Four Seasons Hotel Amman

The Four Seasons Amman is a proper gem—cosy yet elegant, with stunning rooms that feel like a warm hug. Breakfast is delightful, and the club lounge? A smashing spread of food and drinks. Only hiccup was the check-in receptionist, who dawdled a bit too much for my liking. Still, a fabulous spot to dazzle your guests!

We stayed at the Four Seasons Amman in a suite for our wedding night, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel truly special from the moment we arrived. The suite was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable an ideal setting for such an important occasion. To celebrate, the team surprised us with a delicious cake and dessert to congratulate us, and the next morning they brought breakfast to our room. These thoughtful touches made our stay unforgettable, and we’re so grateful for the wonderful hospitality

During my recent visit to the Four Seasons Amman, I was truly impressed by the outstanding service provided by Mahmoud Abushamaleh. From check-in to check-out, Mahmoud’s attentiveness and professionalism made a lasting impression. He consistently went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect, handling every request with efficiency and genuine care. His ability to anticipate guest needs and respond with such grace and warmth reflects the highest standards of hospitality. Mahmoud played a big role in making our stay feel special and personalized. It’s clear he takes great pride in what he does, and his dedication to excellence deserves recognition. High end, quality hotel. The front desk staff is very accommodating and helpful. The lounge cafe service was very slow. Food overpriced and not worth it. Rooms are very comfortable. Location is central but nothing to do within walking distance.

The Eid Brunch was amazing! The open buffet was absolutely delicious. A special thanks to Rachel and Mohannad for taking excellent care of us. They made us feel at home from the minute we walked through the door. Great food and an even better service!
