Comfortable modeled room with a great bed and pillows. |We had a corner room with a nice vestibule and a good amount of space. |The lighting controls are annoying and there is not a great space to do any work, but overall the room was very quiet. |The breakfast is exceptional, both the menu and the buffet, and it was a great way to start each day. |There isn't a place to really work in the hotel, despite having a business center and a paid co-working space on the roof. |The pool and spa are nice to use after a hot day, though I wish the pool was enclosed given the pigeons and smog.|The area is not for walking, even the entry to the hotel building is made for cars and not walking. My partner and I are adventurous, at least to the FS staff, and we used the nearby train a few times to get around since traffic is so bad. If you do explore, there is a veg restaurant directly in front of the hotel that is delicious, go out and to the left, it is the first place you'll find. |Overall we really enjoyed our week-long stay, especially the breakfast and spa facilities. For the price, it is a very good deal and a nice introduction to the FS brand.

Hotel is centrally located in Mumbai. Very easy to access. |ARE top is very nice for evening to sit and enjoy drinks NIce pub.|Rooms are very small. Specially room no 710. Very small and view also very bad outside. Would advice to take room from 1 to 5 . those view is better and room also little bigger. Breakfast is good.

Having stayed here for a second time, I genuinely love the hotel and its staff and look forward to staying here again. While renovation and construction work are happening on the hotel premises, they go out of their way to ensure that it feels different. Chatting with them on their app or WhatsApp is another excellent way to enhance your stay with them.

I stayed for 6nights for business trip. They have great service, delicious breakfast buffet. |Especially I enjoyed the fresh orange juice, dosa, scrambled egg and viennoiseries.|Speaking about the room, it was impeccable in terms of room condition and cleanliness. |They also have the nice bar on the top with a nice night view.|Definitely intend to visit again.

I loved the simple and restrained elegance of the hotel. The room (incl. bathroom) was very spacious, well equipped and really beautiful (the kingsize bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby). The service was outstanding - whether the warm reception on arrival, the personalized attention at the pool, or the caring team in the bar and restaurant - I experienced unparalleled service and was left speechless.

Preferred hotel while I’m in Mumbai. Recent renovations are a fantastic update. Excellent service and facilities. Cue out the rooftop lounge Aer for amazing views especially at sunset. Highly recommend if you are looking for a hotel in Mumbai.

Four Seasons (4S) should offer a masterclass on how things should be done in the luxury hospitality industry. Right from the beginning a nice interaction with a hotel member on WhatsApp sending a warm invite while my plane was landing was a nice touch. ||In person Mr. Aashrit Mahiesh being the perfect Manager with his team mate Ms. Gauri made the check-in process a breeze. We decided to upgrade to the suite and elect for a couples massage. The suite was fantastic. Spacious, convenient, modern, bright and just right. Though we didn’t soak in the tub, we were happy to see bath salts being provided which was a nice touch. That goes to say every little thing you wanted after a long flight, was thought of by 4S and provided for.||The breakfast at SanQi with Mr. Alankar was the highlight of our morning every single day. First time have I enjoyed authentic South Indian food and wasn’t surprised to meet Mr. Prasad, a soft-spoken gentle chef from Madurai who served the best filter coffee and South Indian dishes in town. Food was 10/10 and that baked yogurt! (chef’s kiss!)||The massage was perfect and the jacuzzi area was great. The relaxation rooms were very nice and spacious.||We were encouraged by Mr. Aashrit to check out the rooftop lounge Aer and what a mind-blowing experience that was! That music along with the whole restaurant opening up was a sight to behold. ShivShakti made sure our evening was perfect. There is also a conference room at the top with fantastic views.||The next day I made a request if a small bouquet could be kept at our room because it was our Anniversary. But when we got back, the room was so BEAUTIFULLY decorated that my wife walked in and was in stunned silence seeing all our pictures from years past with beautiful flowers and a magnificent bouquet! The cake and the bottle of wine added to the whole ambiance. When I messaged Mr. Aashrit later to express my thanks, he was so kind to give the credit to Ms. Gauri for putting this amazing experience together. What an amazing leader to put his team first. ||In my life, I have not written a review this elaborate and there is a reason for that. We typically stay at other finer establishments, but Four Seasons takes the whole luxury hospitality experience to a whole different level thanks to an amazing team of doers who go over and beyond. Mr. Gandhi, the GM not only read the internal review but sent a message passing on all the well deserved praise to his team. This is a very special place, with very special people. For us, the Four Seasons is at the absolute pinnacle and then every other 5 Star hotel. They don’t even come close!
