Had a magnificent time here. Our rooms were lovely and had an awesome view of Mumbai. Thank you you the brilliant staff that made our stay even more amazing. Aayush Kamila and to all the other outstanding members of the four season family thank you so very much, can't wait to come back!

My brother and I went to AER initially which was an amazing experience. We clicked pictures but photos didn’t really justify the beauty of the place. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming. The guy that served us was Vallabh and he was so kind. There was another very gentle guy too but can’t recall his name. Then we wanted to try crabs for the first time and their concierge team helped us out with a place called Trishna. What an experience! Tarun was a great great help, we just loved it so much. Thank you so much Four Seasons for an amazing evening. It was wonderful being there with you.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Four Seasons Mumbai. From the moment we arrived we were given an exceptionally warm welcome and a seamless express check-in. Fagun, Tejas and Sonali greeted us with such genuine hospitality and care true Four Seasons professionals! Prateek and Ashay made us feel completely at home while the entire P&C team especially Moin, Nabeel, and Hari went above and beyond with their positivity and thoughtful handwritten cards. A special shoutout to Chinmaee, who not only arranged travel options for us (especially reassuring given our worries about the rains) but even handwrote the suggestions, which was such a sweet touch. We were also grateful to meet the Hotel Manager Mr. Aruni, who personally checked in on us with such kindness. And last but not the least Esha, our breakfast server, took great care of us. Servers at Opus Umii and Nathan were kind too.. not to forget Chef Shridhar who gave us some amazing food suggestions…. This stay truly reflected the warmth and personalized service Four Seasons is known for…. a memorable experience I’ll always cherish.

Had an amazing stay! Rooms were spotless, spacious, and offered stunning city views. Staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The rooftop pool and bar were perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Great location with easy access to major attractions. Worth every penny—highly recommend!

I think they pay for their reviews because unfortunately our experience was not amazing. Half of the hotel is renovated and the other half isn’t. We got a very old room that didn’t smell very nice, with paint peeling, a stained carpet and very old furniture. Most of the plugs didn’t work. The pool was closed for renovations (why I think they pay for reviews because half of the recent ones talk about the pool). Half the nights we got turndown service, and half the nights we didn’t. The second hotel restaurant was also closed for renovations. The service I can’t fault - everyone was exceptionally nice, polite and helpful. I look forward to coming back when everything is done but in the meantime will be staying somewhere else.

Great location and excellent staff! Chinmay at the front desk and Fagun, the Guest Experience Manager, went above and beyond with personalized service. I’ve stayed here for years and the quality keeps improving. Breakfast is always top-notch, thanks to Baby, Anes and the team. Can’t wait to be back!
