to full awake most of the night which is a bonus if you have a lot of presentations or expense reports to work on instead of sleeping. This is one of those places that you have to constantly turn lemons into lemonade. I'm thankful for a roof and HVAC, but not much more. PS. if you need kleenex or papertowels....... they said they were out of those too but they might be able to find some in the morning. For all business travelers, there is a dry cleaners only a few blocks away in the unlikely event you bring any of your clothes into the room to get the smell out of them.

Maddie D.

Yelp
This place has been a nightmare so far. We have had to switch rooms more than three times. Our first room had a crack in the floor of our shower as well as a leaking toilet so whenever someone would flush water would spill out all over the floor. The second room we were given had no AC whatsoever (it has been in the mid 90s which is a big difference in temperature for us). Not to mention how extremely tiny the bathrooms are. You don't have any space to get out because the door almost hits the toilet when you try to open it, you have to stand in between the toilet and the shower to be able to open the door. There has also been some problems with the elevator. It has been taking way too long to come to our floor when there are only 5 floors. Once we have gotten into the elevator the doors also take a unusually long time to close.

Yelp
Great stay, My guy David who worked overnight was probably the nicest person in my trip. Super nice human being, I'm glad that when I checked out he was the last person to tell me have a safe flight. Thank you

Yelp
Let me start by saying, Lisa, was a fantastic first point of welcome upon entering the lobby. Certainly, effervescent and loquacious which makes for a genuine people person and in the right field to represent Sheraton. She was a bit chatty but chi chat is how she makes her loving. The lobby to the rooms was impressive. The staff was quite attentive and I loved how the hotel was in the proximity of many of the things we wanted to pursue. I can say that the only drawback was being near the elevator because you can hear every drunkard, woo-woo girl and southern bubba who has no inside voice would ensure if they're up then you would be too. So choose a room away from the elevator. The plus, the room off from the elevator has the killer view of Orlando lights and festivities. So it depends on what you feel is a trade off. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Yelp
i had a 1 night stay here while visiting universal studios, and i would highly reccomend this hotel again. its incredibly clean, friendly staff, and modern. there is a shuttle that operates during certain hours of the day to take u to universal studios - the schedule is posted in the lobby. the staff is very friendly and will go above and beyond to let you check in early or help with luggage kept downstairs. we did breakfast 1 day in the cafe downstairs, although it was a bare bones breakfast, the woman serving us was such a pleasure. the bar outside by the pool has rum buckets that offer refills for $15. the cafe for the bar is not impressive tho, the food is pretty frozen and basic, but if you need something quick to eat - you can get it. the rooms were large, clean, comfortable beds and great shower. wifi is strong. the lobby is nice too - we had no problem waiting for ubers, or even getting picked up - ubers found us easily. this location is less than 1 mile from universal, in fact its at the end of the bridgeway that will take you there. there are a few restaurants and strip malls within walking distance but we didnt bother using them. the area seems safe and its quiet.

Yelp
This was one of my first times staying in a Four Points and I was not very impressed at all. I'll start with the good... location is perfect and very close to the many attractions of Orlando. There are also a good amount of close food options nearby so you don't have to go far to look for food. The main area of opportunity for this hotel are the rooms. It is definitely time for an upgrade. The rooms are very much dated and even have that old room odor. It was clean as it could be but it's just definitely time for a remodel. The rooms do offer a nice view of the surrounding area. The staff and service was also very good. Even though I only stayed for a night , it met my basic need of providing a clean place to lay my head. The parking also was not the greatest. This hotel shares a lot with a neighboring business so it was a little rough finding "good" parking.

Colleen S.

Yelp
Stayed for a week ... workers are nice ... shout out to Jazmin & Jerylis Plumbing issues, had to switch room New room still plumbing issues ... Gave us free breakfast (continental) bc of the plumbing issues which doesn't solve anything but still nice of them. Would I come here again, no. I thought it was going to be same Sheraton they have in LA. But no completely different. Either way over all it was ok. I've experienced much worse. Location was semi convenient.

