Went to get one of their pre made sandwiches 11.65 and there nothing in it. It was suppose to be a Medi style wrap with kale chicken sauce... and more.. Guess what there was no sauce, no olive, 4 pieces of chicken and all Kale... which also made me very sick right after I ate it.

Honestly very mixed experiences here. It’s expensive, you really can’t walk out with a coffee and snacks for under $15, but they always have fun products to try. My issue is with their quality control, and this seems to be consistent when looking at other reviews. Most recently, I wanted a little desert after lunch and grabbed a gourmet ice cream sandwich- probably like a $6 item. Unfortunately, when I got back to the office and opened it, the sandwich had been almost completely melted and then refrozen at one point. Pretty disappointing for the price.

I love the concept of this market, but the prices are extremely high and the products do not consistently deliver. I bought flowers which were almost immediately dead, pictured is the evening of purchase and about 24 hours later. The store had them wrapped in paper and not sitting in water… that’s the type of execution error that results in these expensive products failing to deliver.

I had a large chai and a muffin. Loved it. The vibes are great. Great place for a small date, or to sit and work.

While the food and coffee is usually decent, the service has become much worse since this location opened - extremely slow service and multiple times my orders have been forgotten. The last straw came when I ordered “bacon tomato avocado toast” and recent plain (and VERY brown) avocado toast. Overall, there are much better options in the area with better trained staff. Would recommend you save your money.

This is my favorite location! Somehow the west loop was missing a grocery experience, and despite all the great coffee in the area, I love the chance to browse while I wait for my brew. Also, having affordable and super healthy smoothie options is a game changer. On top of everything, I love seeing people just hanging out - it feels like a community and positive vibes all around when I walk in.

I can't speak for how good the coffee is because the barista decided a 20 min wait was acceptable, even as she made drinks ordered 10 min after mine. She was openly indifferent to making mine and said she'll get to it, while she continued to make just-ordered drinks. (No really the receipts timestamp when they're printed so I can see that the ones she was making were just ordered, at minimum, printed between 15 and 20 minutes prior. And it's the exact same type of drink, so it's not like mine needed anything special. But hey, they got their money and I didn't get anything, so I guess it's a win for Foxtrot?
