Lovely staff, very friendly. Nice decor, but unfortunately the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The eggs were crispy golden brown underneath (considered a perfect fried egg to some), yet the yolk had a snotty texture (wife's egg). My egg yolk was borderline fully set. (We did mention this to the young lady when she asked if everything was okay and were asked if we wanted another egg, but unfortunately we were driving and had limited time, and at that point, disappointment had set in.) The rest of the breakfast was tasteless. The sausage looked good but had no taste. The bacon was cooked to how we asked—crispy and was okay. We opted for the in-house full breakfast (an additional charge if you want mushrooms and black pudding added to your breakfast?). The star of the show was the coffee and mocha—excellent florette/texture/taste, well done to the barista. The bill was around £32 for two in-house breakfasts and two coffees.