Yelp
I was really surprised this was a Marriott Hotel. I've never been to a Marriott like this. The room air conditioner had a old mildew smell. We didn't have wash towels. When we asked for them they told us they didn't have any and the only way we could get some was to change rooms. My husband asked if they could just take them out of another room and they told him no because they would be without them when they checked in. He said, well you gave me a room without them and she still wouldn't give us any. He said so it's ok for us not to have any but not the next people who come to purchase your room. Restaurant was delicious

Trey D.

Yelp
Do not recommend this property if you are a Marriot Bonvoy member. This facility does not follow Marriot procedures. No point in mobile check-in. No point in the mobile key. No point in asking Marriot questions. The facility smells awful. The smell is like many cleaning materials trying to cover up something underlying. Should lose branding.

Yelp
Came here for 2 nights and was pretty happy with my stay. The hotel itself is not very new but everything still works very well. The bathroom is also pretty big so there's a lot of space to move around. The employees are also extremely nice and kind. The views also are absolutely amazing as it seems to be the tallest building in the area so it's beautiful! Also the location is pretty great as up and down International Drive there is a lot of food options.

Sam M.

Yelp
We had such a great experience here!! Sochi the bartender is the best. She made the BEST coconut martinis - highly recommend!!

Yelp
If I could rate this hotel a 0 I would. It looks nice, pretty & shiny. I even felt comfortable enough to shower without my sandals bc it looked so clean. Then my daughter informs me that she has killed a weird bug on her pillow. She showed me the blood on the pillows after she killed it, as I'm checking the area I find another bug...A BED BUG!!!!!!! I immediately call the desk and the rude receptionist just wants to brush me off to another room. How could I ever feel comfortable to sleep in any bed here?!!!

Yelp
Absolutely disgusting property ! I checked in and checked out within the hour !! Shame on Marriot for not keeping this hotel up .My room was on the 17th floor it had no hot water , the carpet was old dirty , smelled like urine and cigarettes . I didn't even want to step on the flooring without shoes . The elevators are old , dirty and the mirror doors had graffiti carved into it . The lobby smells like weed and cigarettes. I'm a Marriott BonVoy member and I have to say , this is the worst experience I have come across with Marriot properties. I ended up driving a couple miles away to Marriott property at 5616 Major Blvd / Residence Inn by Marriott Gorgeous,Clean and safe property!!

Yelp
Staying at this hotel now. Just as my husband and I were heading out for the day, a baby cockroach crawled out across the floor. I got my husband to kill it. I know it's Florida and roaches are inevitable, however, if this is a baby one imagine how many other ones there are. I'll be sleeping with one eye open :( Other notes - the elevators are dirty, the rooms and entire hotel are very small compared to other hotels (reminds me of a European hotel). The staff has been nice and friendly.

Yelp
Based on all the negative reviews I read on here I almost didn't stay here. I took a chance and decided to book a room for 2 days and have no regrets. The hotel is really nice and the front desk workers were polite and friendly. There was a $60 deposit (the money was put back in my account the day after I checked out) and parking is free. There's a breakfast buffet, a deli, pool and gym. The room was a decent size, clean and has a big screen tv with cable. As much as I liked staying here, there were 2 things we had an issue with. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.... 1. We ordered a panini and the panini was brought to us not grilled. Megan took the sandwich back to correct it but they just couldn't get it right. Ended up getting the pizza and it was perfect! 2. If you are light sleeper this hotel is not for you or bring ear plugs. The doors are heavy and slam all day and night. You can hear everything through the paper thin doors and walls which SUCKED! ***SEE PICTURES**

Yelp
Such a nice hotel!! Everything was perfect the rooms were nice and the bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was big and nice. The only complaint was that my door was jammed and super hard to get in and out of my room so that could be a safety hazard if anything happened.

