We had a team event here and it was pretty nice! Upscale vibes and cool atmosphere. It’s a bit pricey though for a what you get. The food was alright, nothing fancy, and the staff were friendly.

I really liked my time at Frames! They're super professional and attentive to your group! We had a group delay and they allowed us to push the time back a bit to ensure our group would arrive on time. Food was AMAZING (honestly was shocked at how good the teriyaki wings were), AC was fabulous, clean bathrooms, and amazing games! We played pool (30$ an hour -- 4 rounds for us but depending on your level of skill more or less rounds) and we bowled for 2 hours! Again depending on your level of skill that's between 2-4 full games! I would definitely go back! I got the team builder group tickets and was worth the price! 10/10 recommend

Had a great time last night. Every year I book Frames Bowling Lounge to start or end the summer season. My party had a great time. We did miss having the DJ there and wish they would bring that back because that’s the only thing that was missing last night. Music was good but the DJ always adds that extra bit of magic for the night. Food and drinks were great. The staff was amazing as always. I appreciate the manager being cool and respectful about our little hiccup and we will definitely book again.

My work team came down for a morale event, reserving 3 lanes with food. The food was decent and we had our privacy. The bowling setup generally worked but with occasional glitches, nothing major that the staff could not fix. The setup menu could use a tech upgrade. They also have a complementary karaoke hour with the bowling package which was neat.

Went here this past Saturday for a coworker’s (from a job I literally got laid off from earlier in the week but I digress) birthday and as long as I’ve been living in the city, I’d never been here. To my surprise, I enjoyed it quite a bit. Didn’t know what to expect but the vibe was pretty good with plenty of activities (bowling, pool, ping pong, etc) to get involved in. The bar charges you on the spot for whatever you order and I guess I get that. Guess you can blame whoever made them instill that rule. It’s the kind of place that looks like it gets busy enough where I’m sure people have walked out on their bill stiffing the place. Pricing is doable yet I wonder if I should bother saying anything when everything feels super expensive anyway. The food that I had was absolutely delicious. I had some sticky General Tso’s Shrimp along with a quesadilla and man, the shrimp was incredible (so good that I never took a picture). I wanna go back, that’s how good it was. As I said, the vibe was chill but busy and for a spot on Times Square (I say that because I hate Times Square as most New Yorkers tend to) it’s actually pretty cool. I’d recommend this for a birthday.

Surprisingly this bowling alley food was damn good. We had the sliders, pizza, wigs and coconut shrimp. The coconut shrimp was awesome. The sliders were tall good but needed a dash of salt. Just a dash. The place is clean. The shoe system is pretty good.

Came here after my youngest sons graduation, he had such a good time bowling. We also had wings and fries. They were so tasty and the drinks were good as well. I will definitely go back in a group.

The bowling part was really fun and was definitely the funniest and best part of the whole experience. For the food we got a sesame coconut shrimp 🍤, chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, and chicken quesadilla. The sodas we got were Pepsi and flat gingerale (not pictured. More on that later). The food was great! Thanks kitchen staff! The experience itself was meh. When we got there, we were waiting for a couple of people so we stood downstairs for a little while. At the downstairs bar, there is a cute seating area with arcade games to play! The restroom is right next to it. I saw that there was a pincode so I went to the then bartender to ask for the code, since we were paying customers of the establishment. He wasn't sure. Then, the restroom door opened and he asked the pink haired bartender walking out. I explained to her we had a reservation but she simply said "you would have to buy something here first", in a very dismissed manner. Flabbergasted, I waited until we went upstairs to use the restroom. Later that night, we stood downstairs for a bit before leaving since our night was cut short upstairs (more on that later). As my group was socializing, they noticed a man go to the restroom with one of the group members saying "all he did was walk up to her and ask her the code and he gave it!" To confirm, I stopped the man and he said yes, she gave him the code. <<SMH>> The service part upstairs- When we got there, our food was brought out within the first 10 minutes of arriving. Awesome! Plates, forks and napkins were there. But, where were our sodas? For a good solid 20 minutes, we weren't served beverages. I asked the closest worker and he said our server would bring us the soda. Server?? We have a server??? Who is this server they speak of??? I legit paused and felt my brain glitch while processing the information. They, in due part, for asking someone else at random to see if maybe he was our server 😅 We asked him for the beverages and he said he would pass along the order to the server. It never happened 😆 Idk how we had her arrive, but our server, Maria, eventually came. She took our ALCOHOLIC drink order. And, notice a drink there is 20 bucks a cup! The heck? May as well get a pitcher (tip: pay in cash!) When she came back, we noticed our soda beverages never arrived so we told her. The flat gingerale and Pepsi came out shortly after. <<SMH. She was not attentive to us at all>> We reviewed the menu and saw other tables with pitchers so I decided to get a pitcher. It was $49 for a berry coco pitcher. I gave her $60 and she gave me back $10. I suppose she decided to keep a $1 tip for herself! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Most likely won't come back here, albeit the semi-cool bowling experience. The lanes were super dark to bowl down. no lights down the lanes. We booked from 8-10p. We were on the last round of our game, with two more players left. And a few minutes left for our booked time. It was odd to us of a 5 minute warning and 1 minute warning when we still had our spot booked for a few more minutes. After the one minute countdown, the screen shut off and restarted to the main screen. None of us seeing our scores before being done. Confused, our group noticed our 5 minute left book time. After asking the server, she said the time is cut short so that we, the group, have time to gather our things before leaving. <<SMH>> So our time was cute short because the company doesn't have better time management skills? We all went to the restroom and when we came back, our area was filled with the next party.

