"An 18th-century cottage with all the architectural details you’d expect from a structure built in the 1720s, Fourways exudes an old-school vibe—and the smell of freshly baked soufflé you should order the minute you sit in the ultra-formal dining room. It features classic French cuisine and traditional steakhouse fare, so start with the faves: foie gras with brioche, creamy lobster bisque, and the Caesar tossed tableside. For entrées, the Chateaubriand for two is a Fourways staple and, when in season, the spiny lobster with spinach stuffing is another real treat. When it’s time for dessert, it's all about that soufflé, of course, which comes piping hot with your choice of sauce. We love the tangy Grand Marnier and the gingery dark n' stormy, which both pair nicely with a glass of tawny Port." - David LaHuta
