My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided warm and attentive service, ensuring every detail was perfect. The rooms are spacious, elegantly designed, and offer breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. One of the hotel’s great advantages is its prime location, right next to San Stefano Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The dining options within the hotel are also outstanding, especially the seafood restaurant, which serves fresh, flavorful dishes with a stunning seaside ambiance. The spa and wellness facilities are top-notch, offering a truly relaxing experience. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel exceeds expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury and comfort in Alexandria!

One if the best hotels I stayed at and I stayed at many! Very classic hotel, very well maintained and their attention to details is amazing! From hotel amenities to their service, I can only describe it as “an experience” to stay there. Unfortunately we went in November so we couldn’t access the beach but I heard it was amazing! The restaurant is great with lots of options that caters to every diet. Their pastry chef is definitely french pastry trained as the quality of the pastry shows! The gym is not bad but the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi are amazing! If there is one thing I felt missing was reading light so that you don’t disturb others in the room again, otherwise it is fantastic! If you get the chance to stay there, do not hesitate

A fantastic, clean, and luxurious location. It has an old timey look, but in an elegant and professionally maintained way. Everyone was so kind, courteous, and professional. They clean your room like 2-3 times a day, it felt like every time I left (even for a short while), they would go in and freshen everything up. The breakfast spread is okay. They let the food sit out for awhile so it loses its flavor and quality relatively quickly. There’s a decent amount of options. The actual restaurants are great, I ate here a couple times during my stay and it was the best food I had during my entire trip. The gym, sad to say, is awful. It’s poorly set up, not well maintained, and there are not a lot of options. If keeping up with fitness is important to you on your trip, this is not the place. Other than that- a wonderful experience overall!

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. Honestly, one of the most beautiful I have ever stayed in and I travel the world and always stay in luxurious accommodations. This was impressive, lots of grandeur. The location cannot be beat either. Central to everything and yet, right near the beach. The breakfast was incredible - the room, the sea view, the food, the service. The room we stayed in was large, well appointed and had the most comfortable bed in all the stays I have had in 18 days in Egypt. The staff was well trained, friendly and spoke good English. It was really refreshing to be in an American hotel where they paid attention to little details to make Americans comfortable: the TV was American and had American programming in English. The toilets and shower fixtures are American brands and easy to operate and familiar. The WiFi was very fast and easy to connect to.

We stayed in a deluxe one bedroom suite. From the minute we checked in at the beach side reservation we were treated amazingly. The check in went smoothly and we were driven to our suite. The room is divine with two bathrooms and lounge area as well as outside dining table and sun loungers right on the beach. The breakfast and service was exceptional with all staff attentive and friendly. They greeted us each morning and remembered our coffee order. We didn’t even have to hold our plates after choosing our breakfast. They took it from us and placed on our table. We dined each night in the beach restaurant because we loved the atmosphere, ambience, quality of food and service. Our waiter was Yuoseif who was amazing, friendly and thoughtful. He made our dining experience that little more special. This hotel was our last stop on a month long trip and we believe we kept the best for last. Well done to every staff member at Four Seasons Alexandria. We loved every minute of our time at your hotel.

We went to Alexandria to get to know the fiancé of my daughter and spent 4 nights at The four seasons Hotel. I felt very safe there and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. We had a lovely suite, a well sized bathroom and a comfortable bed. Fresh fruits and biscuits awaited us when we arrived. The breakfast and dinner was excellent and I could use the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Wonderful experience, I would love to come back!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Alexandria, Egypt, and I wanted to share my experience. Overall, the hotel has a lot to offer, but there were some aspects that left me with mixed feelings. Cleanliness and Service: 5/5 First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. From the lobby to the guest rooms, everything was spotless, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. The service was another highlight; the staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. Food: 5/5 The dining options at the Four Seasons were exceptional. The food was delicious, with a variety of local and international dishes that catered to different tastes. Every meal I had was a delight, showcasing the culinary creativity and quality that the hotel is known for. Value for Money: 2/5 However, I must mention that the price of my stay was quite steep. I paid around $1000 for one night, which I felt was excessive, especially considering it wasn't the peak season. While I appreciate the luxury experience, the cost seemed disproportionate to the amenities provided. Room Amenities: 2/5 Additionally, I found the bathroom amenities lacking. Essential items like toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided, which is something I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. It’s the small details that can make a big difference in the overall experience. Overall Impression: 3/5 In summary, the Four Seasons Hotel in Alexandria is a beautiful property with excellent service and fantastic food. However, the high price point and the lack of certain basic amenities may give potential guests pause. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway and don't mind the cost, this hotel could be a wonderful choice, but it's important to weigh the value against what is offered. I would recommend the hotel, but with the caveat to prepare for the premium pricing and to manage expectations regarding room amenities.

What a gem of a hotel. It's a super rare combination of quality and excellence, without the greed. They are so nice and flexible and that's why I will keep returning. Context: I had booked for two nights but then I realized that I can't stay for the second night and they happily refunded me the 2nd night, no questions asked.