Yelp
Incredible! First time I came here for a bachelor party which was a hit and second time I organized my company's work party and was even better! Extremely enjoyable, incredible service, and Laura the event coordinator was always ready to assist and helped make the night perfect. Highly recommend!

Yelp
We came here on a Saturday night to celebrate a friend's birthday. It was a nice crowd and they had a DJ so the music was very lively. Between the Philly cheesesteak and the burger, the Philly cheesesteak was the better choice. One of the things I didn't like about their policy is they begin your "2 hour" time at the time you requested, regardless if you are late. The person who put their card has to be there before they can give you the lane.
google avatar

Ruby N.

Yelp
Came here for a work event and this place was super spacious. You can pick up your shoes and then start bowling at an aisle. The service here is great and everyone has a fun time here. The music that was being played will also get you in your best bowling mindset

Yelp
This was my first time coming to this bowling lounge and I honestly wish they had one of these locations everywhere because it was so much fun! Tickets came with 1 Hr 55 Min Bowling, Shoes, 2 Standard Beer, Wine, Well, or Soda Drink Tickets per guest and 1 Half Platter of Margherita Pizza & Chicken Tenders per Lane for $39.95 pr. guest; and let me tell you those chicken tenders were so bomb I would pass on the pizza and just get the tenders. Staff were super nice, they have karaoke area, and game area as well (you do have to pay extra to be in the gaming area) but it's definitely a nice vibe especially with the live DJ playing some bangers! The game area has the huge Jena game, connect 4, ping-pong, and tvs to watch the games. It is 21 and over so you definitely got to bring your ID! They will NOT let you in if you do not have your ID. If I'm in the area again I would definitely be back!

Yelp
Frames is such a great place for a group to gather to have fun. Good food and drinks, ambience a pleasant surprise. Definitely not your average bowling lounge. Five stars !!!!

Yelp
Bowling birthday parties are only for kids? Nope, we're doing bowling for my birthday! I haven't bowled in a few years, so it was time to dust off the ball & shoes and shake off the rusty joints. My wife set up the party reservation with Laura. We were expecting 30+ people, so we were placed on 6 lanes for 2 hrs of bowling with food & drinks served at each pair of lanes. We arrived just before opening at 11am on a Sunday and rode the elevator up to the 2nd floor. They let us in a few minutes early to get set up with shoes & ball selection. I remember the lanes here in Port Authority from the old days (80's) and they have really modernized the place. With electronic scoring system, you don't have to do math with pencil & paper anymore. Soon platters of party food & pitchers of soda arrived. The Chicken Fingers are crispy & HuGe! They came with a variety of dipping sauces. Next were the Buffalo Wings, which were pretty mild as was the Blue Cheese dipping sauce. We also had a platter of crispy fries and another of Hamburger Sliders, which were really good. Everybody was enjoying the food and throwing strikes & spares with high fives all around. It had been close to 10 years since I've touched a bowling ball and it showed with my erratic throws, but the old muscle memory came back at the end when I threw a XXX "turkey" in the 10th frame. It was a welcome birthday gift to myself knowing I still got it ;)

Yelp
We booked an event here for 10 people. The special came with food, bowling, and soda. All of us had a great time. The food was better than expected. The best part were the wings and fries. Our server Ladi was so helpful he was always coming around to make sure we were good and asked if we needed anything. The music was a good range and the drinks weren't watered down. Booking this event was super easy, just make sure you get there early because check in is pretty slow.

