Love this place and have patronized this location many times since it’s opening. Today (May 01), I came in to order my usual and the young lady (long red hair) told me she’d be right with me….no problem, as I was not in a rush at all, however; I found myself waiting while she finished up a phone call (in front of me) only to notice her get on a laptop (directly in front of me) meanwhile, I continue to patiently wait at the register as she finishes her phone call and got on a laptop in the register area. Thankfully another lady came over and asked if I had been helped, then after apologized for my wait and took my order. I’m a Director of Human Resources and I would NEVER allow such from my employees! Terrible customer service, Unacceptable….

Place lacks productive and effective leadership. Management can be slow and at times lack luster to put their talent first instead of favoring the yes person. How about treat your valuables with more care and you'll start to retain some. The store carries a wide array of cool and trendy products both local and nationally recognized brands. Wines are a must and the coffee is decent. Has a lot of upside potential if priorities are made clear and direction is followed.

The staff was rude. They acted as if they didn't want to be bothered with me. I went in 1hr before closing for a coffee. They didn't want to hold conversation or even make eye contact. When I asked for a latte the person standing in the back said they didn't have anymore coffee without so much as looking up. I'll never go back and subject myself to such rude behavior.

I am a frequent of foxtrot and it is one of my favorite delivery services. Any time the store has not had what I ordered, one of their extremely polite and friendly employees gives me a call with different options as replacements. I’ve always had such pleasant interactions with the employees and couriers. Today I had the pleasure of speaking to Morgan and she was great! Absolutely love foxtrot.

There were no other customers when I went into the store. Instead of being greeted as I entered the store, the entire staff stared at me like I was an alien, so badly I had to ask if the store was even open. I ended up ordering with zero help from the cashier, who ultimately got my salad order wrong. Safe to say I won’t be back.

God I love Foxtrot. They manage to get every delivery order wrong, so I always get refunds. It's like roulette on what you get, but it's free! If you prefer accuracy in your order then look elsewhere. My last 4 orders have all been wrong. And these are small orders too, 3-4 items max. The delivery people don't care, but I do appreciate it as I get free food. Plus I get the amusement of the support people being skeptical and asking for photo proof, as if I'm lying. Spoiler, I'm not.

Not the best experience. I love foxtrot and stopped in there to catch a break from the heat and wait for my uber. Staff thought they were "subtle" in monitoring me...maybe they haven't had any black people in their store. They walked by be several times, pretending to check the fridge, picking things up and putting them back for no reason. It was not very hosptitable.
