Four Seasons Retreat

A True Hidden Gem... Peaceful, Pristine, and Absolutely Stunning This was my second time staying at Four Seasons Retreat. My first visit was a girls’ trip back in 2022, and I loved it so much I brought my husband this week for a couple of quiet nights away. It’s hard to describe just how peaceful and tranquil this place is. The entire property is beautifully maintained, and the cottages are absolutely stunning... spotless, thoughtfully designed, and so well-kept. You can tell a lot of care goes into every detail. If you're looking to unwind, unplug, and enjoy some real peace and quiet, this is where you want to be. It’s a true escape, and we’ll definitely be back again.

We did a two week Nova Scotia vacation. We booked only one night here and wished we would have stayed longer. It was very clean, comfortable beds, cool at night and so peaceful. I had the best sleep of the entire trip here. It also had a great shower. The proprietor is very friendly and let us borrow a book about the history and landforms of the region. We walked the beach at low tide. This was a unique and unforgettable experience.

We spent a week at Four Seasons in Morning Glory Cabin, it was wonderful. The cabin was very clean and beautiful. The view was stunning, we went for a long walk on the beach when the tide was out and it was beautiful the rock formations are something to see. The hosts are very nice and will stop whatever they are doing and talk to you about the area and things to do while you are there. We highly recommend this spot for your vacation.

As usual, our stay was amazing! Very quiet and peaceful. Our cottage was only steps away from the water. We could watch the tides in the Cobequid Bay from the comfort of our spot. The couple who run the place are very friendly. The cottages have everything you need and are very clean. We will continue to come back well worth it!

Wonderful get away! Greg the owner is so very personable all new Cabins , beautiful views and well kept property. Clean pool & hot tub Friends and i were doing the "Not Since Moses"' race and we randomly came across this spot on-line. We rented 4 cabins Clean, newly renovated., spacious & well stocked But most of all, the views are amazing a hidden gem......... We will surely be back thank You for a wonderful experience and stay our Best Rose Sariol

We had a great 2 night stay at the Four Seasons Retreat. The cottages and property are well maintained and very clean and he scenery is spectacular. The owners are committed to ensuring their customers are satisfied and enjoy their time at the retreat. I highly recommend and will definitely visit again!

Everything has been upgraded! Beautiful cabins, fully stocked. Sooo quiet and private…beautiful ocean view. Good heating system. Very comfortable queen size bed. Everything sparkly clean. Very quiet refrigerator. Great location on the Bay of Fundy. Very lovely.

Found this place when looking for an overnight stop on our road trip. My only regret is not staying longer! Very lovely cottage and great location. We stayed in the Violet cabin and it was very charming and had everything we needed. There is a pool and hot tub available to guests as well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Gorgeous cottages overlooking the water. 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units available. They're affordable and well-kept. The view of the water is unbeatable (and when the tide is out you can walk down and stroll along the ocean shore!). We love these so much that we've been there twice in the last month. Economy isn't too far from Halifax, so you don't feel like you're killing much time in travel. But it's far enough that you feel like you're far from home and away from it all. There are three Bernese Mountain Dogs that roam the property and love making friends with guests. The owners are friendly, and the duty manager Warren couldn't possibly be more helpful and happy to make your stay the best possible. I really can't recommend these cottages highly enough. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

I stayed here a few years ago and was very impressed. We were on vacation driving along a stretch of road looking for a place to stay and finding none for quite a stretch of highway. We happened upon this place only to find them full. The people were so nice, and after some calls they found us a place in Parrsboro. We were impressed with the place and decided to return the next day for a night. That one extra day turned into three extra days. The cabins are very well equipped, clean and reasonably priced. It's right on the bay and the tides are amazing. We definitely plan to return some day.
