My stay at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence was an experience wrapped in elegance, warmth, and genuine hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed like family by my favorite ladies — Caroline, Mariam, and Eman — whose kindness and professionalism perfectly capture the spirit of the Four Seasons. One of the highlights was a beautiful dinner at Zoé aboard the First Nile Boat, where the shimmering Nile framed a night of exquisite Mediterranean flavors. Every dish, crafted under the culinary mastery of Chef Marios, was a delight — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. A heartfelt thanks as well to Ahmed Yousry, whose gracious attention made the evening seamless. A stay here isn’t just about luxury; it’s about connection, authenticity, and the timeless charm of Cairo itself. Truly a property where elegance meets heart — and memories linger long after you leave.

Very good location! Anyway you’ll have to take a taxi/ uber to go anywhere but location is good. Rooms are nice and very spacious, a bit old school (no plugs by the bed, old carpet,…) and you can see on the pictures, a bit (a lot) of dust under the bed! The service is good especially in the different restaurants! HOWEVER never give your car to the valet parking, on top of being not very friendly during the whole trip (a week), they scratched my car and then looked at me stupidly without doing anything and they deny that it was then… and even forced me to pay the parking (less than 7$..). Never gave them again and surprisingly my car wasn’t scratched again…

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was a nice spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of Cairo. The service level was excellent and what we have come to expect from Four Seasons. Our allocated room was very spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed the included breakfast as well as dining in one of the specialty restaurants - picture included. We would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Cairo and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Four Seasons First Residence in Cairo. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We booked through Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts, and everything was handled seamlessly. Check-in was smooth, and while our room was being prepared, the staff encouraged us to enjoy the pool and facilities. When the room was ready, we were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a stunning view, a spacious bathroom with a large bathtub, and a big closet area that made unpacking easy and comfortable. While waiting, I treated myself to a visit to the spa and had an incredible Turkish hamam experience. The spa facilities, including the sauna and hot tub, were spotless and relaxing, and the entire treatment felt rejuvenating after several days of travel. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool. It’s a peaceful oasis, perfectly sheltered from the wind, surrounded by cabanas where you can relax, order food, or even smoke shisha. I had a delicious fatteh for lunch by the pool and was impressed by the food and attentive service. Breakfast the next morning in the Tea Lounge was sensational. There were so many choices, from freshly squeezed juices to perfectly made eggs Benedict, and the tea service was elegant. Every part of our stay felt thoughtful and luxurious. If you’re visiting Cairo and want a bit of calm and elegance amid the city’s energy, the Four Seasons First Residence is a perfect choice. We would recommend it without hesitation and can’t wait to stay here again.

I had a great five nights in Cairo, and my experience at the Four Seasons was one of the reasons why. The staff was excellent, and everyone was extremely helpful. If I needed to contact a tour group or arrange a ride to the airport, there was always someone looking out for me. My suite was on the fifteenth floor, and the layout was beautiful. Everything was taken care of in the most professional manner possible, and it made for such a memorable stay. And I will never forget those incredible Cairo sunsets from my balcony :) Thank you Four Seasons Cairo at The First Residence.

A Disgrace to the Four Seasons Name. Deeply Disappointed I stayed at your hotel with my family (two adults, two children), expecting the high standards this brand is known for. What we encountered was shockingly below par. Reception & Check-In: From the moment we arrived, the experience was off-putting. The reception staff lacked basic hospitality training and failed to deliver even a courteous welcome. Despite arriving well past check-in time, our room was not ready. We were left waiting over 25 minutes with no explanation or apology. Room Conditions: When we were finally escorted to what they called a “suite,” we were stunned to find housekeeping still cleaning up after the previous guests. Dirty cups were left behind, the room smelled unpleasant, and several areas were damp. It was not just unprepared it was unhygienic and unacceptable. Overall Experience: This was not a minor lapse it was a complete failure in service, cleanliness, and professionalism. I chose this hotel based on its reputation for excellence, but what we received was far from any reasonable standard, let alone the Four Seasons benchmark. I rarely write reviews, but this experience was too poor to ignore. I hope management takes this seriously, because what we endured was not just disappointing it was embarrassing.

We had an exceptional stay at the Four Seasons. We stayed in rooms 912 and 1005. ||The rooms are quintessential Four Seasons—spacious, with luxurious bedding and expansive bathrooms featuring a shower, tub, bidet, and more. The entire staff was outstanding, delivering warm, friendly, and professional service that made our experience truly memorable. ||During our travels through Cairo, Aswan, and Luxor, we found the dining at the Four Seasons to be unparalleled, offering the best food we enjoyed on our trip.||A special thank you to Mostafa Abdelhaliem at the front desk and Zied Mohamed at Aura for their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail.

A very comfortable hotel suite in bustling Cairo. ||A very big thank you to Mustafa at the front desk for making our check-in so seamless when we were so exhausted on arrival.||Suites are both spacious and well equipped for travellers. A large swimming pool with an abundance of deck chairs and a first class gym.||A standout is the breakfast buffet which has wonderful selection of western and Arabic cuisine . The buffet staff are second to none from the wonderful assistant manager to his excellent team, a big thank you to them (especially Ashee) for making our stay so memorable.||This hotel is highly recommended.
