Franggo West

The best Portuguese flame grilled chicken in Amsterdam, i would definitely recommend mix sauce (both piri-piri and lemon-garlic), it’s really tasty with their franggo rice. Chicken is juicy and sauce is fantastic. I also tried grilled corn and jacket potatoes, also tasty. Cute interior, you can gather with your friends, very friendly staff. 3 branches in Amsterdam

Dined in at the pijp location before, now ordered for delivery here. The chicken was just as flavourful and juicy as in my previous experience, having it delivered did not lower the quality. The only thing I did not like was that you had to add the sauces/spices yourself. For example, the very liquidy butter sauce was not yet put on the chicken and was honestly a huge mess to add, better that they just add the right amount of sauce at the restaurant so I can immediately start eating.

The food is halal. We had half grilled chicken with piri piri sauce and half grilled chicken with lemon butter sauce, and both were very delicious. The rice was also really tasty. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better

Beautiful portuguese restaurant, where the chicken really tastes like home :) I highly recommend and the staff is really nice too. Great experience at the west Frangoo 🫶🏼

It’s amazing! A must-try. Delivery was super fast, and the chicken is tasty, juicy, and the skin is crispy. The Piri-Piri sauce is fantastic. Great job to everyone working there — you are amazing!

Great restaurant !! They serve grilled & seasonned chicken or half chicken with fries, rice or other sides. The five of us all destroyed the plate and left nothing but the bones. The pastel de nata was amazing and fresh off the oven as well !! Service was adequent and prices were reasonnable (might be a bit tiny high, 18e for half a chicken with fries but worth it !!) Would definitely recommend coming here again

What a gem! Please please please try this place. The chicken is incredible. Absolutely lovely owner and staff. This drink is so addictive and my new favourite thing. There's only chicken on the menu with a side of either chips, rice, salad or a potato. We had half a chicken each with mixed sauce which is lemon butter and peri Peri. We had the chips are rice and both were incredible. It's plain rice which I wasn't expecting but it was incredibly flavourful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The people working made the experience. A hidden gem. We scored it a 8.7 and a 9.3 💕

Arrived and greeted by a friendly member of staff. Ordered our food and it came promptly. Food was great and well prepared. Would highly recommend visiting Franggo.