Yelp
I ended up going to Frames Bowling Lounge for a evening work function. My colleagues and I took the subway to get to Frames Bowling Lounge. It's located near Time Square. When you first walk in, you'll notice a bar area to your left. It was completely empty at the time we had entered. The bar had plenty of seating available. The Frames Bowling Lounge is located on the second floor. You have to take an elevator up to the second floor. Just to note, the elevator's max capacity is 5 people only. When my colleagues and I got to the second floor, there was a long line waiting to go down the elevator. Once you walk in though, you're presented with a lot of bowling lanes and TV screens. The shoes are off to your right, within individual cubby spots that light up. Shoe sizes are labeled on the bowling shoes. Bowling balls are provided complimentary from Frames Bowling Lounge. We had some food catered through Frames Bowling Lounge. Some of the offerings included the following Flatbread Spicy Pizza Mini Meatball Sliders Chips and Guacamole Chicken Empanada The food was decent. The Chips and Guacamole were my favorite though. There was seasonings on the chips that really enhanced the Guacamole dip! Bowling was fun. It was easy to setup our user names in the system. Our team didn't have any issues with the lane or the pins. Service was slow at the bar though. I only had requested soda, a sprite. Each time I went to the bar area, all of the team members were extremely busy. I would have to wait over 15 minutes each time. There is also an arcade, ping pong, and pool tables in the Frames Bowling Lounge area where you can hang out. Frames Bowling lounge is modernized and I had a lot of fun! The bowling lanes were really oily though. My bowling ball hook so much! This is a great location to host events at. If you're looking to practice bowling, I'd recommend a different location.

Yelp
Held our annual holiday party with the fellas at Frames for the second time and it did not disappoint. We all had a great time and the service was absolutely amazing. Laura was an immense help in making this a great event.

Yelp
While the place is big and beautiful, this experience wasn't what we expected. We organized a party for my nieces and their friends, a group of bright, college-bound African American high schoolers. They were having fun, as kids do, but things took a turn when the manager decided to call the cops on them for "horsing around." It was incredibly upsetting and unnecessary, especially in today's climate. Beyond that, the service was disappointing. We had a group of 50 guests, and everything felt slow and lackadaisical. The bartenders seemed overwhelmed. Alexandjr was slow and came off rude, Natalia kept forgetting orders, and while Leo was decent, he was the only one who seemed to have it together that night. As someone who spent a good amount of money to make sure everyone had a good time, I expected better treatment and professionalism from Frames NYC. Calling the police on kids just having a good time is not the kind of experience anyone should have to deal with. The food was good, the wings, the beef sliders, the nachos, chicken empanadas and pizza although they were out of brisket, the brisket sliders and steak quesadillas. Both the service and how they handle situations involving your customers needs improvement.

Yelp
I love this place. It's expensive but worth it. Def my favorite bowling alley. You get to pick your own shoes once you pay and the set up for the lane is quick and easy. There's a private karaoke room as well. Lots of photo op areas as well. Highly highly recommended Oh and the drinks were great as well
google avatar

Olaedo E.

Yelp
This place is so much fun! They have about 25 bowling lanes with huge tv screens at the end of each. There's also karaoke, pool tables, ping pong tables, jenga, giant connect four, darts, two bars and a live dj. The drinks are really good and they have a really good food menu with lots of options. During the weekends, it's usually packed so making a reservation for the lanes is highly recommended!
google avatar

Cindy Z.

Yelp
The boyfriend planned a date night here and he made reservations ahead of time. For two hours of bowling for two people, it was almost $140, which is very pricey. Since you're reserving by lanes, it's definitely more worth it if you come with 4-6 people instead of 2. The shoe rental is included as well, where you can grab yourself along their wall of shoes once we checked in. The space is modern and fun with a clubbing vibe. They have screen playing music videos and the place goes into dark mode after 6pm too. While we were bowling, we got some fries to snack on, which also came with guacamole and chips. The servers were also great about refilling our drinks as well. Overall, fun experience but it's pricey, especially being located in the middle of Times Square.

