Subject: Complaint Regarding Coffee Quality 1 - June 2025
Dear Fox trot Cafe
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the coffee I purchased on last Friday or Monday , at your fox trot branch. I ordered a latte, and it had a distinctly burnt taste, making it unpalatable.
I was very disappointed as I had looked forward to enjoying my coffee at your port Melbourne Cafe
I paid a five dollar note to a staff member coz my card was not working for the coffee and yet disrespected by three men outside the shop not allowing me to discuss the situation that I didn't want that coffe I asked to change it for a hot chocolate instead
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. yet I ended up at the doctors coz your hot chocolate tasted old milk Iam poor person not rich Bobby mguire help me with food relief my dole is cut short yet you try to fool me and your customers are very rude and agresdive I am as person With disabilitie autism broad spectrum and my support worker will contact you further discuss matter
Iam writing this letter to consumer affairs as I was tested unfailingly if you gave any questions on my behalf you may contact Paul as he know me very well
I'll never return back to your cafe
