Frangipani Royal Palace Hotel

Stayed here for 3 nights with friends (superior room facing Royal palace gardens at level 1). Location is great, very accessible to riverside, lovely views from the rooftop where breakfast is served and where you can take a dip in the pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Coffee shop at lobby is nice. Great place to enjoy sunset with a drink. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice roof top pool and restaurant. The location is on the riverside in a perfect central area. The food was good, I had some Asian dishes. The service was quite slow on the roof but I expect they were not expecting such a group if drinkers on a Sunday. Would go again for a drink or bite to eat. We'll worth a visit for the photos of the area from an excellent view.

The rooms are nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Good location. However, I found this hotel a little bit overpriced compared to alternatives nearby. Superior room with no hot water for shower in the first room (2 nights), not refill soap/shampoo, and window without any light since there was the next building wall just 1 or 2 m apart. Breakfast is ok, so I was disappointed that they do no refill some parts though it was just 7.30 am, This is a nice and pleasant place, but I would probably not go back as for what I need, I can find a better value for money

Great with a caveat This is a fantastic, fantastic hotel. The staff is great and there is no better location in Phnom Penh. The rooftop restaurant is good and has incredible views. During happy hour I got three drinks and two entres for about $23. The caveat: the least expensive rooms, though efficiently designed, overlook walls of others buildings just a few feet away. I was initially in one of these and, due to the closeness of the other building, felt claustrophobic. So I upgraded to a room with a balcony and great view. The world changed and I liked the room and hotel enormously. It is definitely worth paying for the nicest room you can afford. The higher the floor the better. I will return.

Great location walking to the Royal Palace and National Museum. Room and bathroom was big and comfortable, though hotel a bit shabby on the edges. Front desk help was exceptional, comfortable lobby, small but nice pool on top floor. Definitely a place to recommend

Reception team were very kind, welcoming and helpful, especially in directing us on places for money exchange, booking tours and knowing the opening times too! Were informative and ready to help. Rooms were clean and there was daily room servicing. The cleaners did a great job with the daily room servicing. The complementary breakfast had some vegetarian options as well. As a minimum you can expect cereal, salad, bread toast, juice and condinements and hot food too. We would highly recommend to our friends.

Dated rooms but clean enough w no odour. Great location, where it's near enough to walk for many good eats, and the riverside. Free bicycle rent but pretty crazy traffic. Friendly staff at check in counter.

stayed at Frangipani royal is very convenient you can walk around the river side. Around with many restaurants & bar. The hotel room very nice& clean. Staffs are helpful and friendly. The Sky bar very nice view and cocktails very nice. Swimming pool at rooftop is perfect for your lazy day. Highly recommended
