I was at Frankie's ice cream today and wanted to buy 6 scoop of iceream for my two daughters. I pleased with the lady to decided it into two scopes for me . She said it was not allowed and that the cups are counted. I asked whether if I bring my own cups, they divide put 3 scopes each. She still maintained it is not allowed. I begged to buy an extra cup and she still refused. In the end I went away without getting the ice cream. What a bad service.

I was there to purchase sausage rolls from the shop. Just when it was being dished out to me, one attendant comes from elsewhere and says someone has called to reserve all the 6 sausage rolls. It felt very humiliating.

Their chicken club sandwich is a top notch and a must try ...also their fried rich with fried chicken 😋 very yummy
