Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai

I recently concluded a whirlwind one-day business engagement in Mumbai, and I must say, the Four Seasons Worli remains the only civilised choice for the discerning traveller. Having booked via American Express, the experience was, from the outset, utterly beyond reproach. The check-in process was a masterclass in efficiency—swift, seamless, and conducted with that signature warmth. I was delighted to find my room ready upon arrival, and further charmed by a most generous upgrade to a Corner Sea View room. The vistas of the Arabian Sea, particularly as the cityscape begins to shimmer at dusk, are quite simply peerless. The room itself is a triumph of contemporary luxury, providing a serene sanctuary amidst the vibrant energy of Mumbai. The culinary offerings were equally impressive. Breakfast at San:Qi is a veritable tour de force; the spread is nothing short of magnificent, featuring an array of global delicacies executed with culinary precision. Even the in-room dining—often a lackluster affair elsewhere—was delivered with impressive punctuality and an uncompromising standard of quality. A particular highlight of my stay was an evening spent at AER Lounge. I hosted a few business contacts for a late-night meeting, and the setting was absolutely sublime. Despite being a popular haunt that usually requires a prior booking, the staff were wonderfully accommodating to me as an in-house resident. We retreated there at half-past ten for cocktails, which were masterfully mixed and truly world-class. What was intended to be a brief hour of shop-talk evolved into a thoroughly delightful evening, as we found ourselves captivated by the ambient lighting and the panoramic views, remaining until the final call at 1:30 AM. Every detail, from the crispness of the linens to the 'express' nature of the check-out, was handled with 'white-glove' precision. For a flying business visit where time is of the essence, the hotel’s ability to anticipate one's needs is a godsend. It is rare to find an establishment that balances such high-octane efficiency with such genuine grace. I shall certainly be returning on my next trip to the subcontinent.

The hotel is very well located. The atmosphere is warm and cosy. The rooms are BRILLIANT and this comes from an Interior designer (me) who has been doing high end interiors for 31 years now, in Mumbai. For once the windows of the room were clean and I could see the view clearly.. click photographs and really enjoy .. the colours of the interiors were so restful that I literally soaked in its luxury. the bathtub is perfectly positioned. the shower area shelf in marble and the basin granite, the positioning of furniture , lighting, shelves, cabinet storage, walk in closet , position of safe.. the hangers the dresser.. everything was so so thoughtful.. the carpets , upholstery & wallpaper really made me smile. service was outstanding. Amenities very well placed.

From beginning to end, this was a seamless stay. We stayed for only 2 nights but would have loved to stay for more. Staff attentiveness in the hotel make your stay special. Nothing is too much trouble. Very comfortable and spacious room. Every amenity possible and serviced to a high standard . Beautiful public areas. Excellent breakfast. Food and dining options included local and western food available. Beautifully cooked and tasty. Communication with porter and concierge service second to none. Email communication prior to booking was efficient and smooth. Having used other 5 star chains ie Ritz Carlton and Fairmont, we were impressed with the Four Seasons and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the service was exceptional, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. Attention to detail and customer care really stood out. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays. Specials thanks to chef Baghel for delicious desserts.

We stayed at the Four Seasons Mumbai in late November 2025, and from the moment we arrived, the staff and service were exceptionally kind, helpful, and accommodating. Our room was wonderful, and we enjoyed breakfast there each morning. The food was fantastic, but what truly stood out was the staff. Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and care. The team was consistently attentive, thoughtful, and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay special. Their hard work and dedication deserve to be recognized and appreciated. They are simply wonderful people who take great pride in what they do. We would especially like to acknowledge the following staff members who treated us with such care and made our stay truly memorable. I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai and had a very pleasant experience. The room was fantastic and the service was excellent. Although the breakfast initially didn’t include local items like Vada Pav, the team kindly prepared it for me the next day. The gym was great, and although the swimming pool was under renovation, the overall stay was very good. The rooftop was impressive and the hotel has great spaces to host meetings or connect with business friends.

Four Seasons, Mumbai felt like a warm, cozy hug throughout our entire Travis Scott trip. We stayed in their premium suite for four days, and honestly…we completely forgot we even have a home😌 Every space - every wall texture, the upholstery, the lighting feels thoughtfully designed with warmth and intimacy in mind. It gave that cozy house romance kind of feeling that you want to hold onto a little longer. And the service? Just wow. From the food to the chauffeur car - everything felt seamless and full of heart. A special thanks to Fagun Singh and Tejas for taking such wonderful care of us 🤍 This hotel doesn’t just provide a stay…It provides a vibe - one that’s hard to put into words and even harder to leave behind. Would love to return and stay in the exact same room just to extend those memories a bit more 🥹

It was an excellent experience from day we walked in until we left.|We have done in the past many 5 star property in Mumbai. This one the reception is not as Grand as the others but inside , we have had been cocooned and enjoyed good food and a superb atmosphere with the roof top contributing. We tried the room service and was excellent. The house keeping people were on their toe . Quick and efficient service . The interaction with the concierge via Whatsaap just great !!! Over all we have this time to give a 10/10.