Yelp
Place is a rip off. Cut me off because I'm high energy on shot 2. If I could give 0 starts I would. Waste of money. Bougie rip off, made for wasps
google avatar

Yelp
Came for a company happy hour and again for a birthday and had good experiences both times. When you come in, there is a free coat check downstairs. Comes in handy on the weekends when it gets crowded. From there, you can get a drink across at the bar or go upstairs to the bowling on the second floor. There is also a bar upstairs so don't feel like you're missing out. Once you make it upstairs, you go to the counter and they give you your lane and direct you to the shoe rental. The lanes are pretty standard compared to other bowling alleys maybe a little cleaner. The food is alright overall. Angus Sliders are an honorable mention. I personally didn't like the pulled pork/beef one because of the flavor. Overall nice spot in Manhattan for bowling.

Yelp
Frames has quickly become my go-to hangout spot, and it's easy to see why. The Pigs in a Blanket were a standout--crispy, flaky croissant dough wrapped around juicy mini hot dogs, and that touch of Dijon mustard brought the perfect balance of flavor. Along with that, the Chicken Empanadas were another highlight. Stuffed with cheddar cheese and cilantro, they were full of rich, savory flavor. These appetizers were the perfect companions for a fun night of bowling, and I can't wait to come back and try even more from the menu!

Yelp
We came here in the afternoon for a work event and had a great time! Check-in was easy and I like how the shoes were self service along the wall. The display and interior vibe and decor of this place was modern and club-like. We were told which lanes to use and went right over. Setting up our names on the screen was fairly easy and we were bowling in no time. The service was great as well. We had food and drinks, including these large tubes of beers that were kept full. I think they were 5 liters each. The food included some sliders, and dips. They looked good, but I honestly did not try any of it. The bowling lanes functioned without fail and none of my balls got stuck or had any incorrect scoring from the system. The bathrooms were clean and the staff friendly. I recommend this place for your corporate function.
google avatar

Angela B.

Yelp
Came for a work event and didn't realize this was inside Port Authority. The lanes were easy to find and had multiple options for shoes & balls. The seating area was cozy, especially depending on the number of people on your team. Food was decent, I mean, can't get a gourmet meal at a bowling alley.
google avatar

Alec T.

Yelp
This place is SIICK. After 8PM it's adults only which is super refreshing. Definitely need reservations though. Love the neon lights club vibe and the security at the door. The food is slammin especially for a game place. Ton of variety, all high quality. They have bowling, giant jenga, ping pong, and more. Food/drink service to your lane makes drinking and eating much much easier without having to stop your game. Perfect for a date night or an adult birthday. 10/10
google avatar

Valerie F.

Yelp
Really fun spot for a group outing. Huge portions for food if you order the shareable sizes - as a group of 10 we couldn't even finish a few different items. Beer towers, high noon buckets make for a great time too. Decent pricing, good service and great atmosphere.
google avatar

Irving I.

Yelp
I like this place. They have more than 25 lanes. I'll definitely be back. I was surprised that you just leave ya shoes at the lane and someone retrieves them.
google avatar

Sandy D.

Yelp
Bowling is a sport in that your arms will be sore or your fingers will cramp and nails will wither. For $30 for unlimited 2 hour bowling, we played about 1.5 games for 6 people. Getting shoes was so efficient, given they were self serve, so you no longer had to go through the troubles of asking someone for your size. A pitcher of water was provided for each lane. There was also a bar area. I loved the pop music with a screen playing the MV, which elevated the fun party vibes. I usually have a gripe with bowling lounges that are too flashy, dark, or too loud, but Frames was just right in every regard. The sad thing here is the machine does cut you off right on the dot if you're playing unlimited games. The score also doesn't reset into the next game, unless there was an option to do that on the machine. 1.5 games may not sound like a lot, but I think we all played enough to feel satisfied. I would totally come back if I needed a bowling lounge option again!

