Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen

Our family of 3 stayed there for two nights in Aug and received a complimentary upgrade when they realised it was my husband’s birthday. Not only did they throw in a cute birthday cake and fruit basket, the service rendered by front desk Marmara was extraordinary. We also received a birthday card from Lynsey. When we encountered problems with reserving an eye massage with a salon, concierge Evan Yong assisted us to call and went all out to make sure our reservation went smoothly. The hotel is very well maintained and the location was splendid, with 皇庭广场directly across the road. Many nice eateries are within walking distance as well. I will highly recommend this hotel!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Shenzhen, and I must say that despite its age, the hardware is very well maintained. The room was spacious and well designed, with a comfortable bed. However, I would suggest improving the pillows as they were a bit too soft for my liking. The highlight for me was the roomy bathroom with double sinks, which was a great convenience. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the front desk staff, particularly the duty manager, Alison, for going above and beyond to accommodate our request for two connecting rooms. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that both rooms were upgraded, and my family, including our kids, had an exceptional experience during our stay. Furthermore, the hotel's location is truly unbeatable, with a wide variety of dining options within a short walking distance, which added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our visit. Thank you for providing us with a memorable stay and exceptional service. We will definitely come back again in the future.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and their service mindset was outstanding. However, the facilities unfortunately fell short of expectations, especially for a Four Seasons property.The first room had hair in the bathtub, which led to a room change. The second and third rooms both had water accumulation issues on the ceiling, and although I tried my best to freshen the air, the persistent smell of mold was unpleasant. In the final room, I was shocked to find a strong sewer odor coming from the sink drain.It was disappointing to encounter so many facility-related issues that didn’t live up to the Four Seasons reputation.That said, the breakfast was truly exceptional. I could feel the dedication and creativity of Executive Chef Jay Elly, who was also incredibly friendly and attentive.From delicious pastries to high-quality noodle dishes and hot foods, the breakfast experience was on par with the best of Four Seasons. I would highly recommend the breakfast to anyone staying here.

We had a great time staying in Four Season. We are here to celebrate our son birthday. We receive great surprise from their staff and warm greetings from both the Manager , room service and front desk. We arrive in a typhoon day but check in is smooth. The indoor swimming pool still open and it is still enjoyable while it’s stormy outside. We will definitely choose four season again.

I visited the Spa on the 8th Floor for a 60 min aromatherapy massage. Lovely welcome from the reception staff, picked my essential oil, then a wonderful massage from Coco. Thank you for making me feel super relaxed and recharged. Highly recommended.
