If you want the same amazing ice cream as Miyahara but without the long queue, The Fourth Credit Union is the place to go. They serve the same rich, high-quality flavours—ranging from tea-infused and cheese-based ice creams to indulgent chocolates and fruity options—all beautifully presented with a crispy waffle cup, sponge cake, and their signature bear-shaped biscuit. The setting is industrial-chic. Service is fast and efficient.

Full range of ice cream selection, and most of them are very nice!! The decoration of the building are so beautiful and attractive. I've no idea why people need to line up in the takeaway store as here has so many table and seats for you to enjoy the desserts.

The ice cream is great - get at least 2 scoops per each person. Waffles weren't bad, but I'd order more ice cream than waffles if I revisit this place. There are seats on the first floor and more seats on the second floor.

Presentation 💯💯 Ice cream was so-so, enjoyed the nutty choc one and earl grey more. It’s ice cream and not gelato so slightly more on the watery side. The biscuit toppings were amazing in contrast to the ice cream! Lots of seating available in the establishment.

I was so dumb that I confused this with Miyahara and complained to my friend that Miyahara took away their indoor seating. My friend said no, that is a different place we went to just down this block. And we went there twice already, silly! The Fourth Credit Union is a conversion from a bank, and the tables are so old-school. The dine-in gives me vibes similar to Hayashi in Tainan. The bathroom mirror is gorgeous too. The ice cream is pretty much the same as Miyahara, their sister creamery. I recommend the sundae because it always comes with a small complimentary scoop of ice cream and a delicious cookie. You also get to choose 3 toppings in addition to the waffle cone. Keep in mind you can choose really unique toppings like sun cakes, mung bean cakes, and pineapple cakes, which they also have for sale. It's a good chance to try them out. Or you can just go for something simple like almonds or a handmade biscuit.

We were greeted by 靖旻 who has been really friendly and helpful! We ordered salted chicken, strawberry waffles with whipped cream, beef brioche with spicy nut chili oil, peanut brittle with chocolate whipped cream hearth and a valrhona chocolate brownie (with tons of pecans) with ice cream (milk tea flavour) I highly recommend the beef brioche (spicy) There is a minimum spending of 100TWD per person

Really love the atmosphere and service, wide selection of ice cream too! We got the strawberry cheesecake flavor + miyahara milk tea, i really love the cheesecake while the missus love milk tea but it's not creamy enough (she said) Honestly worth the price for the experience and comfort! The cheesecake you get as a topping is super good hahaha

Another branch of Miyahara. The main branch is well decorated and selling the snack and souvenir but this one is more like the cafe selling ice cream, drink and snack with seats to sit down. The price and ice cream are exactly the same as Miyahara main branch just the place to sit down.

That building used to be a former bank. There is a large variety of flavors including fruit, tea, and chocolate. I love tea flavored ice cream, and ordered #11 Cylon Black Tea and #15 Tieh Kwan Ying in a waffle bowl. Two scoops gets me two toppings. I picked the Christmas tree biscuit as one of them. Getting ice cream here was a MUST for me and it didn't disappoint!

This location isn't busy as the other one, and it's a former bank/credit union themed. The decor is really cool and retro. It has a huge dining area. The price is moderate for quality ice cream. The service is somewhat lacking, because the sheer amount of customers vs staff. They accept credit cards from foreign countries and cash. The ice cream was not overly sweetened but just enough. All the scoops were delicious. The fruit toppings were fresh too. Overall, it gets a 4.6 out of 5. Will visit again!

They have same ice cream flavors as Miyahara ice cream. If you are a chocolate fan, you can try different percentage of chocolate ice creams including 100% chocolate! I was surprised to find a lot of seating available upstairs and still with the theme of an old bank. This location also has more choices such as waffles and fruit shave ice in addition to ice cream. We went around lunch on a Wednesday. It was not very crowded but first floor was packed. Their toilet is also a nice visit too. Continued with the theme and interesting doors reusing some of the old furniture/styles. I loved my oolong tea (tie guan yin) ice cream. If I'm in that part of the city again, I will definitely go back to try other flavors.

This is my first time visiting this icecream place and the icecreams are good but customer service is poor. Employees do not understand how to complete an order correctly. I specifically wanted two scoops of ice cream and they charge me all these extra toppings and wafers that I need not ask for. Come on, I am speaking your language to let you know just two scoops of ice cream, can't be that difficult. I said three times saying I want two scoops of ice cream and in the end I got over charge. Spoke with the assistant manager or manager in charge and she didn't even say one "sorry". Ice creams are alright, customer service is a no, that's why this place only deserves 2 stars for quality in ice creams and 0 stars for quality in customer service.

Four financial institutions credit unions transform old buildings, retains part of the original structure, coupled with new design and decoration to give new life. Site selling popular ice cream flavors as optional ingredients to take after selecting the way, is good-looking and delicious ice cream. Tea ice cream flavors are good, not too sweet, ingredients are given generous than am convinced. Credit unions have a lot of seats in district IV, also seen on the second floor as Vault door which can only be in the movie, is a very interesting landscape. The only people can not understand is a bit too much
