This a classic 4 Seasons hotel with impeccable service. Very nice rooms - if slightly boring decor. The gym is great and food fantastic and a welcome respite if you have been touring Egypt for ten days and need more variety. We eat at the Italian restaurant which was very good.

Very posh! The hotel is upscale with very attentive and friendly staff. They meet you upon arrival, take your bags, guide you to where you need to go, quick check in, and guide you again to your room with near immediate luggage delivery. The rooms are lovely with great views for the Superior Rooms. The Attendant will turn down your room in the evening. There is a large beautiful pool with hot tub, spa, exercise room, shop, and restaurants.

The room was good, with a nice location and good service. In-room dining serving timing could be improved, and the lobby is smaller than other Four Seasons. Unlike other locations, room technology, like electronic curtains and in-room iPads, is minimal, but it doesn’t detract from the experience. Overall, I recommend it for its services & comfort.

4.5 stars rounded up. The lobby is extremely luxurious, and the rooms are spacious. However, if you want to dine at one of the special restaurants in the hotel, you must make a reservation in advance, or you may be able to dine only at very late hours. We opted for the more easily available casual Mediterranean restaurant. The tenderloin we ordered was anything but tender. When we told the server, the chef came to our table. He was extremely apologetic. The entrée was removed from our bill. In addition, dessert and tea was on the house. As we were about to depart, we were overwhelmed by cigarette smoke in one elevator. (Obviously, this is the fault of an inconsiderate guest, not the hotel.) When we told a manager in the lobby, she was very apologetic and told us that she would deal with it immediately.

Stayed at the Four Seasons Nile Plaza on our first trip to Cairo, before heading off for a Nile cruise, What a fabulous hotel it is! Our beautiful suite overlooked the Nile, and was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully appointed. Having early morning coffee on our balcony was a great way to start the day.||The choice of restaurants at the hotel was excellent, and the food was delicious and well presented. There is a pool and a spa, which looked fabulous, but we didn’t have enough time to use them! All of the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommended if you want a top quality hotel in Cairo!

So this was my second trip this year on business. I travel extensively for my role. To be honest it can be a little exhausting, even in the best of cities with the best of hotels. But I think this is arguably, in my humble opinion, the best hotel I have stayed in anywhere. It is the perfect balance of all the facilities you would wish for and more along with the heritage and sympathetic design that takes you back to a different era.||The rooms are excellent, regardless of whether you are facing the Nile or Old Cairo city. They are generous in size and the bathroom is a room to be witnessed. In fact I took full use of the huge bath and the double sinks will benefit couples. The lighting and artwork are not to be dismissed. Nothing is chintzy or fake. It is the opposite of Dubai and its plastic fantastic over the top attempts at luxury that frankly leave you wanting the real thing. This is very much that authentic experience. ||Customer service is second to none. They cannot do enough for you and it is not just a job for the staff, they love looking after people. ||The food is second to none. It is the best breakfast I have had anywhere in nearly 30 years of business travel. The range and quality with the several restaurants means you are spoilt for choice. ||Finally, the Spa is worth a visit if you get the chance. I was there on business so only experienced it briefly, but can imagine leisure seekers will indulge in pure luxury.

I mean… it was my first time visiting Egypt so I splurged on staying at the Four Seasons. Best thing I ever did! The hotel is lovely & super clean. They have various restaurants that offer Asian, Lebanese or Italian food. They do serve alcohol and hookah as well. My room overlooked the Nile & every morning & evening I looked forward to taking a picture of my view. I also have to give a quick shout out to Mr. Walid, with concierge, who helped booked all of our tours & helped with anything needed and Ms. Mariam who lent me a curling iron because I forgot mine at home. Thanks to everyone at the Four Seasons who made this experience magical! If you visit in December like I did you’ll also get to see the beautiful Christmas trees!

The hotel is very beautiful and its location is convenient, but due to renovations there is no walkway to the river. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are distinguished and cheerful, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. I recommend staying there.
