Outstanding experience in this wonderful hotel. Highly recommended for couples and family. The staff were very friendly and the food was very delicious. You’re looking for a hotel in Moscow and nice view in the middle of the Square or near the square. I recommend four season for you. Also, your kids will will be happy there

The hotels on Red Square service is excellent. Staff extremely friendly food was very nice. I had beef stroganoff served mashed potato. I was very impressed. The rooms are very spacious with great views. I don't know how much it cost as it was on expenses but I would highly recommend it like most of the four seasons Hotel.

This hotel does not belong to Four Seasons — they are only using the name. During my stay, I experienced a serious safety and compliance incident. The Four Seasons group confirmed they have not managed this property since 2022 (check on their website). The hotel provided only a formal and dismissive response. The main issue is that unauthorized people entered and stayed in my room without registration or my permission, and the hotel failed to check guests’ IDs or documents.

The terrace moskovsky is amazing, different type of dishes with an exceptional service by Zahar. Dont miss the beef tounge and the cheese cake.

I only went to their cafe and they have the best honey cake in Moscow along with a great atmosphere.

Room was good and it has everything the guest may need, housekeeping staff are friendly and hotel is close to all visitors area The location is good but area is too crowded to have taxis coming to the gate; you need to walk a bit to reach taxi even if you have luggage to carry which is dangerous in crowded places. Receptionists was too rigid to smile. Value for money is too much.
