Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza

This hotel is superior to all others in every way. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning- it and has lots of food choices. The breakfast buffet was the best of any four seasons hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms are beautiful- clean and comfortable. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating- the absolute best service! Security at the entrance of the hotel made us feel safe and secure. I would 100% stay here again if I found myself in Cairo.

Overall the service at the hotel is excellent. But room need to renovated and refurnibished. Breakfast very disappointing for the price they are charging and for a 5 stars hotel. Unfortunately won't go back as lt's not worth all money you pay for. Ritz is much better and cheaper cost.

From the moment we arrived, the level of service set a high standard. Fedi and Salma at reception went out of their way to make us feel genuinely welcome - attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made a lasting impression.||||The property itself is remarkable. It combines timeless elegance with modern comfort, and the views over the Nile are simply breathtaking - especially at sunset. Our room was not only beautifully designed but also incredibly comfortable, with every little detail thoughtfully taken care of.||||The spa offered a peaceful escape from the buzz of the city. It was serene and luxurious, but what truly took it to the next level was the view from the relaxation area. Sitting there, looking out over the river, felt like a dream - calm, quiet, and deeply rejuvenating.

Our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza was nothing short of amazing. The hotel offers impeccable cleanliness and outstanding service. We booked our tours to Old Cairo and the Pyramids through the concierge service, and they made the experience seamless and unforgettable. Additionally, the food at Byblos, their restaurant, was absolutely fantastic. The dishes were flavorful, and the ambiance made for an incredible dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-tier service, luxury, and delicious food in Cairo!

Absolutely loved this hotel - one of my favorite Four Seasons Hotels in the world - we walked in with a group and on check in the General Manager pulled me aside and greeted me by name and said "welcome back" - totally unexpected but clearly they had researched the types of rooms we've booked before, the types of things we like in our room and the types of food we liked to eat and they very much accommodated us. Gave us a room with a view over the Giza Pyramids, had snacks in the room that matched our dietary restrictions, and just provided a level of service that went above and beyond. It was just a great experience both times we stayed there.

Good room and bathroom. Service was good. Location good although there is only one department store attached to the mall and it is expensive. There is also a hairdresser in the department store. Lobby had good buzz and food. Breakfast was excellent. Try the Egyptian specialities such as Feteer Mshaltet and Taamiya and Foul. Good service. I would stay there again.

Amazing place to stay. Have stayed at a few four seasons and it seems each has their own unique touch. the service and attention to detail at four seasons cairo at Nile plaza is great. From arriving the make sure you look after your every need and the staff are very friendly, including the security, very secure place. Came for a wedding and have enjoyed the stay, the venues for the wedding are amazing, there have been tons of weddings while here and the decorations are immaculate. The array of restaurants almost makes you want to eat just at the four seasons but there at lots of other great restaurants to eat in Cairo as well. The pay close attention when cleaning your hotel rooms and arrange your things with great organisation and you never have to wonder if your room will be cleaned upon returning, sometimes twice a day. they help keep my work station clean and reorganise my toiletries to how I had them previously if I left them array when rushing out. It is in a nice location right next to the Nile with a few attractions and activities within 30 minutes. Both views of the Nile and citadel are lovely. If you wish to hear less traffic I would recommend getting a room on the side of the citadel, you will still hear a little traffic but not as much if you were in a room with a nile view as that is above a main road. Also be sure to make use of the amnesties and try some Arabic coffee in the lobby. Whole the location is nice for old cairo, it can take some time if you wanted to go to new cairo. New cairo is a much visit place and I assume a four seasons will also be there in the future with all the quick development. Four seasons has yet to let us down

Very nice stay for a long weekend. The hotel was very luxurious and staff were extremely helpful.||View from our room was beautiful, we were level 20 and had a nice view of the city and citadel. ||Pool area was lovely to relax and the staff we great! ||We also ate a couple of times at the 8 Chinese restaurant who catered brilliantly for our vegan diet and the view across the Nile at sunset was such a lovely setting to eat our dinner.||Would highly recommend the hotel!
