Four Seasons Bogotá (Zona T) is in the perfect location, right in a lively neighborhood full of restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived, check-in and check-out were smooth. The restaurant team really stood out. Having breakfast there was such a pleasure, when it felt a little chilly, they thoughtfully brought me a blanket, which made the experience extra special. Dinner was just as great, with an excellent menu and great atmosphere. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and always clean. Everything was well taken care of. It was a wonderful experience overall, and we enjoyed both the hotel and the vibrant neighborhood around it.

Its not the standard Four seasons level of hotel resort. Rooms dont have hot tubs nor the feel and look of a four seasons. The spa is just a basic steam room no hot sauna or jet hot tub, very small. Wouldn't recommend as a resort. Food is good but not much to offer. No bar just a small restaurant. Basic

Fantastic experience! Top notch service , I arrive very late due a delayed flight, the hotel staff took care of me and my family. They mounted baby bed at 1 am without problems . We loved it !

If I could give more than 5 Stars, I absolutely would. I expected it to be good but every single member of their staff was on point. I’m a big fan of this hotel and I plan to stay there again

Spectacular stay! I booked the presidential suite & I have to say the room + the customer service was phenomenal. I also booked the private driver which was very much on-time where I requested them & front desk, especially Hugo & Miguel were more than great in terms of customer service. Will definitely book again!
