The staff are the heart of this hotel—professional, attentive, and incredibly intuitive, often anticipating my needs before I even realized them myself. Every interaction was a pleasure. The hotel itself is a stunning oasis. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the attention to detail in the decor is evident everywhere you look. My room was a sanctuary of comfort and luxury, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline and providing a serene escape after a busy day. Dining at the Four Seasons was a culinary highlight. The food was exquisite, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. The quality and variety on offer are second to none. Finally, the location is unbeatable, providing a prestigious and convenient address in the heart of the city. Beautifully decorated, gorgeous pool and great gym! The food was amazing, the breakfast was literally one of the best I’ve ever had. The service was splendid. Rooms very very spacious and beautifully decorated. Welcome dessert was a really nice bonus! Definitely will come back

Have you ever had a hotel stay where 3 nights felt more like 5? Time slows down in a beautiful way at the Four Seasons Jakarta which makes it the perfect retreat from the endless energy of the city.||Our suite #1706, felt more like a luxury residence than a hotel room. The space, design, amenities, and the overall comfort left us not wanting to leave. As the pictures depict—we found something to discover and enjoy in every part of the room and the property in general.||There are a limited number of rooms at the hotel making for a very intimate experience where the staff learn you name, offer genuine moments of warm Indonesian hospitality, and execute first-class professional service. We were touched by how well we were taken care of by the bell staff, front desk, housekeeping, and the teams in the Palm Court and La Pâtisserie. (Note: Please see my food-specific review under the Palm Court listing.)||This was our first Four Seasons stay and it was an outstanding introduction to the brand. Thank you for an extraordinary and memorable stay—what a lovely and fitting end to our Indonesian adventure.

Simply the BEST hotel I visited in my life ! Unbelievable experience. Of course the room is large and wonderful, the staff know your name and call you by your name at the breakfast, they already know your food preferences for the breakfast ("a cappuccino with almond milk" they ask me the morning at breakfast), the room maid are nice and so polite, spa massage excellent quality, etc. I already want to come back to this hotel ! Last point, staff did organize a guided tour for me, golf reservations, restaurants booking, pilâtes lessons for me, all by WhatsApp (so useful). Impressive breakfast, the best breakfast I ever had in an hotel, even better than French Palace ! THANK YOU Four Seasons Jakarta !

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive it honestly felt like they were reading my mind with how well they anticipated every need. It happened to be my birthday the next morning, and to my surprise, they celebrated me! I received the sweetest letter and a delicious chocolate treat to take with me. 💝 Their attention to detail and genuine care made me feel so special. Four Season Jakarta was of the first place host us in Indonesia Jakarta. Our first impression and experience really was amazing after long flight since we entered the lobby. It is Luxury Hotel by all aspects. The amazing & beautiful interior design with mixture of modern architecture with classic tune. The warm welcoming & professionalism of every crew member & the strong security, reflection of their commitment & hospitality integration, of course with the welcoming special welcoming drink. Our room is equipped with big comfy luxurious bed & modern beautiful internal decoration, big bath, big dressing, everything is ordered & clean, with all amenities. Highly recommended for such cost price. The restaurant was great since it is better to include breakfast & never miss it because of the delicious varieties of food options. I Highly Recommend It in Jakarta👌🏻including its location where all your needs are near . Thank you for everything & for the special gift for my son, & for the luxurious treatment 🌹.
