Throwback to a day wandering around Brussels. I stumbled upon Frank Brussels just as they were opening their doors, and just before a queue around the block formed.
A warm welcome at the door by chef, the team couldn’t be more helpful. The food portions are generous and everything is locally sourced.
I enjoyed the Savoury Stack of Pancakes, Pancakes, triple stack, in-house smoked thin slice of pork
shoulder, thick slice of slow cooked Brasvar bacon, baked
green leaves, honey & lemon syrup, topped with a fried
egg. washed down with a great flat white and apple juice.
Highly recommended.