Yelp
2 Stars is the best I can muster up for this hotel and that is based solely on the location of the hotel and relative cleanliness. Now that the Pros are out of the way, let's talk about so...SO many things that shocked me seeing as this is a Sheraton property. Staff: From the time I checked in, to the time I asked about the shuttle to the checkout...every single staff member was responding as if they were being bothered. Now, my guess is because they ALL had earbuds in too, so they were more than likely listening to music or watching a movie behind the counter but the customer service aspect didn't exist. Free Breakfast: There is none. Free Parking: There is none. Amenities: Do you like having a mini fridge and microwave in your room?! Well you're going to hate that your room here doesn't have either! Cleanliness: Our room was decent enough but showed a lot of signs of age from marks and scratches all over the furniture/desk to the worn out look of the bathroom. The trash cans both in the bathroom and under the desk didn't even have liners in them for trash. The trash can on our floor, near the elevator, was never taken out the entire 3 days we were there, so I couldn't tell you how long that Happy Meal box sitting on top of it had been there prior to our arrival. Location: The location itself, relative to the attractions, is good but if you know I-Drive, it can be sketch sometimes in this area when the sun goes down. Would I stay at this property again? No. Would I recommend it if you're looking for a cheaper hotel because of it's location to the attractions? Also No. Don't let the price on this property sucker you to thinking you are getting a bargain, this hotel and staff are truly the definition of "You get what you pay for."

Yelp
Circle architecture just like the Four Points in downtown San Diego except this one has free parking. Quick - how do you determine the area of a circle? Come on Yelper mathematicians! Don't google it! Back to the topic at hand - the Four Points in Orlando. Very friendly front desk upon our 2:30 am check-in. Edward gave us two breakfast buffet passes we didn't get to use because we were exhausted and didn't wake up early enough. The restaurant did give me orange juice so thank you! We had a king bed room on the 19th floor. Good view of Orlando and room bigger than the one in San Diego. Lobby is spacious to Yelp without being bothered by all the in and out foot traffic. Would definitely stay here again. No complaints from this Yelper! 3 stars + 1 star for free parking! And oh yeah --- pie r squared gets you an area for a circle. You're welcome!!

Yelp
First time staying at this four points! We got an awesome view and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only concern I have is how insanely dusty the vents were in the room. The problem is obviously it is bolted to the wall so I can't imagine with the filter must look like behind it. My family and I woke up very congested. I do hope they fix this problem.

Yelp
We booked two rooms in this hotel online, and arrived in hotel around 11pm. What shocked us was, around 12am midnight. we found four cockroaches, some at towels in bathroom, some at desk and on the floor. We called hotel room service, guest service, and even hotel operator a dozen times, but no one answered our calls. We were so tiered that we could not be able to afford to change another hotel that night. We managed killed two cockroaches and left their disgusting dead bodies one on the floor and the other on the desk, and managed to sleep in a nightmare that night. Next day we left and called hotel and asked them to check the killed roaches bodies and refund us. Even more shockingly, they refused to refund us a penny and said "we did not found any roaches in both of your rooms". If we could rate them 0, we would not have hesitated to do so. Avoid this hotel!!!

Yelp
Loved everything about my stay, but Belkis made it extra special. She went above, and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was a sweetheart. Rooms were large and clean. All the amenities we needed and more. The best part is the location. We were just minutes away from universal. Walking distance from an ihop and there's also mini golf right outside the hotel.

Yelp
The hotel is older but nicely maintained. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Grace. Her infectious smile and sweet, helpful demeanor made a difficult mornings events, disappear. She offered suggestions of what to do and wehre to eat. She was the cherry on our sundae! Although there was no one at the bar, the bartender was upbeat and even opened the bottle of wine we brought with us. The rooms are spacious. The AC in the room was very cold, but we like it that way. The restaurant staff was very attentive and helpful. All in all, reasonably priced, clean and above all, great staff! P.S. Grace even gave us some Halloween bracelets she made. She went above and beyond!

