Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence

Wonderful hotel with beautiful décor and fresh flowers everywhere — it feels elegant, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed from the moment you arrive. The restaurants are outstanding, both on site and just across the road. One is situated right next to the Nile River, and both offer incredible food paired with exceptional hospitality. Dining here was a real highlight of our stay. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the pyramids and the new museum. The hotel is also very helpful in recommending and arranging trips and guides. The guide they found for us was highly educated and incredibly knowledgeable, but more importantly, we made a genuine friend whom we will definitely stay in touch with. Above all, the best thing about this stunning hotel is the staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble — they are kind, friendly, and efficient, and their warmth truly sets this hotel apart. What do you want out of a hotel?|A goods nights sleep in a comfortable bed, and this hotel certainly delivers.|the beds are great. the sheets and pillows brilliant.|the room we had was spacious but very slightly faded.|So for sleeping top marks.|i was a little concerned about eating in the hotel restaurants as sometimes they are not the best place and some earlier reviews had not been good. i need not have worried. At the Lebanese by the pool we had pigeon and ox tail tagine, both were excellent, even the Egyptian wine was drinkable when had with the food.|the Greek restaurant on the boat alongside the hotel was also very nice with excellent food , we had 4 seafood starters, there was good service, with nice views out onto the river Nile.|If you are staying in Cairo i would strongly recommend this hotel.|Do not be concerned by the 4 stars, 4 stars is designated as excellent. there is too much over scoring nowadays.

It is a wonderful place to wind down at our end of tour in Egypt. The service, facilities and staff are all up to the par of 4 seasons brand. We had a premium Nile view room, which is a partial view from two different windows, because the resident building is in front of the hotel building. So set up the realistic expectations, but the room is spacious and luxurious. We definitely enjoyed it with the Nile view despite not being a panoramic view of Nile. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was perfect every main attractions in Cairo was nearby .. the first mall which is 3 foot steps from the lobby was the jewel on the crown.. Ms. Asala from the reception is professional lovable & the reason we had perfect stay at the four seasons

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as always. It truly did not disappoint and lived up to the high standards I associate with this brand. The overall experience was excellent, from the atmosphere to the service. The only small area where I expected a bit more was the cuisine. Given that this is a Four Seasons hotel, my expectations were slightly higher in this regard. Nevertheless, the dining experience was still good. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Asala Elkholy, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive. Her professional yet very warm and human approach made a real difference to my stay. Thank you for your outstanding service and genuine care.

We just wanted to let you know how fabulous our experience at the Cairo Four Seasons First Residence was in Dec and January. The hotel is very comfortable and the ambiance luxurious. Your staff are absolutely fantastic. I would like to especially mention the front desk staff and most importantly Mr. Mohamed Amir in the restaurant who made us feel like honored guests.

This was our second stay at the Four Seasons Cairo at First Residence, the last in 2018. It was outstanding then and it was even better this time.The front desk team were welcoming and efficient. Our room (#1720, city view) was quite large and well appointed. The bed and bedding were comfortable and top quality. The A/C worked well and the room was quiet. It was nice to use the balcony and we were able to see the pyramids in the distance. The shower pressure was strong and the toiletries were very nice. |The breakfast buffet at the Tea Room was awesome. We also ate lunch one day at Le Gourmandise in the First Mall and it was very good. Dinner at Zoe on the First Nile Boat was outstanding. Don't miss the octopus appetizer. The staff at Aura is second to none. We visited the First Bar for a nightcap, which was also very nice. |Another wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Cairo First Residence.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay especially Magat , Ehsaan ,Maryam, Ahmed at the breakfast were exceptional. Great pool Salma ,Mira and Mohammad were great and very helpful at the pool area .The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious lunch/dinner and drinks at the pool and aura . Looking forward of coming back again soon
