For a breakfast, lunch or dinner, or just a refreshment at the bar, the place always has an incredible vibe, the menu is varied and consistent, there is always something new to try (it regularly has a blackboard outside with the promos of the day) or choose between one of its Classics, the service is warm and friendly,! It's cost quantity/quality is magnificent, my family and I have made this place one of our favorites.

I’ve been here couple of times and enjoy the food. I’ve tried both breakfast menu and the brunch one and they’re both pretty good. For what it is, I’d like to give 5 stars but every time I sit in the back half of the restaurant, there’s just way too many fruit flies for me to eat comfortably. Also, I wish there were beer prices somewhere rather than just what beers are being offered.

This place was amazing. Stopped in for brunch because we were famished, left with our tummies full. We are from out of town and the beautiful staff came over and talked with us asking how we were and how our trip was. I've never felt so comfortable in a restaurant. They were like catching up with family. An absolute must if you are in the area....hell go out of your way to visit them, it is definitely worth the trip. My best to the staff of Frankie's Diner. Efharistó polý ( it's Greek, look it up) P.S. I've had my share of clubhouse sandwiches in my life and I gotta say this was the top of the list. You can tell it was made with tender, loving care.

Old School perfection is the only way to introduce this place. Food: Massive portions of excellently prepared diner brunch classics. We had bacon benny and the big breakfast, and there is not one thing either of us could say was wrong. Its not a huge place so get there early. And the cherry on top of everything is the staff are friendly and efficient. Yeah, its a gem of a place.

Whenever I’m in the area, I make a point to stop by this hometown gem—and they never disappoint. Their breakfast is always on point! The avocado omelet was perfectly cooked, with fluffy eggs wrapped around creamy avocado and fresh veggies. It was flavorful, satisfying, and just the right portion. But the highlight? The home fries. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. You can tell they care about doing the basics right. This spot consistently delivers a great meal and cozy vibes. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for a breakfast that hits all the right note

Got brunch here, and the food was pretty good. Service is a little slow if you visit the place at peak brunch hours. If you're looking for air conditioning in summer, you can barely feel it. Recommendations: The Spinach and feta eggs, and the guac eggs

Absolutely delicious. The burger was hot and fresh, the fries crispy and not overly salted, and the waitstaff are delightful. I liked the vibe of the place, too! Definitely a must-visit if you’re hungry on Queen!

We love this place—it’s our favorite brunch spot in the area! 8 minutes walk to Trinity Bellwood park if you plan to order take out meals for a nice picnic. The food is exceptional and affordable, the atmosphere is cozy, and the staff are always so warm and welcoming. Parking is available along Queen St. West, and there are outdoor tables too. Our go-to orders: Egg bene with medium-rare steak+ salad + fries, Hot honey burger, the “Bet You Can’t Eat It All” with pancakes, and their special French Toast.
