Honestly, this is best place I've stayed in Morelos. My family stays at the Fives.... This place is bigger, cleaner, easier. It's location is quiet. All new appliances. I will absolutely be returning here. It's a condo suite. I am very happy with everything. Comfy beds, I can't wait to visit again! It's not on the beach... But The beach is a stone throw away.. Thank you so much.

Nice quiet location about a 10 minute walk from the main square and a 5 minute walk from the quieter and nicest beaches on the north end of Puerto Morelos. The neighborhood has lots of pretty homes with gardens overflowing with bougainvillea flowers The 1BR apartments have full, but pretty basic kitchens including a refrigerator, oven and gas stove. (Our refrigerator was pretty old, so we had to be careful not to fill it with lots of warm groceries or it would take forever to cool them.) Our kitchen has decent nonstick cookware, dishes and silverware and a sharp knife so we were able to do lots of cooking. Bedrooms are pleasantly decorated but nothing fancy. Bathroom is decent sized and pretty modern, but the hot water has very little pressure. Living room/kitchen has a bamboo chair, bamboo frame sofa, and a dining table. The place is very popular with retired Canadians in 2025, so not exactly sketchy. Biggest safety risk is they will chat your ear off while having a drink on the outdoor walkway in the middle of the afternoon. The units' only outdoor space is that narrow motel-like walkway, where many people sit in their beach chairs. Only the second floor apartments facing the street appear occupied in March 2025, and I saw nobody in the downstairs units or in the ones facing the courtyard. The courtyard seems to be being used for storage of beach loungers and other equipment, which is not super attractive, but matters little because the living room window faces the other way.

Quiet set back location with extremely friendly reception. The apartment was very tidy and the beds were the comfiest I've come across in Mexico. I will definitely be staying here again. I'm chalking up some of the less favorable reviews to the fact that despite being very clean, some things may be dated. That being said, It's a bright, clean, nicely decorated apartment in a safe setting with a very helpful and lovely lady at reception. I'm not sure what else other people were expecting.

Very helpful staff, comfortable & clean apt. Great value! It'd be good to provide some small basics for short-term guests like matches for the stove, dishwashing soap & scrubber. Also, please include information for navigating from bus on highway which is close to town but not the tourist area by shore. That was confusing & a long walk😀

This is our last day in Puerto Morelos and we hate to leave. Our stay at Hotel Eden has been a very pleasant one, clean with all the comforts of home, access to kitchen appliances which helped us to balance our meal expenditures by buying groceries locally and enjoying other meals in restaurants. We were more than an hour late getting here because our plane arrived late, but we had a very pleasant welcome from Justine at the front desk. She was very helpful in providing us with information as we needed it and other necessities. We would definitely return to this hotel, and would recommend it to anyone, whether you are on your own or as a family. Puerto Morelos is a lovely town, and the hotel is in a quiet residential location within a few minutes walk of the beach. A 10 minute walk takes you to the centre of town, and the new Chedraui store is excellent for anything you might need.I cannot say enough about this place; I hope that we will be able to return next year.

The place was clean in the important places (fingerprints on the windows and doors don't bother us but some might take issue) and more importantly it was spacious for the price with a fully functional kitchen with gas oven and stove, and a fridge that is closer to full size. Reception was friendly and helpful.

The receptionist is very friendly and the location is decent, but the water pressure is barley a trickle and the bed might as well be a piece of plywood. Also our door didn't lock from the outside. We stayed one night, I woke up in pain feeling grossed out. We checked out and found a place we were comfortable in.

The property manager was exceptionally nice. She spoke enough English and was very helpful. The ad is more alluring that the actual hotel which honestly makes you wonder if you will leave with some kind of bugs. I didnt have any problems. They have complimentary shampoo and soap. There is no shuttle. The website says they do. They dont. However the manager scheduled a taxi for me very early in the morning.
