Frankfurt Airport Center

Frankfurt Airport Center is well-organized, clean, and comfortable. It has cosy rest zones, a nice playground for children, and plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants to choose from. The airport staff are polite and helpful, and the overall environment feels safe and efficient. It’s a great place for travelers to relax while waiting for their flights.

Frankfurt Airport truly impressed me with its size, organization, and comfort. Everything was clearly signposted, making it easy to navigate such a large space without feeling lost. I especially appreciated how smooth the baggage process was – I could check in my luggage with no stress at all and received my boarding pass quickly. Another highlight was the excellent transport connection. The train station is directly accessible from the airport, which made my onward journey extremely convenient. Within minutes of leaving the terminal, I was already comfortably seated on the train heading to my destination. Overall, Frankfurt Airport combines efficiency with comfort, and it left me with a very positive impression. I would definitely choose to travel through here again.

I have traveled to many places and taken flights in many countries. Frankfurt Airport is the worst airport I have ever experienced in my life. I asked a staff member, "Excuse me, could you please heat up my sandwich for me?" He responded very rudely, "The machine is off." Then I said, "Oh, I'm very sorry. I don't need it then." Immediately, he turned his face away, threw his tools and walked away, refusing to serve me. I have no idea what I did wrong. I just asked a question and received such a bad attitude. There were many people around at that time who could see it. It was around 9 p.m. on February 23, 2026, and there were even children present. Please retrieve the video from that time to see how bad his attitude was!! It is the worst airport I have ever experienced, and there is no doubt about it.

Didn't have the best experience in Frankfurt Airport. The staff from security were rude. The toilets were disgusting as were the chairs and tables. When we were waiting for our flight, we even saw a mouse. The information about our flight was correct and gave updates regularly (it was delayed)

This is the absolute worst airport I have ever traveled through in my 53 years on this planet. If you can ever avoid this hell hole I would strongly recommend it. Furthermore never and I can not stress NEVER enough, do not fly Lufthansa. This is the worst airline that treats it's customers worse than farm animals off to slaughter. Shame on Lufthansa for consistently lying to its customers especially those that experienced 24 to 48 hour layovers due to their incompetence. Shame shame shame. If I could give a negative rating I would rate -5 stars.

I landed at Frankfurt Airport for the third time this year.It feels different every time.There seems to be a lot of service, but there is no hot water to drink.

Why do passengers need to pay 2€ for the trolley? It’s the most basic airport service which is supposed to be free of charge (I pay the airport fee in the price of my flight tickets!) What if I want to have a coffee and need to leave my trolley in the common area and it gets collected, then I need to pay again? Absolute nonsense In addition the bathroom was a mess and elevators not operating.
