I tried to order a pizza for my friend in Danbuty, CT. I entered the delivery address without his apt. Number and immediately realized my mistake. I spent 45 minutes trying to change the delivery address to no avail. Sure, they had a "change delivery address" option, but it didn't change the delivery address. I tried calling the store. Their phone Treetop gives you options, but none that would correct the delivery address and I was unable to speak with a human being about it. I tried calling their corporate headquarters, but couldn't not reach a human there either. I am not someone who isnt familiar with technology. I am the webmaster for the community I live in and understand how these things are supposed to work. This is, by far, the most poorly designed website I have ever seen. The promised "review of your order" did not give the option of changing the delivery address. It had no chat capability. When I left the website and returned later, it recognized me and auto filled the incorrect delivery address, Trying to order a pizza for a frien turned into an hour of wasted time with nothing to show for it.i can understand that they want to automate the ordering process and to let the chefs do the cooking instead of answering phones, but to not have the ability to speak with someone when things go wrong is unprofessional on their part and frustrating for a potential customer who wants to give them money if only they would listen.