Yelp
I was at Frames NYC this past Friday 11/29/2024 for my cousin bday party. it was 21+after 8pm where I was told there was a dress code but there was not. I went to get my coat and they would not let me take it upstairs meanwhile there were others with their coats on so when I spoke to the manager and informed him I wanted a refund I was refused and then I left the establishment as I was singled out due to my color and the person in charge was the same color as I was but was very rude and abused his position. I will never go back......

Yelp
horrible customer service! so rude. very unhelpful at the register. little man with beard unhelpful.

Yelp
We booked two lanes for a team event with a party package (included 4 entrees). The venue was large, clean, and had great vibes. The entrees came out promptly and we were given plenty of plates, utensils, napkins, and water without needing to ask. Additionally - Laura from their events team made the entire process simple and painless, and answered all of my questions in a prompt manner. Definitely would recommend coming here to others looking for a fun lowkey team event!

Yelp
We had a company event at Frames last week and everyone had a blast! Laura (our sales rep) was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. She was really helpful & clear while planning and on our party day she totally made sure we were taken care of. We booked the "Red Carpet Affair" + "VIP Lanes" packages for a group of 11 adults. The price was definitely worth it for the activities, the open bar (including top shelf booze) and great food. We chose crowd-pleasing/pub fare food from a giant menu of options and it was reeeeeally good - in fact, probably better than it had to be hahaha. There was plenty to go around and people were snacking all night. We started the night with two private bowling lanes in a private room (so much fun!) and had a super attentive personal server who kept the food and drinks flowing. After our bowling timeslot we then moved to a reserved ping pong/lounge area in the main space. Even though our private party ended, we didn't want to leave! Most of us hung out for a few more hours near the bar having drinks and playing pool & shuffleboard (there was no charge for those activities). The ping pong and pool/shuffleboard lounges were roomy with plenty of comfy seating for a group. We never felt crowded and the whole night felt like an exclusive private party. All in all, the staff was great, the activities were fun and the event definitely exceeded our expectations. Thanks Frames!

Yelp
Bowling, Birthday, and Friends, who could ask for more. My husband's 35th birthday was coming up, and I needed something fun with great food and drinks for our friends and myself. He had never been bowling and is not a fan of the typical bar scene, so I started my search for a place that could have a little bit of everything for everyone. A friend suggested Frames Bowling Lounge. We were not disappointed. From my first chat with Laura, I was hooked. The open communication, the follow-up, finding the right price for the right type of evening experience, and easy payment options helped me put together a great event. The night of his birthday party went off smoothly. Frames is a hidden Oasis in a city full of chaos. From the moment that you walk in, you're made to feel welcome. Their gay friendly staff welcomed all of our guests and definitely gave us a VIP treatment. Alonso was our main server in our VIP two lane room, and he couldn't have been more accommodating. The security staff came in and introduced themselves, letting us know that they were available in case of any unforseen issues. The staff was patient and helpful. The food was great and always plentiful. The drinks were cold, and with plenty of options, everyone's needs were met. Including my seltzer drinking husband. It was an epic night for a fairly reasonable price. Our expectations were surpassed. We had an amazing and memorable evening. Would I recommend Frames Bowling Lounge, we can't wait to go back. PS. The hubs didn't have beginner's luck in bowling, but he had a great birthday!

Yelp
There's tons of space. At the door, they scan your id. Your bag gets checked and you head to the second floor. There's bowling and billiards. I also saw skee-ball machines for $2 in coins per try and shuffle board. I came for a birthday party. The empanadas, sliders, and pizza were pretty good. There's couches and fun neon signs.
google avatar

Yelp
Frames def the vibe! It was a group of us bowling and we did the private karaoke room which was dope. The wings and fries were top tier but drinks not so much! They watered down everything they served and argued with u when u asked for a few splashes more. We also played pool. I think I saw a ping pong table as well. The dj was on point too we danced all night. I def recommend checking them out!

Yelp
Had an amazing time with my friends for my birthday. We got the summer deal which was very worth it! Two drinks chicken fingers and pizza! Can not go wrong! All my guest loved the food and we had a time getting drinks while bowling ! Our lane broke and the manager was so nice and moved us into a VIP area! Definitely made my birthday! Thank you so much team!

Colleen B.