Yelp
Stayed here on vacation which was perfect because they had shuttles both to Disney and universal. We were right next to IHOP which we ate at every morning even though they had their own breakfast. Right out front they had golf course where you could hold and feed gators. They had a nice pool with a bar. We sat outside and eat at the bar. Our bartender was German and he was the nicest and sweetest bartender. The food was really good too. We ordered the wings, chips and salsa and quesadillas. He was very attentive and we had a great conversation! I Would highly recommend seeing him at the bar because he is so nice and will modify your drink or food order to your needs. The rooms were nice and located so close to universal and to the gift shops as well.

Yelp
Four Points by Sheraton is a hotel located on International Drive in Orlando, Fl. My fiancé and I stayed here during EDC weekend as this location is only about 6 miles away from The Tinker Field. When we arrived my fiancé was a little shook to go in as the parking lot looks so run down. When we went to check in we were shocked to hear of the mandatory deposit that had to be held on the card. We do not like surprises and we weren't told of this information before hand. We weren't going to let this ruin our trip so we agreed and kept it moving. We requested an early check in but when we arrived our requested king room was not available but there was an accessible queen room available so we took that instead. Parking is free but you have to put a parking paper in your windshield . The elevator requires you to put your room card in, in order to get to your floor. Our room was pretty decent in size and although we were on the 7th floor we still had a good view of the city. There is no refrigerator and no microwave inside the Room but there is a coffee maker. Also the WiFi is free and very fast! Our bathroom did have hair on the floor and also hair was found in the bed. This was noticed after being out all night and we did not feel like waiting for housekeeping so we ended up cleaning it up ourselves before showering. SO GROSS! I hate finding other people's hair in hotels especially on the bathroom floor! Also the bathroom lights kept on flickering. Breakfast was free but we are vegan (not a huge selection) so we just grabbed some of the fruit and went back to the room. No big deal. Our request for a late checkout (4pm) was granted! This is a major plus for a hotel to do! We took advantage of this. Also the location of the hotel is so great as we were able to walk to find somewhere for lunch and dinner too! We even walked to city walk/ Universal area with no problem. All in all, I am so happy that I did not listen to the negative reviews about this hotel. It's not perfect but it's decent. I would stay here again if I were to stay in Orlando and would be Benefit from the location.

Yelp
I asked for blankets never brought more. It looks all high class, but as you get in the elevators you know they haven't done anything to that place since the 80s! You get to your room and the curtains don't close! The air conditioner hardly works. You see people at this hotel actually looking like they are important you are not important enough to be staying in that junk!

Yelp
If it wasn't for the affordability of this hotel on points, I would have rated 3 stars instead of 4, but I think it is very good value for the money. The hotel is fairly close to Universal on International drive - approximately a 10 min uber ride. It is also within walking distance of a number of restaurants and shops, every night we went to a nearby restaurant then walked back to the hotel. Overall, the hotel is dated which you can really tell when viewing it from the outside or in the rooms. The lobby seems renovated which is nice - and the front desk staff are efficient though cold and impersonal. We opted for the breakfast option as our platinum amenity which is a complimentary continental breakfast or $5 surcharge for the hot breakfast. The hot breakfast was pretty good and worth the surcharge (bacon, delicious belgian waffles, sausage, and eggs) while the continental breakfast was a bit sad (though still better than nothing). We got a semi-renovated room on one of the highest floors (elevators were able to get us up and down fairly quickly). Power outlets were hard to find on one side of the bed which is an issue when you have two people, so be aware of that. The new mattress was very comfortable, and the rest of the furniture was ok. The bathroom has yet to be renovated and looked very sterile, but was spacious enough. The TV was a basic flatscreen but it had a working TV guide that you could actually find channels you wanted to watch. The only other downside for this hotel is that you have to ask for tickets for the shuttle bus. Not only that, but the bus picks up from 5 other hotels so you're looking at maybe a 40 min shuttle ride. So instead of saving money taking the bus, we decided to uber to universal every day for less than $10 a trip (cheaper than round-trip parking).
