The staff was courteous and efficient, offering a refreshing drink and a brief tour of the amenities. My luggage was taken care of instantly, and within minutes I was escorted to my suite. Room: Absolutely stunning. Spacious, elegantly designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the attention to detail—from the mood lighting to the high-end toiletries—was impeccable. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Service: Flawless. Every request was handled promptly and with a genuine smile. The concierge went above and beyond to recommend local attractions and even secured reservations at a popular restaurant last-minute. From the moment we checked in to this hotel we knew we were in for a super time. The staff were all so welcoming. We were treated like real VIPs. We was totally spoilt, nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were amazing they really go out of their way to ensure you are looked after. I was welcomed by birthday cake and balloons. Really good tips of where to visit in Mumbai too which were appreciated as this was our first visit. The staff at breakfast really went out of their way. The rooftop bar was definitely worth a visit. The food selection at breakfast was brilliant something for everyone and really tasty, so much selection. Highly recommend this hotel.

We visited the place(the great hall) for an office team-building activity. While the ambiance was pleasant and the security staff courteous and helpful, the food didn’t quite meet expectations. The starters were limited and didn’t match the standards expected from a 5-star property, and the main course was similarly underwhelming. On the facilities side, the ladies’ washroom was clean, but the handicapped-accessible restroom had a broken door latch, which needs attention. Overall, the experience was decent, but the food quality could definitely be improved.

The hospitality is next level, I’ve been to other four seasons and 5-star properties like Waldorf, Conrad and etc the level of care the staff took of us here was not what we got any where else, right from the time we dropped off the bags visited sanqi for lunch till we checked out we were in the good hands. The property has everything that one can ask for. Cleanliness is way better than other 5-star properties. Renovated rooms were chic and got good charm and vibe. Aer was good to hangout for dinner. The spa was amazing, the therapists suggested and took good care of us, In room dining was good. When we gave our review in Sanqi the first day when we visited for breakfast the next day the staff asked us for our review this time the food was amazing and if I’m not wrong the manager got the chef to talk to us to suggest what we would like for lunch and when we ordered we relished the food not only in the room but also took home and had it the next day. The manager also mentioned he would talk to the in-room dining team and their service was good. All in all I would rate this property above all other 5-star properties we visited and would definitely come back next time. As requested by the front desk staff we would like to stay longer this time. Keep up the good work you did with this property and amazing staff you have.

I was travelling with my family to celebrate a birthday, and the entire experience at the hotel was peaceful yet lively. AER was amazing what made it even more special was when a staff member, Aayush, surprised us with a beautiful lily bouquet. It truly made our day! While we were enjoying our time at AER, we were also surprised with balloons in our room, which was such a sweet gesture and made the celebration even more memorable.||

My wife and I visited Mumbai and stayed at the Four Seasons. We had the BEST time. The staff are professional, kind and attentive. The hotel is spectacular. We’ve already decided we would be staying at the Four Seasons Mumbai for any future trips to Mumbai. ||The breakfast buffet has everything you could ever want. Aer is a great spot to have an evening out. The pillows are some of the comfiest pillows we slept on (contemplating purchasing the four season pillows for home!)||The staff are amazing! We had such a great experience with everyone we encountered throughout our stay. Shoutout to the concierge team who helped us with literally everything! They assisted with dinner recommendations, places to shop and also were able to help me get a SIM card and a carry-on delivered to the hotel! Special shoutout to Sonali who made our stay SO, SO special! ||I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
