We arrived as they were closing, but they re-opened the kitchen for us...a group of 6. Fantastic friendly staff, delicious food. My Boy said it was amongst the best burgers he'd ever had! My Wife's Ploughman's was enormous, to which my Mum finished off, after only really wanting a small meal herself, but couldn't resist on the tempting Ploughman's. My All Day Breakfast was also cracking! We all left full up & completely satisfied. No idea about the Rooms

Had a great all day Breakfast. One of the best Breakfasts I've ever had, it was great value as well. The service was also top notch. Will definitely be back if I'm in the area. Thanks 👍

Really great selection of vegan items on the menu, including vegan cream tea! Definitely the best spot to grab some grub after a walk from Princetown if you're vegan/vegetarian/plant-based. Friendly staff and reasonably priced, too.

Great little cafe. You can park at the rear but need to register your number plate in the cafe. Coffee and Hot Chocolate both great. Coffee and walnut cake was very nice.

Called in here whilst taking the scenic route from holiday, ordered a full English breakfast which was huge and was delivered with fruit juice. The day was extremely wet and the open fire was welcome, especially for drying our wet rain coats. I would certainly recommend this place.

We were holidaying in Devon in a large party group of 35 bikers. In advance of the weekend away we contacted the café to see if they could accommodate our large group. There was no hesitation, in advance we were sent a menu and a pre order was placed. On arrival there was plenty of space for us all to sit close to each other and the food came out promptly. Fantastic food served in a lovely location, is a nice friendly manner, and no issues with serving a large group.

Always a warm welcome especially in bad weather. Great food, quick service and Dartmoor gifts to buy as well, plus the letterbox stamps 😄

Yelp
Love this little cafe and regularly visit. Nice bit plates of food with a great selection of hot meals, cold sandwiches etc and cakes. The all day breakfast is immense. Cream teas, hot chocolates. Dartmoor souvenirs. Proper logs fires in the winter and a lovely outside seating area for the summer. Parking.

Yelp
I have to give these guys 5 stars for saving my life. The sun had long set and it was painfully cold by the time I reached their cafe from a hike to King Tor. There were no customers and they were already cleaning up and shutting down for the night when I asked if they'd be ok with seating me for a cream tea. Everything in town was closed, I was half frozen solid and still waiting for a bus. They thankfully obliged. Their tea itself was pretty standard, but the devonshire cream was amazing. The gooey-est and freshest of any devon creams i had sampled in England. They say they get it from a near by farm. I would make a trip to Princetown just for that cream tea again.
