Our experience at the Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and filled with thoughtful details that made us feel at home. A very special thank you to Ziad and Mostafa for their incredible service — always smiling, friendly, and genuinely attentive. The Egyptian restaurant deserves special recognition for its warm hospitality and delicious food. Every meal was a delight, and the staff’s kindness made each visit even more enjoyable. At breakfast, Juliana greeted us every morning with her lovely smile and helpful attitude — she made our mornings extra special. The entire team embodies what true five-star service should be: polite, professional, and caring. We can’t wait to return to this beautiful hotel — it’s easily one of the best in Alexandria!

Incredible experience from A to Z . I got used to this excellent service &the standards of Four Seasons San Stefano that I can not accept less when I travel around the world nothing can impress me like here . The whole team are like a family and genuinely I feel Home being here the warm welcome, the outstanding experience, greetings with a happy smile from all the staff to the extent that I see that contagious even FS guests had same positive vibes everyone is greeting and smiling . Like heaven sure we have our bad days and burdens but when you visit Four Seasons San Stefano they vanish at least for the time we stay there . Thank you to every single person working at FS not even one negative comment. FS uniqueness is not only having a luxurious & elegant building in-front of the beach, the heart of our beautiful Alexandria but also the dedication of the staff striving to provide a signature experience to all guests . We only had one night in Alexandria, yet this place made it absolutely amazing. The location is perfect with expansive views and a beautiful beach. Our suite was stellar in furnishing and the welcome fruit and sweets were much appreciated. We enjoyed a lovely swim in the Mediterranean followed by an outstanding buffet with a perfect view of the sunset. The live music was an additional bonus. We finished the evening with a bottle of bubbly and a super soak in the beautiful tub just made for relaxing.|Our room service breakfast the next morning was enjoyed on our terrace with a view of the Sea and sounds of the city. Outstanding on all accounts.

My experience in Four Seasons Alexandria was a truly delight. We had the opportunity to travel to Alexandria for the first time and definitely we want to come back. |To be able to just cross to other building and get into the water and enjoy the Mediterranean sea, was just amazing. |We also had the opportunity to visit the spa, and it has been one of the best massages that I’ve taken. |In general, in all the hotel, the service and food was great. |Our room was incredible as well.

I’ve travelled and stayed in a lot of hotels before and this is absolutely one of my favorites! The hotel is in a peak area of Alexandria within walking distance of so many restaurants. The private beach is incredibly beautiful and peaceful. The pools are a lot of fun and very clean. The entire hotel itself has an elegant and historic vibe. All around it feels very Clean and safe. All the staff we interacted with were absolutely incredible and professional. We had such an amazing time and we will definitely be back again!

We had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Alexandria. The Double Room Beach Suite was perfect — spacious, spotless, and just steps from the beach. The staff were the real highlight: so friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond. Housekeeping was excellent, with daily cleaning, fresh fruit, and water. Breakfast at the Beach Restaurant was a delight, with fantastic service from Rawan in particular. Truly a 5-star experience — highly recommended and we’ll definitely return.

From the warm welcome and complimentary room upgrade kindly offered by the delightful receptionist (whose name, unfortunately, I cannot recall) to the dedicated team who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, every detail reflected genuine hospitality. I deeply appreciate the outstanding service and care that made my visit so exceptional.||||Equally impressive was the remarkable team managing and operating the beautiful beachside restaurant. Their delicious food is undoubtedly the reason I left with a few extra pounds, and I could not be happier about it. I was truly honored to meet the managers—Mr. Abdeltawab, Mr. Moustafa, and the respectable young gentleman, Mohannad—who went out of their way to ensure our dining experience was both enjoyable and safe. Mohannad, in particular, took the extra step of recording my son’s nut allergy in the Four Seasons system and personally ensuring the chef was informed, which gave us great peace of mind.||||This stay has been nothing short of outstanding, and I look forward to returning so

Definitely still one the best in Egypt. Bedn to many 4 seasons hotels and i think this is the best one honestly. They are very trained very helpful staff. One of the best views ever i have seen from a hotel in egypt. The beach is so beautiful. And calm. Definitely recommended.
