Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano, Egypt

We had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano. The team made my husband’s birthday incredibly special. Special thanks to Mr. Mohannad, the Rooms Manager, for his exceptional hospitality, and to Sophia at the restaurant for her kindness and warm care, especially with my son. Many thanks as well to the restaurant manager and the entire team, including the Concierge staff, for their professionalism and thoughtful arrangements that made our celebration so memorable. Overall, Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano is a beautiful and exceptionally clean hotel. The rooms are elegant, the swimming pool is wonderful, and every detail reflects true five-star quality. We had an amazing time and will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Arguably Alexandria's best hotel. It's a serious 5+ star with spectacular interiors. What we liked most was the consistent staff: friendly, dedicated, really excellent at what they do. If I could change one thing, it would be probably soundproofing: it's good, but not sufficient for the super busy corniche; airport hotel-style windows would be needed. That being said, a spectacular hotel which I wholeheartedly recommend.

Thank you for making our stay truly perfect. Some of my days here felt like something out of a dream. I loved every moment. The space was cozy, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. I am especially grateful to the entire team for creating such a thoughtful and unforgettable birthday celebration for me. It is a memory I will treasure for a very long time. Thank you all so much.

The staff made our stay perfect. Honestly one of the best hotels in Egypt. Super well trained and good language skills. Breakfast staff were amazing housekeeping very thoughtful and all restaurant staff

I had a wonderful morning experience starting with tea and a croissant at Fresca. I was warmly welcomed by Rowan and Doaa, and also by the new team member Farouk, who, although still settling in, was pleasant, cheerful, and attentive. The overall service was excellent, and the team made me feel very comfortable.||Special thanks to Fares, who ensured my shisha was prepared in advance before I headed up to Arabsque. I arrived about 10 minutes before opening, and Mohamed greeted me with a welcoming smile. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly ready, including my favorite shisha flavor.||I truly enjoyed the music, atmosphere, and relaxing vibes. The experience ended on a high note with a very warm and thoughtful farewell from Mohamed, which was especially appreciated as I was in a hurry to catch my flight.

We had an excellent stay at this Four Seasons! The rooms were nice and comfortable. We had a balcony sea-view room and the view was incredible. The service was wonderful, everybody at the hotel was so nice and went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. We ate at Byblos and it was delicious. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning; which was out of this world! Such a great selection of food, we looked forward to breakfast each day! I also got an incredible body scrub and massage at the spa - it was fantastic. The spa area also includes a steam room, hot tub and cold plunge you can do free of charge (which also connects to the woman's gym). My husband enjoyed the gym. We highly recommend this hotel, it is wonderful!

I am not sure where to start. In 3 days, I was constantly moved by how everyone who interacted with me demonstrated utter attention and will to help, all with a smile, never did anyone look unhappy or dissatisfied with their job. You could say that they were genuinely eager to give their guests the Best experience ever. They succeeded and exceeded in demonstrating the highest standards in customer satisfaction. So very well done. Your service and experience was top class. I look forward to returning soon. Greatly thankful for the memories.
