Dear Four Seasons Jakarta Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the truly wonderful experience my family and I had during our recent stay. From the moment we arrived, every aspect of our visit reflected the world-class service and warm hospitality that Four Seasons is renowned for. Each department contributed in making our stay exceptional. The front desk and concierge teams were welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless. Housekeeping maintained our room to impeccable standards, with thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The restaurant and room service staff were equally outstanding, every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and professionalism, and the culinary offerings were simply excellent. Even the doormen and valet team greeted us each time with a smile and graciousness that truly elevated our experience. While we thoroughly enjoyed our time, I wanted to share a minor observation regarding plumbing issues that appeared to stem from the construction phase. Although they did not significantly impact our stay, addressing these concerns would only further enhance the exceptional standards the hotel maintains. Have you ever had a hotel stay where 3 nights felt more like 5? Time slows down in a beautiful way at the Four Seasons Jakarta which makes it the perfect retreat from the endless energy of the city.||Our suite #1706, felt more like a luxury residence than a hotel room. The space, design, amenities, and the overall comfort left us not wanting to leave. As the pictures depict—we found something to discover and enjoy in every part of the room and the property in general.||There are a limited number of rooms at the hotel making for a very intimate experience where the staff learn you name, offer genuine moments of warm Indonesian hospitality, and execute first-class professional service. We were touched by how well we were taken care of by the bell staff, front desk, housekeeping, and the teams in the Palm Court and La Pâtisserie. (Note: Please see my food-specific review under the Palm Court listing.)||This was our first Four Seasons stay and it was an outstanding introduction to the brand. Thank you for an extraordinary and memorable stay—what a lovely and fitting end to our Indonesian adventure.

Four Season Jakarta was of the first place host us in Indonesia Jakarta. Our first impression and experience really was amazing after long flight since we entered the lobby. It is Luxury Hotel by all aspects. The amazing & beautiful interior design with mixture of modern architecture with classic tune. The warm welcoming & professionalism of every crew member & the strong security, reflection of their commitment & hospitality integration, of course with the welcoming special welcoming drink. Our room is equipped with big comfy luxurious bed & modern beautiful internal decoration, big bath, big dressing, everything is ordered & clean, with all amenities. Highly recommended for such cost price. The restaurant was great since it is better to include breakfast & never miss it because of the delicious varieties of food options. I Highly Recommend It in Jakarta👌🏻including its location where all your needs are near . Thank you for everything & for the special gift for my son, & for the luxurious treatment 🌹.

Absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment in, everything felt magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive it honestly felt like they were reading my mind with how well they anticipated every need. It happened to be my birthday the next morning, and to my surprise, they celebrated me! I received the sweetest letter and a delicious chocolate treat to take with me. 💝 Their attention to detail and genuine care made me feel so special. Every corner of the hotel is stunning, the service is out of this world, and the entire experience was beyond five stars. I’ve never felt so pampered it was like customer service from another planet. Thank you for making my stay unforgettable.

Check in was very smooth and Yolanda helped me explain the hotel details clearly and welcomed my family very well. ||The room looks luxurious but inefficient, the TV can't youtube for both. The amenites were okay, not the best but enough.||Dinner at alto is nothing to sneeze at, and Reggy's service made our family feel very comfortable. Perhaps the variety of food was just too little for me.||Turndown service was okay, although it did lack detail in that earplugs were only provided on one side of the bed. Nothing special like I've experienced before in hotels that are worth it.||Breakfast in my opinion, needs a lot of improvement starting from the variety which I think is far from enough. No pork bacon (quite strange), the quality of food that came out was cold (eggs benedict), no dimsum/ indian/ japanese. One thing I really appreciate is that they were very helpful when preparing my son's food to reheat.||They dont have any member for guests so we cannot track from email or latest stay ||p.s issues already handling by the team and contacted direclty to me.

The Four Season Hotel in Jakarta truly showcase a remarkable level of excellence, both in its soft and hard products. The property itself is very modern and well-maintained; with the room being spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent; very personalized and efficient, which is greatly appreciated. I had great impression when interacting with every staff members, including the receptionists, concierge, doorman, and the F&B manager. Just like the other Four Season properties I have stayed at, the bedding, duvet, and mattress are of high quality, making it a pleasant experience to sleep in. The bathroom and in-suite amenities are well stocked and function properly. During my stay, I ordered room service dinner and daily breakfast. Everything was well executed, well-presented, and tasted amazing. I was able to satisfy my Indonesian food craving from the offerings here. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Jakarta, whether for business or leisure.

I recently dined at Alto Restaurant located on the 20th floor, and I couldn't have been more impressed. The food was absolutely delicious, making each dish a delightful experience. I highly recommend trying the Spaghetti Vongole—it's a perfect blend of flavors that will leave you craving more! The ambience of the restaurant was perfect, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that complemented the meal beautifully. I must also commend the staff for their exceptional hospitality. A huge thank you to Mr. Glen, Ricky, Adi, Adjie, Gio, Rifai, Bakrie Ms. Samara, Jani and Bella for their kindness and attentiveness throughout our visit. Their friendly demeanor truly elevated my dining experience. Don't miss out on the Tiramisu either; it's simply divine! Overall, if you're looking for a great meal with outstanding service and a beautiful view, Alto Restaurant is a must-visit!

2-night stay that I will long remember.
