My recent stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen was an absolutely impeccable experience that underscores the brand’s global reputation for excellence. Located ideally in the vibrant Futian district, this hotel serves as a true sanctuary, perfectly balancing metropolitan convenience with unparalleled luxury. Design and Accommodation: The hotel’s modern, sophisticated design is evident from the lobby through to the guest rooms. Our accommodation was beautifully appointed—spacious, contemporary, and furnished with a keen eye for detail. The bedding was plush, the technology was intuitive, and the large windows offered stunning views of the surrounding city skyline. It truly provided a tranquil retreat after a long day. The Signature Four Seasons Service: The hallmark of this hotel is undoubtedly the service. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, demonstrating remarkable professionalism and warmth at every touchpoint, from the concierge to the housekeeping team. They managed to anticipate needs proactively, which is the definition of five-star hospitality. Dining and Facilities: While I enjoyed the overall ambiance, the dining options were exceptional, offering both variety and high quality. The general facilities, including the pool area and fitness centre, were pristine and exceptionally well-maintained, meeting all expectations for a property of this caliber. The Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen provides a definitive, world-class luxury experience, making it the premier choice for discerning travelers visiting the city for either business or pleasure. I highly recommend it and eagerly anticipate a return visit.

After experiencing several top end hotels in Shenzhen, Four Seasons stands out as the one I would always return to. Great location, the service impeccable, and all facilities perfectly suited for both business and leisure. The quality executive lounge opens until 11pm, is a unique find in the area. Special thanks to Susan whose attention to details and proactive care make our stays truly memorable. Equally, Miss Nikki Chan deserves huge recognition for her exceptional support in organising our 2nd special family celebration stay from suites/rooms and restaurants reservations to arranging a private banquet suite, just PERFECT! I can’t thank you enough for all the help provided. The executive lounge and restaurant and spa teams were outstanding– attentive, professional and Miley, Rica, everyone that we have met delivered services truly at an international standard. We all had a wonderful stay each time without fail… Once again, huge appreciation to the 4S crews. You guys are just AMAZING !

Overall, we had a good stay. The staff were super friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Honestly, one of the best parts of the experience. That said, the hotel itself feels quite old and tired. You can really notice it in the rooms, hallways, and overall facilities. Also, there was a strong cigarette smell in our corridor throughout the stay, which sometimes reached our room, which was not ideal. Breakfast was okay, but could be better. There’s variety, but it felt a bit repetitive, especially the fruit section (pretty much the same four options every day). It would be great if they added an à la carte menu with more Western dishes as well as options from other Asian countries, something we’ve seen offered in other hotels of a similar level from different chains. The service team at breakfast was super kind, but coffee orders were a bit confusing; it wasn’t clear which types they could make (like a latte macchiato). For a hotel of this level, that should be easier. In short: great people, okay food, but the place could use a refresh and a few tweaks to match the level of service the staff provide.

I chose the Shenzhen Four Seasons Hotel primarily for its incredibly convenient location, close to shopping malls and a variety of restaurants, which made exploring the city very easy. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff who recognized me as a repeat guest and kindly upgraded me to a spacious corner room—such a thoughtful touch that made my stay even better.While the hotel isn’t brand new and some facilities show signs of age, everything was impeccably maintained and fully functional, which really speaks to their commitment to quality. I also had the chance to enjoy the hotel’s lunch buffet, which offered a wide selection of delicious dishes—definitely a highlight of my visit.The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and attentive. For these reasons, the Four Seasons remains my first choice whenever I visit Shenzhen.

We have to move room on the last nite because there is something wrong with our Room 810 AC. It incredibly cold even with Heater on!?!?! Fortunately, the bad experience was compensated by the impeccable service provided by the staff. The room transfer was effortless. Service level is top notch from front desk, fitness centre and breakfast. Special shout out to Rachel Chen front desk for her patience and service. Keep up the good job.

Booked another stay at Four Seasons Shenzhen. A recommendable hotel at the same vicinity where it situates so closed to the shopping malls and plenty of dining options nearby.||We had a friendly and speedy check-in at the reception desk. But still I personally prefer the hospitality offered by Max who works at the Club. The services offered by Max was at another level.||The room was nicely set up prior to our arrival. Thanks to the housekeeping team. ||Buffet at Foo was an excellent experience where the food quality and service standard were great. Special mention to Jacky Fu and Bernice Liu. They were so friendly and attentive; making sure we are enjoying the most out of the dining experience. ||Another enjoyable stay at Four Seasons.

The service was generally good and the staff were very polite. The buffet was fairly good but the bread was not good especially the croissants lacked the texture and taste. The elevators serving the lobby, the reception area and the hotel rooms were a bit slow resulting in long waiting times. The hotel is located in the CBD with good accessibility and connections to the mass transit system.
