"A stately riverside tower on Cairo’s corniche that commands views of the Nile, this upscale, riverfront hotel represents the brand’s other highly rated property in the region. Its prominent waterfront location and imposing architecture contribute to its reputation among readers as a top luxury stay in Cairo." - Hannah Walhout Hannah Walhout Hannah Walhout is a senior editor at Travel + Leisure, where she edits the Discoveries section of the print magazine and develops longer stories focusing on food, wine, and spirits. Four Seasons Cairo at Nile Plaza (Cairo, Egypt) 1 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"A sprawling metropolis, Cairo’s borders seem indeterminate, and finding the authentic Cairo can be a difficult task for travelers. However any Egyptian will tell you that true Cairo only exists on the east bank of the Nile, and the Four Seasons Cairo at Nile Plaza puts travelers right on the river’s edge and at the center of this ancient culture. Surrounded by a beauty and history that’s intoxicating, the Four Seasons once again deliver on what they do best — providing guests with quiet sophistication and serenity, a bastion of respite in this restless capital." - Tablet Hotels

I would like to thank all the staff at the Four Seasons Hotel, and I want to highlight how truly wonderful my overall experience was. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and the hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the restaurant views overlooking the Nile at the Nile Plaza are absolutely beautiful. I also want to give special recognition to Ganna and Fady at the reception. They are incredibly sweet, professional, and welcoming. Checking in was smooth and effortless, checking out was just as easy, and Ganna even surprised me with a complimentary upgrade. The upgraded room had a fantastic view, which made my stay even more memorable. Thank you, Ganna, for the outstanding service, your kindness and professionalism truly stood out. As a frequent Four Seasons guest, this hotel in Cairo went beyond my expectations, and I will definitely be returning.

A beautiful marble structure building located next to the embassies, across from the Nile river and facing the tower of Cairo, I really beautiful site. Our room is specious, beautifully lit and beautifully decorated, so it is a very comfortable satisfactory pleasant stay in the room. The service for cleaning the room and the service for the dining areas is outstanding, professional, pleasant staff very well trained. A great experience

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing compared to what I expected. I booked a room for about $700 per night, assuming I would enjoy the luxury and comfort that the Four Seasons brand is known for. Unfortunately, the reality was far from that. The room was very outdated, with worn-out furniture that clearly needs a complete renovation. Even the small details that usually give a sense of luxury were missing, making the stay feel far below the standards associated with this hotel name. Overall, the experience felt more like staying in a budget one-star hotel rather than a high-end property charging premium prices. The service and general atmosphere also didn’t match the level I anticipated. Everything felt old and not up to the expectations of an internationally recognized luxury hotel. In summary, the stay was not satisfying at all, and I would not recommend booking here unless the rooms and facilities undergo a proper renovation that reflects the price and the bran

Outstanding experience during our recent stay in Cairo. If you are planning a visit to Cairo I highly recommend staying at the four seasons Nile Plaza. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The spa was fantastic and the gym facilities were best in Cairo. The food at the breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. But what makes this hotel stand out amongst the rest is the staff. They are so attentive, kind, and considerate. They are so helpful and willing to go the extra mile at every turn. They left us feeling completely at home and supported during our stay at all times. I can't thank the staff enough for providing us with such a wonderful experience

Pretty much every aspect of this hotel was faultless. Loved the location in Garden City - close to many sights and river walks. The staff were uniformly attentive and excellent in all areas - main entrance security, front desk, bar and serving staff, breakfast room staff, pool and housekeeping. The room was very spacious with a great balcony overlooking the river with all the amenities required and a great spacious bathroom. Loved it all and can’t wait to return.

We recently visited the Four Seasons in Cairo and overall had a good experience. The drinks were great, the food was absolutely amazing, and the staff were genuinely lovely—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.||One thing to be cautious of is the charges added to the bill. There’s a 12% fee that they mention, but they don’t clearly tell you about an additional 14% charge on top of that, for reasons that still aren’t entirely clear. It definitely added more to the bill than expected.||Overall, a nice visit with great service and food, just make sure to double-check the billing so there are no surprises.

Beautiful hotel. 5 star luxury. Room was spacious and clean with a large balcony overlooking the nile offering incredible 24 hour views to die for. Breakfast spread was sumptuous and fresh. Hotel staff polite and accommodating. Beautiful, modern designed resort hotel with many restaurant options.

After 5 nights at the Four Seasons Nile Plaza, I'm not looking forward to any of the hotels we'll probably use in 2026. The Four Seasons is THAT terrific; we're now totally spoiled. We had a Nile River view room with a large balcony (and comfortable chairs) that was delightful every early morning and evening. The room was extremely spacious, beautifully decorated (elegant but not fussy), lots of light, huge bathroom with two sinks and excellent walk-in shower. But it's the staff that also made the difference, from front-desk to housekeeping to the breakfast buffet staff to the security guards at the front door - all exceptional. Housekeeping deserves special mention - their attention to detail was amazing. When they saw that we liked extra water, they left more water every day; they noticed which coffee pods my husband preferred and when they spotted a broken cup in the trash (yes, we dropped a cup), they stopped us in the hallway the next day to make sure we had not cut ourselves. After this experience, we will be trying to stay in as many Four Seasons as possible in the future.
