My first impressions upon entering this hotel weren’t great: everything appeared a little worn and shabby. The hallway architraves are grimy, carpets with stains and it looked like everything need a good scrub. However, I was quickly won over upon entering our room and stepping out onto the balcony. This is one hotel that lives up to their promise: a great sized outdoor space overlooking the Royal Place. ||Plus, we’d arrived on a Sunay evening and Walk Street was in full swing. We dropped our bags in the room and got in amongst the action that was literally on our doorstep. What a great intro to Phnom Penh! This hotel is all about location, location, location. One block back from the riverwalk and a stone’s throw from many major attractions, such as the Royal Pace & National Museum for starters, as well as dozens of eateries.||Our room was extremely spacious and well appointed, with a comfortable bed, good bathroom and storage, and let’s not forget the balcony with plenty of seating and outdoor bath. Buffet breakfast was sufficient, with eggs cooked on demand or delicious noodle soup. The rooftop pool was put to good use every afternoon, with pool towels available. Most importantly, special mention to all the staff, who went above and beyond to help us out with enquiries. They were kind, professional and courtesy. ||We came to think of this hotel as our home during our 4-night stay and were a little sad to leave. The staff had breakfast boxes prepared for us as we made an early morning departure. We hope to return again one day.

The location was great. Pool and views amazing. What lacked was the clearness the carpets outside the rooms needed a good vacuum..there was a plate outside a room which stayed there for 3 days even after we advised reception. English was not good and the second morning of bfast wasn't any stuff to assist.

Fond of the hotel in the heart of Phnom Penh which is offered more than our expectation, my friend and I were staying there in February and does not feel right at the beginning but when we got our key with special upgrade to next level of the room with the view to The Royal Palace. 10/10 point for outstanding staffs have remembered our names. Rooftop pool is romantic, rooftop bar is amazing with the view of the river. Breakfast is acceptable far more improve than our first time here. We chose to come back because people here make us feel home. Highly recommend to stay here, you will thank me later.

Great hospitality! Always friendly staff, you really feel welcome here. Clean and spacious rooms. Excellent service. Pool area really nice, usually quiet and fine to relax. Breakfast unfortunately doesn't meet this high standard. No cold cuts (salami, ham etc.), no bacon. Limited number of croissants: usually run out early. Same with some fruit and muffins. But: a spectacular view on the city during your meal! I'll definitely come back!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. If our stay was anymore than 2 nights we would have definitely moved. It’s very basic, the room is clean but the bathroom was a place of nightmares. The whole hotel needs a serious upgrade. ||The rooftop pool is nice, but there is only 5 sunbeds. The staff who work at the rooftop bar are so nice and very helpful. ||Also, my husband went for breakfast and had to leave as the food was covered in ants. ||The hotels is in a good location for bars and restaurants.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. We again stayed for two weeks as nice location with a very clean bar and pool on roof. Looks good at night. The staff are so helpful and friendly and the cleaning staff keep the place spotless. The drinks and food are a bit more than other places but good food each time. My only issue and not a complaint was it was cheaper and easier to book through Booking.com or Agoda whilst sat in their reception. They were quoting $50 a night whilst same room on line was $26. Use the Tuk Tuk drivers outside hotel. We were paying about $40 a day plus tip and went everywhere. Even went to our drivers New Year party at his house. Ask for Sar.

This hotel is in a fantastic location so near the Royal Palace and the River. The staff are all so helpful and it was so nice to talk to them. The massage was brilliant I think her name was Kim i even fell asleep so it must be good. One negative is that the whole hotel needs brightening up with paint and new carpets. The halls and bathrooms need upgrading. But I have to say the staff were great orkun 🤗

This is a fantastic, fantastic hotel. The staff is great and there is no better location in Phnom Penh. The rooftop restaurant is good and has incredible views. During happy hour I got three drinks and two entres for about $23.||The caveat: the least expensive rooms, though efficiently designed, overlook walls of others buildings just a few feet away. I was initially in one of these and, due to the closeness of the other building, felt claustrophobic. So I upgraded to a room with a balcony and great view. The world changed and I liked the room and hotel enormously.||It is definitely worth paying for the nicest room you can afford. The higher the floor the better.||I will return.