Yelp
Last night I went on a first date to Frames Bowling. The front desk reservationist Jon Carlo truly made our night! My date called ahead to reserve a lane but they were all booked. Jon Carlo suggested booking the billiard lounge...WAY BETTER choice for our first date. Jon Carlo would check on us periodically and was just all around amazing and hospitable. Our bartender Adam was cheerful and had awareness. The space is great for a team building event, a group of friends or even a first date!

Yelp
Fantastic venue with great service near time square. The vibe is great and the beer is cold. Highly recommended.

Terry Y.

Yelp
I highly recommend this place over Bowlero. The service and accommodation is way better! I had 8 teens for my daughter's birthday, Bowlero told me with Groupon purchase, if I showed up at 4 pm, I can have lanes but when we showed up they told me we have to wait until 8 pm!!! With 8 teens? Kidding me?! Last min maneuver, called Frames Bowling Lounge, they assure me one lane for kids birthday if we show up within 30 min. When we showed up, Rodney - accommodated us not only extra minutes and services, the staff was wonderful to kids and even provide extra game room for an hour!! Talking about service! When you live in the city, places for teens birthday party can be limited to accommodate everyone's interest. Frames Bowling Lounge is definitely an option to consider! Thank you! Rodney and staff!

Yelp
I just had my birthday there with the red carpet package and I really couldn't recommend it more. Everyone had so much fun and for the price it's totally worth it. The food is surprisingly really good. It's bowling alley food but elevated. Our server mark was designated for our section and he was incredibly nice. The staff transfers your food with you as you move from bowling to karaoke. The setup for the karaoke took a minute to get going but they have a pretty big selection of songs. My only complaints are that because our server seemed to be tending to multiple large parties(no fault to him) it did take him a little while to get our drinks back but he always remembered what we were drinking and did come by pretty frequently. Also your time ends to the minute. The microphone was literally taken out of my friend's hand as she was in the middle of a song. Despite that, everyone had so much fun and the place was very accommodating. It looks like a couple parties next to us had even brought their own decor for their space.
google avatar

Yelp
To start, Laura at Sales was incredibly responsive accommodative and easy to work with. Booking a reservation with her was a breeze. The establishment itself was super clean, up to date and huge. Great for birthdays and corporate events. Accessing shoes was incredibly easy. The food quantity and quality was superb. Getting packages is the way to go. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. Everyone had fun and looking forward to many returns.

Yelp
Kicked us out in the middle of our pool game for someone else wanting a table. We paid for $30 an hour and had terrible experience.

Yelp
Our family was looking for a fun rainy day activity. We decided to check out Frames bowling and weren't disappointed. We got there on a Sunday at 11 am, right when they opened. There were a few other families who got started a few minutes before us. We liked Frames because they let you do an hour slot versus other places that require a min of two hours. This was our son's first time bowling so we didn't want to be locked in for too long. They were able to program the bumpers to come up for his turn only. That's nice - just requires you to tell the counter your lane and the person's name who needs the bumpers. The place was really clean and I liked that the shoe rental was part of the lane price. You can pick your shoes up on your own. I thought the lane quality was fine -- having bowled a lot when I was younger, these lanes felt really oily. In any case we had a really good time. We only drank the pitcher of water they offered and decided not to get any food or drinks. The prices didn't seem terrible for those items (we had lunch plans after). We keep talking about how much fun it was! Looking forward to visiting again.

Yelp
This is great place for a date, family night out or work event. We were a large group so we had 6 lanes reserved and we had appetizers for everyone such as sliders, quesadillas, pizza, chicken tenders etc. It was great finger food to eat while we bowled. As soon as we walked in and got off the elevator we went to front desk, they gave us our lanes and showed us where we can get our shoes. There is a wall of bowling shoes, separated by size where you can pick from. If you're going with children on a Friday night you need to go early because after 8 pm it is strictly 21 and over. Since we went with children we got there at 6 pm and they were able to get the bumpers up when the children bowled. This was a fun place and I will certainly go back to use the rest of there amenities like karaoke and games.

Yelp
We had a great corporate event here last month. From the ease of booking to the flexibility on numbers, menu choices, etc. we were very pleased with the booking process. Laura K. was very responsive and helpful in this process, especially with our booking on very short-notice (within a couple of days). The front desk staff and waitstaff were also a delight to deal with. We will book again soon for another event, and highly recommend!

