I bought a stunning wool comforter from Frankenmuth Woolen Mill. My wife and I were worried about it holding up with two large dogs, but Monica made sure we left with everything we needed. She was very knowledgeable and showed us how well made the comforter is. It was a great customer service experience and we really appreciated the assistance!!

What an excellent wool store! They carry a little bit of everything. The sheets look very comfortable and feel very soft. We heard a lady coming back for more; she said they were her favorite. The prices are what you would expect for authentic wool items. They also have a shop in the back that cleans and blends the wool for processing. They accept cash or credit cards, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The wool comforter is outstanding and the service is even better. Somehow the wrong size was delivered. I interacted with Matt Curtis. He had a few questions. I sent some pictures of the label and measurements. Then, within a few hours the right size was on its way to my home — “knock-your-socks-off” service and an outstanding product!

I bought a wool standard size pillow. It's in very nice plastic zipper bag. I asked for it to be placed in another bag. Thank goodness you had that size. I'm glad I did, because after we had our dinner it was pouring rain! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Thank you I love you're store and stop by everytime I'm in Frankenmuth.

It is more than a store where to get nice things for home and personal use, people who works there are nice and explains you about history of their business and how those all machines works (They offers tours)

This is a very nice little shop. They have lots of materials, colored wool, buttons, etc. There are cute stuffed animals, comfy bedding, and nice bags and decorations. They have items like unique pin cushions. If you love to sew or are crafty, you will probably like this shop.

I walked in here not knowing what to expect but walked out absolutely amazed and glad i went in! They have such great quality blankets, cloths and little decorative stuff. But what i thought was so cool, was they have an old wool mill display to look at! So cool! 😮

Love my oversized king wool comforter! This is our second comforter and we couldn’t be happier. Ann was so awesome helping us pick out the fabrics and the matching ties on a super busy Saturday in August. And Abby was amazing in helping with a few hiccups that occurred. Thank you both you are amazing! And the comforter looks amazing in our room along with matching king pillow shams!

Stopped in here to browse and look for gnomes in a game that the visitors center sponsors. There are so many wonderful items to purchase and gift to others. The comfort level and quality of these items is top notch. I was unfortunately on a very tight shopping budget so I didn't make a purchase. Staff was friendly and helpful. I really liked the viewing area where the wool was processed. A truly beautiful store and in the pandemic they used their materials and talents to make masks. They have been in business for a long time and am hoping it will be many more

The worst experience I have encountered with a company. False advertising regarding product dimensions, will misrepresent correspondence in review responses to gaslight and invalidate. Cannot take any constructive feedback with grace. Unfortunate, because I really wanted to like this company and their products based on other reviews.

Popped in to escape cold. Great greeting from woman behind counter. Bought an adorable pufferball looking Dr. Zhivago white sheepskin hat. Counter human continued to be helpful and fun. But here's the reason for post: counter lady (wish I'd gotten her name) also is seamstress at the company and said the company (#Frankenmuthwoolenmill) is a great employer, pays a good wage, and supports her in putting her children first. Yay, them!! Go to this place.

Bedding galore! This place has custom-made comforters, pillow shams, dust ruffles, woolen mattress pads and pillows. They also sell Fabric and wool in bulk for your own home projects. Since everything is custom-made. Be prepared to open your wallet as prices are extremely high. But, since these are one of a kind items it's well worth the price.

This place was amazing. Quilts are not even my thing but the gifts are so wonderful! The lady behind the counter was the nicest I had came across on our visit. I wish other places would learn we will only shop where people are kind. We got come amazing gifts and really had a good time in this shop.
