Where to Stay in Toronto When You Visit (Updated 2025)

"A couple of blocks west of the Annex, the Four Seasons is the epitome of luxury with rooms offering stunning floor-to-ceiling views, a stereo system, desk-side charging stations, granite bathrooms, plush robes, and an in-house eatery, Café Boulud, from chef Daniel Boulud." - Matthew Kepnes

Nothing but good vibes, good food, and a wonderful waitress. For our first visit, I had the fried cheese! 👏🏽👏🏽❤️ It was so good. For my entree I ordered the meat loaf with mashed potatoes. The hamburger texture was way too soft, and the gravy didn't taste like it was homemade like momma makes it. I'll still go back to try other items. 💛

Four Seasons Midlothian is a must-visit for generous portions, flavorful dishes, and a dessert menu worth saving room for. The standout recommendation is their homemade tiramisu! It is spongy, creamy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness, making it the ideal way to end the meal. From the start, the appetizers set the tone with both size and flavor. The Greek Nachos are a crowd-pleaser for big parties, offering a satisfying mix of crispy chips, tangy cheese blends, creamy sour cream, and salsa that all work together beautifully. The stuffed grape leaves are hearty, with a rice filling that can fill you up quickly, so pace yourself if you plan on tackling an entrée. For a bit of tableside entertainment, the flaming cheese starter not only delivers rich, melty goodness but also adds a memorable experience to the evening. Entrées are large enough to share or save for later. The Four Season Baked Spaghetti is a standout, layered with sausage, green pepper, marinara sauce, garlic, and a melty blend of mozzarella and cheddar. Every bite feels thoughtfully balanced, though it could benefit from a lighter hand on the oil imo. As a side, the French Onion Soup offers deep, savory flavors, but it leans slightly salty even with the bread. Overall, Four Seasons Midlothian offers warm hospitality, big flavors, and even bigger portions. Come hungry, share an appetizer, and don’t skip dessert, especially the tiramisu.

Everything here was amazing. The food was very high quality and the waitress was very nice. We came here for dinner on Friday and on Sunday for father's day. This is the best Greek food and breakfast I ever had. I will come back here for lunch and dinner and breakfast in the future 💯.

Had a great breakfast Thursday 8:30 - 9:30. Service wonderful and cheerful. Refills timely. Eggs, bacon, toast, home fries (real home fries - the best), waffle with Low-cal syrup, best fruit cup and warm whole wheat toast. Got a takeout Omelette for my wife, absolutely one of the best ever. Her words not mine. Restaurant is clean, up to date and welcoming.

From the name I thought it was going to be a more upscale place. The food was really mediocre, I ordered the eggplant parmesan and the tomato sauce tastes like it came out of the can with absolutely no seasoning whatsoever. The bread and the salad was good. The tiramisu was pretty good taste average but good The Black Forest cake just didn't taste like what I expected as I've had it before from other places, sorry to say it wasn't good at all.. The service was great, the staff are extremely friendly. If they step up their recipes, I just might try them again.

We recently found the Four Seasons and have been pleasantly surprised. Our first encounter was with breakfast. Though I love our regular breakfast spots I always like to try new places. Last Thursday my husband and I decided to have dinner there. The food was just as we hoped it would be, and our server was just the best ever. Marianne was so attentive and explained ever item that we inquired about on the menu. She will now be our go to server at the restaurant. Yes, the food has to be on point but if you have a good server it just adds to the ambience of your surroundings. When you go ask for Marianne I guarantee you will not be disappointed. PS....Make sure you do miss out on the made inhouse deserts, they are superb!!!!!

Went there with a group during the late morning (10am reservation). Our waitress had a dry sense of humor which came off as a bit rude "can I ask you a question?" "I don't know, can you?" wasn't really what we needed from the serving staff. Our party was about 7 people and we ordered breakfast food. The restaurant wasn't even at half capacity (maybe two or three other tables were occupied) but our food came out with a weird 20 or 30 minute gap between the first four people and everyone else. We all ordered at about the same time. When the second group got our food, the first group was finished eating. The food itself was mediocre. Cooked well but not seasoned well. I needed a lot of salt and pepper on my veggie omelette and my home fries. I enjoyed my time because of the people I was there with, but my high expectations weren't really satisfied. They did have a wide selection of desserts, and one of my party took home quite a few dessert options. Notably, there were three different "tower" cakes that were three layers with the mid layer being some flavor of cheesecake--one was carrot cake one was chocolate with chocolate cheesecake in the middle, and the last was strawberry with strawberry cheesecake and strawberry slices. Those looked good if you're into cheesecake. I ordered a baklava to go and that was pretty tasty.

This was my first visit to Four Seasons and it was everything I was told it would be plus more. My waitress SOPHIE was amazing! She was very friendly and attentive from the very start. The drinks were absolutely great as well. I highly recommend.
