Four Seasons Hotel Moscow (Moscow, Russia) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Some Four Seasons hotels are so tasteful as to blend into the background, but the Four Seasons Hotel Moscow is a unique mix of the historic and the contemporary. It’s set right on Red Square, overlooking no less distinctive a landmark than the Kremlin, and it’s a thorough re-imagining of the Thirties-vintage Hotel Moskva, which accounts for much of its unique personality. Functionally, it’s as luxurious as you expect from the Four Seasons brand, with a lavish spa, a multitude of dining and drinking venues, and in-room comforts that are second to none — add unique Soviet-era décor, artworks, and views, and you’ve got what might be the most memorable hotel in the portfolio." - Tablet Hotels

Rooms, service, location, friendliness, luxury were all at exceptional levels. Had a great room on the 14th floor. It's strange through. The guy in the room next door had a close friend named Vlad. Somehow, the guy in the room fell out of his window. So strange, especially since the windows in the hotel do not open out to the street. Otherwise, enjoy!

Room was good and it has everything the guest may need, housekeeping staff are friendly and hotel is close to all visitors area The location is good but area is too crowded to have taxis coming to the gate; you need to walk a bit to reach taxi even if you have luggage to carry which is dangerous in crowded places. Receptionists was too rigid to smile. Value for money is too much.

Concierge and check in people were incredible. Housekeeping could use more training. Shower was broken, AC didn’t work well. Cannot open the window. Was very hot in the room. The hotel is getting old and needs maintenance. Lounge area had a strange server on January 10th in the evening. He was a young man swearing and very unhappy to be there.

The hotel facilities are extremely wonderful but We face an issue with one of the staff called Elena .. she is rude and unprofessional specially with some specific nationalities which is not a good image for the hotel .. I’m really disappointed to face this issue at the end of my trip which make me really upset and forgot all our wonderful time we spent .. I’m really frustrated and hope this issue not faced by any other tourist Edited : I would thank the manager of silk lounge for her fast response it’s really nice to see a fast action taken .. hope all of the manager follow good management .. really appreciated. Finally I would like to thank concierge staff for all the efforts they made for us throughout our stay.

The staff at the hotel lobby of Four Seasons Moscow are extremely rude and unprofessional, especially Elena, whose attitude was provocative and inappropriate for a five-star hotel. She urgently needs training on how to deal with hotel guests. ‏As for the hotel, it is excellent in terms of location, cleanliness, and the rooms. I loved staying here and appreciated the excellent service from the housekeeping and front desk staff.

Hotel building was spectacular but I can say the same about the rooms. Our room was "Grand Premier Room with Kremlin View" but unfortunately the heating was misworking with -15c outside it was a challenge. Finally after complaints the management agreed to move us to other more spacious room with no extra charge. Reason for low point is the frustration and inconvenience.

i recently seeking assistance as a passerby unfamiliar with the area, the doorman was incredibly kind and enthusiastic, going out of his way to help me despite not being a guest, His dedication to providing excellent service left a lasting impression, i was there on December 27th. Highly recommend this hotel especially due to the outstanding hospitality of its staff 🤝🙏🏻
