Four Seasons Hotel Amman

A very nice property in a great area of the city. Very clean and well appointed public areas and rooms. The outdoor pool was not open however, the indoor pool and spa/gym were very nice. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Also enjoyed cocktails in the bar which was very nice. The staff were very professional and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend this property. The concierge took extra time to help us with some flights, and was extremely pleasant.

This is the best hotel all around we have stayed in! The Foyer dining and staff were amazing - Ahmad and Suzy were wonderful! Also, the bar with sports tvs and cigars was so relaxing. Raneen and Mira were always checking on us and emptying ashtrays and providing us more drinks. They were lovely and made us feel like at home. The linens and executive suite were also top notch! One of the best sleeps we have had while traveling. Upon leaving I accidentally left a bag behind and took elevator back to room, but Moayed from housekeeping had already brought it down to reception for me. We will always stay at this wonderful and hospitable hotel. The entire staff was amazing!

Yesterday it was a family member’s wedding and the food and service was absolutely perfect. Our stay at Four Seasons Hotel Amman was amazing. The hotel is situated in a nice area, and its exterior and interior exude beauty and elegance. Concierge provided fantastic restaurant suggestions, leading us to savor delicious Mansaf and Kunafa during our Jordanian adventure. The reception team is incredible with their professionalism and warmth. Olea, the very delicious breakfast restaurant, boasts a very polite and attentive staff, always ready to assist. The spacious rooms offer a delightful view, complemented by the hotel's well-maintained spa facilities, including a relaxing swimming pool and jacuzzi. Overall, a truly luxurious and great experience.

What a wonderful trip to Amman Four Seasons. Incredible service as always. I have a noise from my aircon, engineering was in the room promptly and fixed the issue within 5 minutes. I was even offered an immediate room change, which was not required as the issue was dealt with so promptly. Thank you Four Seasons!

The hotel exceeded expectations from the start. The check-in staff provided exceptional service, recommending must-see sights in Amman and equipping us with a map. Upon returning, we were delighted to find not just a ready room, but a spacious suite upgrade – a fantastic perk of booking through the Amex FHR program! The hotel itself catered to various dining preferences, with a range of options from a classy French restaurant to a lively sports bar. Relaxation was well-supported with a fantastic spa, refreshing indoor and outdoor pools, and luxurious amenities like a jacuzzi and sauna. The breakfast buffet was a true feast, offering a wide variety to satisfy any palate. There was even a special Chinese menu available upon request, catering to diverse culinary desires. Knowing our flight wasn't until midnight, the hotel generously extended our checkout until 6 pm and offered complimentary access to the spa even after that. This exemplifies the fantastic hospitality and service we received throughout our entire stay!

Their dedication to ensuring a wonderful stay is evident in every interaction. The bed is the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel, providing a perfect night's sleep. I wholeheartedly recommend the Four Seasons over any other hotel in Amman for an unparalleled experience.

Spa service was really fantastic. Staff were beyond helpful and caring. All the stress faded after my visit. I would definitely come back ! ||Location was convenient. Parking service provided.