Yelp
Came here for a work event and had a blast! Great service, food, and lots of fun. Recommend this spot for any team/client events or just a good time in general. Packages were nicely priced, even if you get a premium open bar package.

Yelp
Decent enough experience to almost warrant a 4 star rating. Might want to retrain your staffs on not rushing in front of customers and not even extending courtesy of letting others pass first especially when right of way in foot traffic was clearly visible. Quite annoyed by such crass behavior of one of the waiter.

Yelp
I booked a Team Building event at Frames for some colleagues and I and I would highly recommend it! Laura was easy to work with when booking the event. Checking in was easy and seamless! Our lanes were ready on time with a server ready to take our drink orders. The food was delicious and came out in a timely manner! I would definitely recommend Frames for a visit whether you have a group or just a couple friends!!

Yelp
I recently visited this bowling alley with some friends and unfortunately, our experience was less than pleasant. I didn't have an issue with the bowling experience itself, but more so the lack of professionalism from the staff. The first issue we encountered was that the coat check had been moved without any notice to the customers. We were trying to get staff's attention at the coatcheck before the bartender rudely came up and said, "Can't you see the signs, you can't sit there." And the security said "All the coat check stuff is upstairs." UMMMM First of all, we were not sitting at all, just leaning over the counter to find a coat check worker. Secondly, there were no signs that said coat check had moved to upstairs. This was frustrating and time-consuming, especially since some of us came from work and had bags to store. The bigger problem, however, was with the food check-in policy. We were told by the staff that we had to check in any outside food or drinks we brought in, which is reasonable. However, when we went to retrieve our food later, we were shocked to find out that it had been thrown away! Apparently, the staff that moved the coat check things from the first to the second floor didn't bother to inform us or give us a chance to retrieve our belongings. To make matters worse, when we tried to retrieve our checked items, the check-in lady was incredibly rude. She didn't even bother to hand us our bags and instead plopped them on the complete other side of the counter, 10 feet away! It was as if she wanted to make it as difficult as possible for us to get our stuff. This was unacceptable and unprofessional. We had spent money on that food and expected to be able to eat it at home (they were leftovers). When we complained to the staff, they were unapologetic and dismissive, which only added insult to injury. Overall, I would not recommend this bowling alley to anyone. The lack of communication and disregard for customer property and satisfaction is simply unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else where you'll be treated with respect.

Yelp
Bowling here for 2 hours is not cheap at around $135 for a lane and shoes, so this was a pricier date night than expected. Drinks ran at around $15 each. It's a huge spot with over 20 lanes. They were playing hits of 2000's, it was dimly lit, and had a really fun atmosphere. We got our shoes via self service, found us some heavy balls. And entered our names into the screen. We had trouble removing bowlers but found a way to 'skip' them which essentially accomplished the same goal. I bowled my highest maybe ever, so it was definitely a fun night. I'd recommend. The screen constantly tells you how much time is left which is also a nice feature.

Yelp
I made a reservation online. I called to change the reservation to a different activity. What they present online is and what they presented over the phone so I wanted to cancel and get a refund. He proceeded to tell me that what I booked for. there's a minimum of four people and I only booked for 2 people. If that was the case, it shouldn't be presented like that online . One of the employees was very rude over the phone, telling me that there was no one available right now to help me and that he will not pull his manager off the floor to help me with my issue because they have a full house, regardless of having a full house as a person who is paying their hard earned money to support and enjoy the business of frames. I feel like my questions weren't answered and I wasn't treated fairly. I will not ever book with this bowling lounge again and still want a refund

Yelp
Had fun but then a drink was poured on my head by staff and they refused to even talk to us about it when my friend complained

Yelp
Went to Frames on a team retreat and it was fantastic! Our contact Laura was extremely responsive and answered all my questions ahead of time. When we arrived, check in was seamless and our team was able to start bowling right away. They made sure our food would be served in a timely manner and our server was very attentive. All of the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience and would highly recommend!

Yelp
I had my son 9th birthday party here. They had everything set up on time! Even though everybody didn't show up on time, they still accommodated them. The food (pizza, tenders, fries) was fresh and came out on time. There's a bar area for adults. They provided party bags as well. After bowling ended, we were able to go to the game room area in the back with ping pong, giant checkers and giant Jenga. The kids had a ball. It's worth the price!
